Some players of Bangladesh only play for themselves. They don't think about the team. There is also lack of proper bonding between the players. There were some senior players like Shakib, Mushfiqur, Mominul in the squad. Also some experienced players in test format like Shanto, Litton and Miraz. None of them showed responsibility during batting. They were unable to stand in front of Indian magic bowling squad.
Mehdi Hasan Miraj tries to devote himself enough as a all-rounder but Liton Das has been a regular in the team for several years but we are not getting good feedback from him. Nazmul Hasan Shanto, Liton Das, Zakir Hasan, in many cases Mominul Haque are in such bad off form in the current situation. They need to be held accountable in Test cricket and they need to be given temporary breaks as punishment at times. As senior cricketers, Mushfiqur Rahim and Shakib Al Hasan are sometimes out of form and they need to bring accountability.

Don’t underestimate the Bangladesh team. I know they are not skilled enough like the Indian players, but they are not bad either.
There is a big difference between the performance of Bangladesh in Test and ODI format. You can always underestimate them in test format. Don't forget to check their test statistics.

Yep after victory against Pakistan especially in test format really shock many of us and from till now exception from them has been raised but they hasn't continue his momentum and rhythm against India which really push them down. To be honest after India innings declaration things were completely in Bangladesh hand to just divert results in thier favor from defeat to draw and the only things were required was to stay long and rotate strike ~snip~

Yes, you are absolutely right, especially Bangladesh doesn't want to learn anything from the game or even if they learn, they don't have any skills to use it in practice. They could have performed half as well against India as they did against Pakistan.  So what lessons have been learned from Pakistan and I don't see any effect of defeating Pakistan on India for now.
No regrets if Bangladesh loses with India or any other country but if they can correct the mistakes then we will get enough but never possible for Bangladesh to correct those mistakes.  If this continues, at some point the cricket crazy fans of Bangladesh will stop supporting Bangladesh.
I completely agree that Bangladesh cricket team does not learn from its mistakes. They play poorly against strong teams like India unlike their good performance against Pakistan. To do better they need to fix their weaknesses and make smart game plans and improve player skills. If not fans will lose interest. Bangladesh fans love their team but they expect improvement. The team must take steps to get better.
It's not all about learning from mistakes they are having no quality and depth which is the main problem for them, we need good investment in Bangladesh cricket which is not coming, and their management is also having no professionalism which bring revolutionary changes as Bangladesh is third most populated country in Asian cricket, and they can do much better than from their current level, but things are not happening as we were expected few years back.

BPL is bringing good funds with ICC is also giving $30 Million annually, but they are not working on their domestic setup which can bring good success and improvement in quality and technique which is need of time.

Now after Shakib Al Hassan we are having no quality all-rounder which can hold things in middle of the game and their batting is always pain in the ass against quality bowling.

Rohit was so confident in his bowlers that he told his teammates that if we could bowl them 80 overs, we could bowl them out twice. Bangladesh played 121 overs in both innings, scoring 379 runs in two. Imagine how poor their batting lineup is that the opponent team has this confidence that we can bowl them out within 80 overs.

I saw a photo card somewhere on social media or in this forum. This proves how weak their batting lineup is, and the opponent did not even have to change their plan. Now we are looking forward to the T20I matches, and the result is almost obvious already. We are going to get whitewash there.

At this point Bangladesh doesn't have quality batsmen who can survive and thrive against the lethal bowling combination of Jasprit Bumrah, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja. India had the home advantage as well. Even then, the performance of the Bangladeshi batsmen were below what was expected from them. And the less talked about their bowling, that better. India got to 100 in less than 10 overs, as Yashasvi Jaiswal and Rohit Sharma were simply smashing the bowlers all over the park.

The Indian team made their victory against Bangladesh. In the first innings, India did not score high and got the lead for just some runs. Then Bangladesh came to bat again and only one day was left, I was thinking too no chance for a result for this game but the Indian bowlers picked the wickets so quickly and did all out the Bangladesh team at 146 then their batters chased the target easily and won the game.

That was a easy win for India. India be like, why do we need five days if we can defeat a team only in two and a half day? LOL. Congratulations team India. Yeah, it is true that some of us were overestimated Bangladesh. But, that was for some reason. Every team try to improve and play better than before. But it seems like this terms does not apply for team Bangladesh as they are doing worst. But as a supporter, we still have to support the team. Yet again, we will expect some better cricket from them. Let's see if they can at least win one match against India in T20 format.
For proper Bangladesh Test cricket should be made for two days instead of five days because Bangladesh play two days test is enough and any country can win with Bangladesh in two days. In the first three days of the second Test between Bangladesh and India, the match was stopped due to continuous rain and if two days are available, Bangladesh cannot even draw, then there is no need for Bangladesh to give a five-day test, but two days are enough for Bangladesh.

