I won't happen... That's because if you think how much people have Bitcoin and how many millionaires people will be living on earth just because if their "holding" competence along the years... I mean, noy even if you hold some golden rock found in the 17th century it worth 1million dollars. It's difficult to measure and there's no math that can be done to predict this, but taking the course of history, it is extremely unprobably.

No its not gonna happen anyway.the price hike will slow down to some extend and in the next years like after 15 years we may see that the price of bitcoins rise upto 1000p dollars and that even happening is very unlikely.

After the recent price rise, I think the $1 m price is possible.

I hardly think that bitcoin will be worth one million, because it would be cumbersome to look at the overall economic table - if you offer bitcoin as a common global unit to replace the dollar, then maybe, but the dollar is not worth a million

I am not insane to see bitcoin price reaching $1M. Bitcoin is struggling to reach each new ATH today and it is around 0.125% of the projected price of this thread.  The more realistic would be $5000 to $10,000 per BTC and that will need, in my opinion, more than a decade to reach.   So $million  per Bitcoin for me is impossible.

100 percent  no. Bitcoin will never ever  reach that super high price.,  even the demand on bitcoin is too high ,still it cannot make the price  of.bitcoin go $1 moliion dollars.
well same here that it is impossible that it will happen.. the possible that i think the maximum price that we can see in bitcoin in the future.. 4k to 8k value each.. this is what i thought in the future.. and i hope that it can be change and much more will come with bitcoin..

1 million dollars = 1 bitcoin. That's an Insane value. I don't think it will happen and I wonder when it will happen that is if it happens by any chance. Bitcoin can reward loyal investors but 1 million USD per bitcoin is too much for the time being.

Never say never. Anything is possible. 1 million dollar for every bitcoin is big today but in future things can change very quickly. Remember when 1$ per bitcoin was considered too much? So hold on to bitcoins as close as possible and keep collecting them.

yahh it will happen in the near future ,that  near future may be after 80 years .with the years to come bitcoin would too much popular  and it is prediction is high that its price would  go upto  1 million dollars .

Hmm. I don't think so. When the price of bitcoin goes that high, then there would be 21,000,000,000,000$ worth of bitcoin. I think that's too much and if we, bitcoiners, choose to spend our coins, then we can buy literally everything. If we choose to act as one and spend, the available resources all around the world will be ours, and I don't think the government will let that happen. I meant the 1 million dollar bitcoin.

And if all the resources were already bought, the bitcoin and all the other currency would have no value because you can't buy anything anymore.

What I'm basically saying here is that countries actually just make money that is less than the total amount of the available resource in their country. That's why if you think of it, the government don't just print and print money. They have to control it because the excess amount of money would be worthless since there's nothing to buy.

21T would by you a fraction of everything if that....the worlds largest company is worth if that. one of the largest companies in the world is

Saudi Aramco worth over 2T, Australias housing stock is 6T, wack on the infrastructure etc etc, you could probably just buy Australia for 21T, maybe,

Now go into the world of finance and the figures dwarf this

This is a dream, million dollars for 1 btc, what OP smoked before he posted this topic?
All thou I agree with you that this will not happen, in my life I learned that nothing is 100 %. 99.99 % maybe, but that is still a chance. Probably we will not be alive to see that.

Yes it could happen, if it becomes huge and used worldwide in trading and financial businesses. Even experts are acknowledging this scenario, but giving it just 0.02% chances of happening. Well even 0.02% is better than 0 chances! Smiley

Bitcoin has huge potential to become major digital currency in the world for sure as we could see how it rise and rises till now the price could reach pretty stable $750-$780. When I read the article, they predicted the price should reach $400 in the next year and it's already proven, makes me think about 0.02% probability that bitcoin will become a "global working capital of trade", in which case it foresees a scenario in which a single bitcoin could be worth up to $1m. Well, nothing is impossible for bitcoin but we might not in this world anymore if that predictions will happen.

21 trillion dollars that sounds unbelievable much. But only at first!
At the moment, the debt held by the public of the united states alone is at about $14.3 trillion dollars!
I can't say that I believe a bitcoin will ever be worth a million, surely not.
But when I look just at the numbers, at least the amount is not so big that nothing in this size would not exist already!

I don't know if this is possible,if this happen we'll have a lot of rich people here  in our community ,my prediction is the highest it could go is $50,000,provided that adoption is continuous and more market for Bitcoin and of course no problem among miners.
Even if it's happening don't guarantee people here will be immediately rich. Maybe most of us are just exchanging the bitcoin because the price rising to $1 Million and none bitcoin left. after price rising we're facing the problem about earning bitcoin is becoming very hard because its value rising. some our source of money maybe using USD to determine how much they're going to pay for our service

in this case i will say that bitcoin begining to gain ground in the world today  over time people are getting to more of bitcoin today so dollar and bitcoin today are almost the same today they both have  so i don"t think that dollar is really higher them that bitcoin  so with time bitcoin will go to the moon.

It is clearly impossible, even hit 10000$ is really difficult. With an explosion of development, the bitcoin could grow fastly but not enough to reach this barrière. And it would take lots of time ! Anyway, 10000$ is already really good and it is a good goal but 1million per bitcoin is out of range Shocked
Nothing is impossible my friend, when we look at germany after the WorldWar, You needed a wheelbarrow full of cash to buy your bread. This *could* also happen today, which means the bitcoin price would go up a shite ton. I'm not saying it would be worth a million, but you never know. People do weird things when panicking.

What does bitcoin have to be worthing 1 million dollars? Lets be realistic people, after all coins be mined, we will work based on the demand and supply, knowing the price cant fail under lets suppose 5000 dolllars for 1 bitcoin, because the fees to the miners. I do believe bitcoin may achieve maybe 10000 dollars at all its life, above ammounts would required bitcoin instant transactions and be legalized.

If people do not trust the US dollar and the US government has to borrow bitcoin to fund the running of the states, the bitcoin price will be higher than $1 million.
Imagine that the dollar would crash... Bitcoin prices would skyrocket!

it could happen maybe, in the very unlikely scenario that all major fiat currency will collapse and everyone is forcing to adopt bitcoin in some way

only the massive usage of bitcoin, on a planetary scale can lead to an impressive value like that
But even in this case of global collapse, we need to keep in mind that there will be lots of alternative coins that also could offer an important option to find a safe haven in the face of economic instability.

That is why I think in any case, even in the worst economic scenarios, the price of the bitcoin could achieve the expected one million dollars. Even $10,000 looks unlikely.

Market capitalization is an interesting parameter to be analyzed, especially when comparing the current market capitalization of Bitcoin with Fiat currencies. It may be noted that Bitcoin is probably still very undervalued, it is only a matter of time before the currency gains traction in the market, but first a greater user base is needed.
