- As of now, India are in a comfortable position but they shouldn't be complacent in the next home series against the Kiwis and look to strengthen their position. Last time they ran away with 1 draw test (because of bad light) when they were 9 down.

- Australia needs to win BGT against India, otherwise, they are in a tough situation because they have an away tour against SL and the Lankans are in some form.

- SL should do alright against Australia at home but they need to channel all their energy towards Proteas in an away series. They successfully won against SA in 2019 so one could hope for a tight competition.

- Proteas could be worthy candidates for the finals if they win against Bangbros in an away series. After that, they are playing 2 home series against SL and PAK.

Indian fans should enjoy it while it lasts because such streaks are meant to be broken. I would guess that once Ash-Jaddu takes retirement or some freaky fightback from any touring team (both are obvious guesses tho, no rocket science). I'd be a happy person if we cross the 20-21 mark, saying it because Aussie got 2 good runs and we should at least double it, anything above is a bonus.

An interesting fact about the Bangladesh team is that they do not have a consistency of good performance but they have a consistency of bad performance. Watching a poor performance in every match of a country creates a state of annoyance among the fans. The game of Bangladesh can never create excitement in the audience, only disappointment. If you look closely at the second Test match between Bangladesh and India, you will see that while the Indian batsmen are batting well, the Bangladeshi seem not to know how to bat. And the experienced players of Bangladesh team perform like reckless batting, they may forget how to bat defensively while batting.

And one of the main problems in the Bangladesh team is that if they play against a big team, they become mentally weak and lose confidence. As a result, even though they have talent, they cannot develop their talent, That is, they cannot reflect their talent on the cricket field. Bangladesh team players should come out of this problem and match themselves properly.

Bangladesh could not use their brains in the way that India used their brains in the second Test match. If Bangladesh could have used their intelligence properly against India, then Bangladesh would never have been defeated in the second Test match. You are correct. Bangladesh team has failed to show good performance in test matches in previous years but they were quite energetic during the tour of Pakistan but could not maintain that consistency. The Test series loss against India dropped Bangladesh to seventh position in ICC Test Championship points. India's series win has put them at the top of the points table with 74.24 from 11 matches. Australia is second and Sri Lanka is third.

Like you I expected Bangladesh team to be able to put up a good performance but they disappointed the visitors and I noticed that they lacked fighting spirit and the skill of experienced players was disappointing. In the rain-interrupted Test match, the Indian team batted in the T20 style early on and overpowered the Bangladeshi bowlers which led to their victory.

Since we had the first few days of this match affected by the rain, it was obvious that this match would end up in a draw but the Indian team had other plans. Bangladesh's 2nd innings was a mess, they were all out at 146 runs and that was the major cause of their loss. Bangladesh opener Shadman Islam has made a 50 but that did not help the team's cause as other players were unable to save their wickets on the last day.



Also we should give credit to the brilliant bowling by the Indian team. Jasprit Bumrah, Ravichandran Ashwin and Ravindra Jadeja, all of them took three wickets each and played a major role in putting a big dent in this Bangladesh innings.

Bangladesh team is very weak in Test format, this is nothing new. Bangladeshi players have very little patience. And I would say they are not diligent enough. Playing big innings in Test format is a very difficult task for Bangladeshi players. The performance of this team is very erratic.

However, since we saw excellent performances from Bangladeshi players in the two Test matches against Pakistan a few days ago, we expected this series against India to be very competitive as well. Yes team India performance is better than Bangladesh and Pakistan as we have seen. Bangladesh now plays test matches like one day games. I appreciate coach Gautam Gambhir new ideas. He successfully led KKR to IPL win becoming head coach for all formats. Gambhir changed India test cricket approach playing test matches like T20 games and setting records. Like you mentioned in one day they achieved fastest 50, 100, 150, and 200 in test cricket history. This shows Gambhir smart coaching.

For proper Bangladesh Test cricket should be made for two days instead of five days because Bangladesh play two days test is enough and any country can win with Bangladesh in two days. In the first three days of the second Test between Bangladesh and India, the match was stopped due to continuous rain and if two days are available, Bangladesh cannot even draw, then there is no need for Bangladesh to give a five-day test, but two days are enough for Bangladesh.

The standard of the team India is not comparable one to Bangladesh and Pakistan.Because today match itself will say the Bangladesh team they can play the test match like the One day game.This was the influence of the new coach Gambhir,his approach to the game was totally different.Because of his game the KKR had won the IPL cup after a long gap.This triggered the team BCCI to add the Gautam Gambhir as the head coach in all format.Because no team will think to create a history of playing the test matches like T20 game.Team India made many records in a single day.They have made the fastest 50,100,150,200 in the World Test matches,my opinion is this was the plan of head coach Gautham Gambhir.