Bangladesh team is very weak in Test format, this is nothing new. Bangladeshi players have very little patience. And I would say they are not diligent enough. Playing big innings in Test format is a very difficult task for Bangladeshi players. The performance of this team is very erratic.

However, since we saw excellent performances from Bangladeshi players in the two Test matches against Pakistan a few days ago, we expected this series against India to be very competitive as well. But the two matches against India were completely one-sided. The team lost the first match by a big margin. But we all thought that the second match would be a draw. Bangladeshi batsmen batted like stupids.

Anyone watched the Test match between Australia Under-19 and India Under-19 team that was won by the Indian team. This was the 1st unofficial Test that was played in Chennai. I think both teams played a close game but it was India who in the end won by just 2 wickets. These under 19 matches gives us a hint of the promising players that may play for the international side sooner or later.

One of those emerging player is Vaibhav Suryavanshi who made a century in the Indian team first innings. He did this in only 62 balls.
Then we have Mohamed Enaan who has six taken wickets in an innings. From Australian Under 19 team I was impressed with Vishwa Ramkumar. He took 4 wickets in the first innings and 3 wickets in the 2nd innings. Getting 7 wickets in a match is a big confidence booster for him.

India's Under 19s team has won the game against Australia Under 19s at Chennai. It was the first unofficial test match that has owned by India. In the first innings, the team India has not get the lead of many runs, they got the lead of just three. Also their batsmen did not performed good in the second innings but by chance, they won the game otherwise Australia Under 19s team was so close to the win that they could have achieved it. However, hopefully, Australia perform well next time. Australia lacked by just two wickets otherwise they were winning the game and also from the start they were looking strong.
This match was so thrilling and interesting among India Under 19s squad against Australia under 19s squad and both participated on One day competition previously and in this competition, India under 19s squad displayed their best ever strength to Australia under 19s and won this competition with all victory in one day matches. But in unofficial test match, Australia under 19s squad made high burden to India under 19s squad when India under 19s squad frequently lost their wickets in second inning. Australia under 19s squad made many mistakes in their second inning and their squad also managed low scores compare to their previous inning. Just 3 scores had difference among India under 19s squad and Australia under 19s in first inning but middle order batters of Australia under 19s showcased bad performance and did not collect high scores for squad and support them to secure victory. At end of match, India under 19s squad defeated Australia under 19s squad with just two wickets and Australia under 19s lost another match.

Since we had the first few days of this match affected by the rain, it was obvious that this match would end up in a draw but the Indian team had other plans. Bangladesh's 2nd innings was a mess, they were all out at 146 runs and that was the major cause of their loss. Bangladesh opener Shadman Islam has made a 50 but that did not help the team's cause as other players were unable to save their wickets on the last day.

Also we should give credit to the brilliant bowling by the Indian team. Jasprit Bumrah, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja, all of them took three wickets each and played a major role in putting a big dent in this Bangladesh innings.

Jaiswal was the player of this historic match, he was near to his century but the target was chased otherwise I am pretty sure, he would be able to make it to 100.

Okay, first of all, how do they lose a match, a test match where almost 3 days have already passed not being played.? How do you lose in two days? At this point, it is like Bangladesh wants to lose. I understand that the performance from India was really good but it was also not that good for which it was impossible to at least get a draw out of this match. India is obviously a far better team compared to Bangladesh. But Bangladesh is also a good team and they have been playing cricket for a long time. So they should at least be able to get a draw in a situation like this right?

Bangladesh did show a good performance against Pakistan and that had given us some hope. But it looks like they will still face a lot of problems going forward. Especially against big teams.

I would say, no, not only the 2nd innings but also the entire series, which was a mess. What did they actually achieve from this test series except for some personal achievements like a hundred and two fifties? Is this how a test-playing national team plays in a condition that is very similar to their own backyard? We know every home team get some advantage from their ground, but the Indians didn't even need any special help from the ground. Bangladesh played some worse cricket again, and it is not the first time, nor the last time. It was bullshit to watch how they gave out wickets.
Still we are Bangladeshi we hope that Bangladesh team will play well this time but no they disappoint us again and again.  I will also agree with you that Bangladesh team's achievement in this match is only one century and one half century which was more likely the personal achievement.
Before the start of this series, I heard many people saying that in the Indian series they can perform like the Pakistan series or that there is a possibility of seeing a good performance from Bangladesh in this series.  I told them earlier that Indian team and Pakistan team are not same, comparing India and Pakistan to predict the result of this series is absolutely stupid and that's it.

