There is a press release included in that linkedin feed, it explains that "the smart contract has been designed to only allow access to permitted individuals, effectively allowing C3N to justify an expense without any risk to disclose operational activity and jeopardixing ongoing investigations".

As i see they are in some hackathon in Lisbon this weekend. Have they attented Websummit which was held in Lisbon this week? Im curious that there were not any blockchain projects... 
I would like to say this coin is still under accumulation phase and there is golden chance to buy this at such a low price. There are so many good reason to invest in this as long term because there is very talented dev team who will shape it really amazing and it will turn into next big thing.
Yes, I have been absorbing the team from the beginning they are very talented in all sorts of developments, still, it is the accumulation phase, so people are grabbing this coin will surely see many results from Tezos coin. We are seeing the accurate results because if a company has active products will always help the coin to increase the price.

this coin is loosing stamina it seems, the price dropped to half what was 1 year ago, and i'm losing my little investment too, any new news coming to save this one?
I guess $200 million is not an easy money to find to drive Tezios price. I like Tezos and I am also one of those that anticipate during pre-ICO. But upon knowing the massive demand maybe due to its popularity too. I stayed away. I would rather look for projects that are worth below $50 million.

Of course, the price of Tezos is decreasing in the market it is because of market fluctuation and we need not worry about this coin. Even I am losing more value, but instead of holding, I am staking this coin, which I am getting more tezos and increasing my asset.
Tezos is moving forward really wonderful into right direction and it showing awesome performance. The support is increasing gradually this will help this a lot to get more attention and bring more big investors into this project. Solid progress always help to grow the community I think it is good to keep HODL.
