While Kiwis don't have a chance to win this one. Let's hope that we don't see an upset like what happened to ENG in the first test.
Why do you think NZ is out of this one? They already established a lead right now and could probably set up a decent total for England to chase unless they collapse dramatically which I doubt will happen since Williamson and Taylor are set at the moment.

The most likely result is that this will end in a draw and you end up scooping a big portion of the pool which is why betting on the draw option seems to have favored you this time around.

Pakistan trails by 100 runs and only left with 5 wickets . Seeing the overall match it seems that Pz will win this match with an innings and few runs it seems and Pakistan would just be unhappy the overall performances in this series from them .

With in 5 balls scenario changed lol Root and Ollie pope got out. lead is 83 runs. now i doubt if they can even touch 150 100ish. they don't have much firework left down the order.

With one wicket remaining (all done, last wicket taken by Wagner), they are having a lead of 101. 35 overs remaining today and approx. 90 tomorrow. I don't think that there is enough time left to get a result. But New Zealand should be happy, as they won the first test. If this one ends in a draw, then they win the series 1-0. Wagner ends with 124/5, after his 5/44 during the Mount Maunganui test. still, the New Zealand bowling looked very weak. They could have picked Lockie Ferguson instead of Matt Henry.

Today we have Joe Root with his best 101 runs lead is not enough but now time for English bowlers to show some magic if they able to bowled out New Zealand around 250 to 275 this could be very interesting end of bore test match just Curran take his first wicket lets see what happen in remaining session of this match.

^^ Joe Root inning is satisfying to watch but this game is heading towards draw unless something dramatic happens. rain already wasted 30 overs so far. for some exciting 5th day gameplay England need to add 125ish quick runs (190ish target, very much possible) and give atleast 5-10 overs kiwis to bat today which i am sure they are going to ....(then bowled out like you mentioned).

Hope we witness some mini collapse from Kiwis, things can get spicy.

Wasim was saying that he's one of the top performer in pakistan (Domestic cricket)  still selector never consider him for selection in the test format.

edit : Rain saved the day for Pakistan.
Fawad Alam is one of best All Rounders in Pakistan and he performed many times for Pakistan in past and have one of best players in domestic but sadly he is common person and have no any relative or high profile back ground so Inzimam prefer his Nephew and sack him now same policy by new selection committee you can check his profile http://www.espncricinfo.com/pakistan/content/player/40250.html

Thanks ! Not surprising though, Politics at it best.

No one interested in the New Zealand vs England match? That is very surprising, because it is the only competitive match ongoing right now. The balance of the match has once again tipped in favor of England. The sixth wicket partnership between Ollie Pope and Joe Root has given them a first innings lead. Root is unbeaten on 200 as of now, with the partnership worth 152 till now.

Earlier I had posted how the absence of Trent Boult is going to affect the New Zealand bowling. And the same happened this time, with the Kiwi bowlers struggling to break partnerships. About 140 overs remaining in this match, but the chances of a result looks slim. That is unless England declares in around 20-25 overs from now and bowls out New Zealand.

Rain has saved Pakistan for now and if the rain didn't come I think Pakistan would of been at least or few more wickets down. However now Pakistan can put the pressure back on Australia and try and bat well in the afternoon session before the night session and try and get as close to the target as they can. If they can get at least 100+ runs with no loss of wickets in the afternoon session they can put the pressure back on Australia.

There's no way that rain is gonna make this match conclude in a draw. Aussies have easily outclassed Pakistani team and they deserve to win this one.
Looking at the weather there wont be that much rain to help Pakistan draw the match and who knows whether there will be a magical turn of events because i am not giving one percentage for them to draw the match with or without rain or the entire two days have to be washed out for them to have a result that they did not deserve.

Waseem Akram kept on commenting against Misbah throughout his commentary today, and IMO, Misbah deserves to be criticized. His defensive approach (as a batting coach) and bad selection (as a chief selector) has caused way too much damage.
I am not too keen about the politics of the team and what is the problem between Wasim Akram and Misbah but what would have Akram done if he was at the helm, i do not see any massive difference.

Practically the weather in Australia is not like that it keep on raining for two days. I am hopeful that Australia will easy win this match tomorrow and with that take the series. Pakistan has a lot to learn from the mistakes in this series and the coach/ captain has some serious business on hand to get this team going.
Pakistan already lost three wickets and Australia just need less than three sessions to pick up the rest of the wickets and finish the match and their in form batsman Babar Azam is back in the pavilion and there is no hope that the rest of the players will score a big ton in the second innings, rain will be another factor as the pitch might offer more swing that will be difficult for the batsman and Australia will win the match even if rain interrupt.
Now we have Rain so Three sessions are too much for Pakistan as Australian bowlers doing job they only need 35 to 40 overs for winning this match comprehensivly and series becasue now pitch is more seamers heaven and Pakistani batting line up struggles on pitches like this in last few years they have many talented players but never good management and they never win in Australia.

Go get yourself the dictionary to understand what sarcasm means before claiming my statements "silly".
Anyways if in another match Pakistan won the toss, this is what they will choose.  Cheesy
Pakistan will pray for rain for the next two days so that they can draw the match, if not Australia will bowl them out pretty easily unless there is some incredible performance like we saw in the first innings from Pakistan where two players stood out when they were in deep trouble and rain is the solution for Pakistan to draw the match.

Root century has helped England team to save the innings and to make some decent score and still behind by 106 runs and 5 wickets remaining. The match looks much stable now and if England can take some lead it would be good for them as they have to bat in fourth innings.
Burns and Root played well and the dry run of Joe Root is over i guess as he was going through a dry patch in test matches for a long time and he was under immense pressure to perform as England was struggling too and with Root still in the crease there is a possibility that England could win the match the match but yet are still trailing by 106 runs.

Come on UmerIdrees, you can not discredit this innings buy making an excuse. Scoring that many runs only possible when you are in your top shape and all credit goes to Warner.
Don't bother replying to such silly statements Royse.

Don't bother replying to such silly statements Royse. Majority of the world including me always had faith in Warner from the beginning and that is all that matters really. It felt great to see his wife watching and getting emotional over his record.

They(Warner and Smith) went through such a terrible phase and bounced back in a breath-taking fashion. What would Australia be without the golden trio(Warner, Smith and Starc)? Absolute legends in my opinion.

Umer , Who is fawad Alam? Commentator (Wasim & Co) were talking about him that he's consistent player in domestic cricket but don't get chance in the Pakistan Test squad..

Fawad Alam is a pakistani cricketer who was born in  October 8, 1985 and is of 34 years of age. He played his last ODI in 2015 against  Bangladesh. He haven't been given much chance in the team. He played only three test matches with an average of around 40 runs. I don't know how Wasim $ co. can judge a player who has a limited international test exposure.
Wasim was saying that he's one of the top performer in pakistan (Domestic cricket)  still selector never consider him for selection in the test format.
