Meanwhile, Atomex works just perfectly in Tezos Babylon, XTZ/ETH and XTZ/BTC pairs are available for the secure exchange right inside your desktop wallet. There is the article https://baking-bad.org/blog/2019/09/25/atomex-decentralized-exchange-cross-chain-atomic-swaps-on-practice/

This is the ideal way to build a Blockchain related product - by taking input from the community.-

Tezos has a lot of potential

Tezos is one of the first blockchain protocols to try to solve the hard fork and governance issues by having a self-amending ledger and on-chain governance. This article sums all of this up really well -

was DUN not a XTZ hard fork Huh Roll Eyes

semantics...   lol

I guess what they mean is a single codebase should not cause a hard fork?    Anyone can always make a copy but chains can't split like they do with others...  but yea.  not really a selling point for me.

Such a pity that tzscan block explorer isn't working anymore. Does anyone know another decent block explorer for Tezos?

Ayers, just above this post, suggested a good one. Alternatively you can also try https://mvp.tezblock.io/  ,  https://tzstats.com/ https://tzkt.io/ and http://teztracker.everstake.one/bakers and a bunch of others which  are still in early stage development and are adding the needed functionality.

Tzscan is the past, let's move on.

I  use the Tezbox wallet and have tried to change my delegate and I thought followed the instructions exactly, but even after 6 days now I am still receiving rewards from my old Delegate instead of the new one.

I went to my staking wallet starts in KT selected the delegate tab and  then changed the custom delegate to match the new Baker's address. When I log out and log in again the new delegate address appear is my custom field and if I view the address on TZscan it also shows me the new Delegate address in the Delegate field on the right-hand side so I am now stuck as how to proceed.

Can anyone advise if they have succesfully changed delegates and how it was achieved?

For what I can understand from your post you did everything correctly : you will still receive the rewards for a certain number of cycles from previous baker you delegated to and then you will receive rewards from the new one.
If you remember the first time you delegated your Tezzies you had to wait a certain number of cycles before starting to receive rewards : now you will receive from the old one for the same number of cycles and then you will switch to new rewards.

The schedule is the following:

Cycle 0 - you delegate

Cycle 7 - The Tezos Blockchain assigns your delegation rights to chosen baker and they can start baking for you.

Cycle 13 - Rewards for Cycle 7 are received by baker and forwarded to your KT1 account.

Anyway to look deeper into your own situation go on tezscan, fill in your KT1 address and click on "RewardS" tab.

Hope this helps.

there is already someone who has send his DUN coins (from the XTZ snapshot) to a DUNE baker to delegate it?

yes, I did it but only few days ago so still no rewards : guess I will start receiving them around cicle 71.

Let's see.

ok.
can you tell us how much reward you will get it from the Dune baker for the amount of your DUN coins?

Just had a look at my pending rewards on dunscan and found out what follow:

I have pending rewards for cycles 74 to 77 they are progressively decreasing;
to give you just a rough estimate or rewards amount  lets say for every 1000 dun I leased I receiceved, for every of the above mentioned cycles, respectively : 0.3 , 0.312 , 0.223 and 0.187 DUN.

Atomex has officially launched in the mainnet!
You can now buy XTZ for BTC ETH trustlessly via convenient interface.
If you want to know what is happening under the hood, read this explanatory post https://medium.com/coinmonks/atomex-cross-chain-atomic-swaps-on-practice-8139571f0ee5
Wow, this is very cool - I always liked atomic swaps, because only with their help will it be possible to make a full-fledged decentralized exchange with support for various blockchains.