Bangladesh has never been ideal team in test format just because of this we are having test result in just two days which is telling us all story about their quality in this format but due to their recent success in Pakistan we have some hype even many are missing Pakistan is always having internal issues due to players grouping and many other factors which bring them down as now they are having 8th rank in World Test Championship, and we are having no chance for their better rank in coming matches as well because things are not suitable for them to have good performance against quality teams.

As we are having huge decline in test matches by many teams now changes are essential for the future of this format because if ICC and big boards are fail to do changes then surely we can expect this format having huge problems in near future for the rest of boards other than top 3 which can handle this all conditions.

Age group and women's cricket is where SENA nations still hold an advantage over India. But recent results indicate that this scenario is changing. India simply whitewashed the series. They won the ODI series by a margin of 3-0, and are now leading the test series by 1-0. Nevertheless, the first test was a close contest. India scraped through by a razor thin margin of two wickets. Mohamed Enaan, the 17-year old spinner from Kerala was the pick of the bowlers for India. He took a total of 9 wickets in this match.

Indians are on top in all formats and at every level of competition. We saw Indian players in IPL which are performing well and they are selected on their performance and they performed well on International Level and Indian team won the World Cup 2024 and Indian U19 cricket team is also following the same path and they are doing good effort for the country and in the future they will be next Rohit and Virat Kohli. We know everyone is unique with unique capabilities but we are expecting best players from Indian U19 team which will play the next T20 World Cup in the place of Rohit Sharma and Virat Kohli.Australian U19 team did not play bad bad luck was in the favour of Indian U19 team and that team won the match by 2 wickets.

Bangladesh's performance in the second test match is better than nothing. India defeated Bangladesh by a big margin in the match where the game was not played for almost three days due to rain. The way the Indian batsmen batted yesterday, it felt like it was not a Test match at all but a big match of IPL. The game between the two teams was fine until the first innings, most likely India declared the first innings ahead of Bangladesh by fifty runs. But it must be said that Bangladesh performed very poorly in their second innings. The batsmen are in no rush here on the fifth and final day. If the Bangladeshi batsmen had batted relaxedly and declared the innings shortly before the end of the day, they would not have lost this match. The batting of the second innings of the second Test match seemed to be too much for them to return home.
If you compare Bangladesh's performance with the first match, it was worse.  But his perform was not enough to win the match.  The reason for India perform is that they win the match by a huge margin.  There has been an advantage in this as well, if the game was played, Bangladesh would have been defeated.  If they played with good pace in every over, they would have got a chance to play more.  Yes and anyway in India match we should mostly know that India will win.  No, I don't think Bangladesh play well in the first innings, but they played better than the first match.  In the first innings of this match, they set a target of only 233, which was a very easy target for India.  India could have achieved this target even in 20 overs.  If Bangladesh were to wreak have in the second innings and overwhelm the Indian batsmen, India decision in the first innings would have led them to defeat.  But the India team is also strong due to which they took this decision.

Assuming that Bangladeshi players do not have the patience and there are no players in Bangladesh who have the patience to play long innings. But in the last match, Bangladesh players cannot bat patiently for only two days. It is not worth analyzing in any way. We believe that all the countries that are not qualified to play Tests except Bangladesh will do better than Bangladesh if they are brought here to bat. Bangladeshi batsmen have been batting for so long, but they are not able to create the mindset of a Test game, it can be called an extreme failure. I will not blame the Bangladeshi bowlers because the Bangladeshi bowlers have enough qualification and quality but the batsmen are not fit to play Test at all.

And it's going strong and it should continue, unless the Kiwis surprise everyone. If I am not wrong then Windies and South Africa will also travel here in 2025.

Indian fans should enjoy it while it lasts because such streaks are meant to be broken. I would guess that once Ash-Jaddu takes retirement or some freaky fightback from any touring team (both are obvious guesses tho, no rocket science). I'd be a happy person if we cross the 20-21 mark, saying it because Aussie got 2 good runs and we should at least double it, anything above is a bonus.
I don't see the Kiwis winning against India on their turf since they have been on a downtrend recently in literally every format. Am not expecting any wonders from the Lankans or the Proteas either.

Only England or Australia could properly trouble them, but I don't know when they either of them will be touring India next. Also, Rohit's belly fat continues hogging all the attention.