Yep after victory against Pakistan especially in test format really shock many of us and from till now exception from them has been raised but they hasn't continue his momentum and rhythm against India which really push them down. To be honest after India innings declaration things were completely in Bangladesh hand to just divert results in thier favor from defeat to draw and the only things were required was to stay long and rotate strike but unfortunately they failed and unable to done that things which results in thier defeat with 2-0 and thus they lose the series too. Now Indian team are in great position to play Test Championship and may be possibly won that important achievement too and with that Rohit will register his name in indian great captain after dhoni

As we know Indian International test cricket team is not like a Pakistani International test cricket team which will play bad against low ranking team . Indian players are best all the World and they proved that in all situations and they won the test series easily against Bangladeshi team which won the test series against Pak  cricket team . Bangladeshi team is not good team but Pakistani cricket team is playing bad as comparison to Bangladeshi team and they have to note their weaknesses and they have to hard work. Pakistani players are not focusing on their physique and they are eating bad thing which are dangerous to their physical and mental health.

That was a easy win for India. India be like, why do we need five days if we can defeat a team only in two and a half day? LOL. Congratulations team India. Yeah, it is true that some of us were overestimated Bangladesh. But, that was for some reason. Every team try to improve and play better than before. But it seems like this terms does not apply for team Bangladesh as they are doing worst. But as a supporter, we still have to support the team. Yet again, we will expect some better cricket from them. Let's see if they can at least win one match against India in T20 format.

Bangladesh team is always weak in Test format. Bangladesh is far behind compared to teams like India. But since he performed well against Pakistan in the last series. Bangladesh won the Test match in Pakistan's home series. Even the Bangladesh team won both test matches. And everyone was very surprised to see the performance of Bangladesh in this series. However, I do agree with you about not underestimating them in the T20 format since it's a very unpredictable format. I still don't think India will lose the series, but it could be a lot more competitive as you mentioned.

Yes, there is no doubt that India is a strong team in test cricket and the way they have performed in Test cricket and outclassed performance. I think the main reason for this performance is their captain Rohit Sharma who have coolness like MS Dhoni and Virat Kohli have the passion. I give his capitals 100 out of 100 the way he performed in this test match he not only won the two day test match he also whitewashed Bangladesh. Indian team cahse down the easy target by just lost of three wickets. Its very pride for Indian the way they finished and won the Test match in two days and turned the Test match into a T20 match.

What is left to underestimate? They have been a full member of the ICC for the last 25 years. Receives around $30 million per year from the ICC. And despite all this, they perform much worse than some of the associate nations such as Netherlands and Scotland. And the less talked about their domestic cricket structure, that better. Still the domestic structure is heavily focused around the city of Dhaka and is dominated by the clubs that are based in that city. There is hardly any organized cricket structure outside Dhaka.

Don’t underestimate the Bangladesh team. I know they are not skilled enough like the Indian players, but they are not bad either. Indians have the home ground advantage. They have played many IPL games here in the stadium and on the pitch. Moreover, the Indian team had experienced players, which helped them to attack at the right time.

I am doubting the outcomes of the T20 series, as the Indian team that was announced for the T20 series is completely new. Many will be debuting for the Indian team. Hence, the match will be very competitive.

Poor Bangladesh team, they don't even have the capability to survive in a two day test match against India. Almost 3 days of the second test match hasn't been played for the rain. I was thinking that the match will end as a draw. But India knows it very well that Bangladesh performance is pathetic in test format. It was a great decision from them to play it like a T20 match in the first innings. Bangladesh will be whitewashed in the T20 series as well.

We should not compare the Indian cricket team with the Bangladesh or the Pakistan cricket team, both won't be able to beat India easily. We have seen recently in the test match series between India and Bangladesh and how well the Indian team have dominated the two test matches. India won the first match with 280 runs and the 2nd test match by 7 wickets. Bangladesh team had no clue on how to tackle the Indian team. Next Bangladesh and India will next play the T20 series and we may see the same results.

Bangladesh's performance in the second test match is better than nothing. India defeated Bangladesh by a big margin in the match where the game was not played for almost three days due to rain. The way the Indian batsmen batted yesterday, it felt like it was not a Test match at all but a big match of IPL. The game between the two teams was fine until the first innings, most likely India declared the first innings ahead of Bangladesh by fifty runs. But it must be said that Bangladesh performed very poorly in their second innings. The batsmen are in no rush here on the fifth and final day. If the Bangladeshi batsmen had batted relaxedly and declared the innings shortly before the end of the day, they would not have lost this match. The batting of the second innings of the second Test match seemed to be too much for them to return home.
