Arguably Bangladesh's worst player, Zakir Hasan, just got out and Bangladesh lost their first wicket by 18 runs. As long as there are players like Zakir Hasan from the Bangladesh squad, Bangladesh Tests will never improve.

I did not understand why Hasan Mahmud was made to bat after Zakir Hasan was out? It must have been a wrong decision, because Hasan Mahmud is a bowler who should never be batted in the top order, unfortunately Hasan Mahmud got out for 4 runs off 9 balls. Mominul Haque and Shadman Islam both remain unbeaten, they both need to bat well. Bangladesh batsmen must perform well otherwise they will lose this Test too. 4th day ended with Bangladesh collecting 26 runs in 11 overs losing 2 wickets.

Bangladesh team bowled out India for 285 runs today, although Bangladesh team is batting at the moment but their batting performance is not good. Bangladesh team today lost their opening pair in the beginning they did not bat well due to which Bangladesh is under a lot of pressure at the moment.
Zakir Hasan and Hasan Mahmood could not bat responsibly but got out quickly, I think these players are not fit to play tests. Patience is definitely needed to play tests, but we have seen Zakir Hasan's batting performance very poor in previous matches too, so I think they are not yet experienced enough to play tests. Right now Bangladesh team has collected 26 runs and lost two wickets, Bangladesh team still needs 26 runs to chase the target given by India.

Chandimal(116), Mathews(88), Kamindu Mendis (182), Kushal Mendis(106) and Karunaratne (46) all these players have made sure that Sri Lanka put up a very big score on the total. The biggest surprise was when New Zealand got all out for only 88 in the first innings and in the second inning, they have only been able to score 360. Incredible performance from them and it looks like the test performance from Sri Lanka has significantly improved. It will be interesting to see if they can also show that same level of improvement in other formats of cricket.

Shakib Al Hasan has recently picked up two wickets very quickly. But even that does not seem to make a difference in India is still scoring pretty quickly.

No, there was no rain on day 3. The day 3 has been actually called off for wet outfield. The drainage system of 'Green Park' stadium is too poor. The match is completely heading towards a draw.
