I am terrible at Fantasy Football!!!
Are we very much speculating that this is the fault of Tua the quarterback? This is not instead of the Dolphins' offensive line that might not be giving Tua the much required protection that he needs and for their offensive line to give him a few more seconds to throw the ball much more accurately to Tyreek Hill and Jaylen Waddle who are on the top 20 of wide receivers in the NFL? We can agree that Tua is not something similar to Lamar, however, this Dolphin's offensive line can also be blamed for Tua's injury and bad performance.
This is different than what happened with Andrew Luck in which the Colts were completely at fault for letting him become the most punished QB on the entire history of the league during the span of time in which he played, Tua seems to lack the tools to play at the NFL, this is like a heavyweight boxer that has great technique, stamina and punching power but that lacks a solid chin, we know that at some point he is going down since it is impossible to defend yourself from every single incoming punch.

Tua is the same, the hit he took most recently seemed pretty much like any other hit a QB can take, and yet that was enough to cause a concussion, in a way it reminds me of the injury Tony Romo suffered on his shoulder that led to his retirement, since no team wanted to sign him as a normal hit was able to injury him to that extent.

Giants going into Seattle and curb stopping Seatle was funny.  In a survivor pool and Seattle wrecked pretty much everyone left.  The niners did a number on the pool as well.  Can't believe I didn't move Singletary out for tank before out game in another league.  Fantasy is just so brutal sometimes lol.

Kyle Shanahan and fourth quarters, yeah not the best combo.

Was Deebo injured...i couldn't hear his name all game and i was facing him in two leagues, 1 rec for 11 yards? What happened?

I didn't hear anything, but yeah, Deebo was out.  Jauan Jennings and Brandon Aiyuk started.

Some great games this weekend.  I can't believe that I started Jayden Daniels in one of my leagues of Jo Burrow.  I understand that Daniels was the number one quarterback coming in to the league this week, but Burrow is "tried and true" and those 5 tuddies certainly did plenty to reemphasize that.

It still looks like I'm going to pull off that game, and most of mine this week, but man my prediction pool is slacking.  I'm normally much better than I've been playing.

Not sure if you guys watched the Bills/Texans game. It's a terrible look for the NFL to have Josh Allen allowed back into the game after he KO'd himself for a good second or two. I don't know how he was cleared to return. I thought they had independent doctors on the sideline to make those checks/decisions.

Watson is currently on a five-year $230 million contract that makes it difficult for the Browns to get rid of their man. If they decide to pull the plug on him before next season, they would still have to pay $92 million while taking a $173 million hit on their salary cap. And that’s not where it ends, as the Browns could find themselves fined $86 million over the next two seasons if they decide to cut the QB from their roster.

Man. I feel already done for the season. Everything crumbled apart for my team and I am currently striving for mediocrity. I need to start getting information from outside the Yahoo! fantasy bubble. Everyone makes moves based on what they have to say about each player, but what if what their analyses are wrong. Being in an ESPN league as well, I gotta tell you, its not much better. At least I'm 2-2 in that league.

Lol life of a fantasy football player.  By week 8 half your team is always a couple guys ypu drafted amd then rest off your bench or from waivers lol.  It's beyond frustrating.  Lost aaron jones amd achane so far this week.  Waiting for the next guy to drop.

With that being said the Deshaun Watson trade has to be officially the worst trade ever made in the NFL.  That dude is beyond terrible and is going to pin clevlamd down for a good part of this decade.  All that money, all those draft picks.  Houston fleeced crazy and ended up with CJ lol
They are waiting for him to be charged again and I think they have something in his contract that get's them outta some of that deal. They were dumb as hell either way for even making that deal, but if they can get out of it they are going to. Cleveland just can't really do anything right and haven't for many years. Solid defense last few years but the offense is always hit and miss.

It's like insider trading  with the browns, the other teams keep scoring against them. It's almost like there is no owner of the browns except the pleb public that can be dumped on with impunity.

They even tossed Flakko so the fans couldn't demand he take over.

I have already come to terms that any team I put together is going to lose. Fantasy is a lot harder than picking the top players and you'll get tons of points. South Park probably has the best team in terms of weekly production and is going to be hard to beat, but I still enjoy competing vs him or whomever my opponent is weekly.

It's almost like finding a couple needles in a haystack as far as players go. You find those couple needles and you get an edge, without them we are kinda fucked.

Man. Its been brutal. Lost everything this weekend: 2 fantasy games + 2 pick 'ems. Glad I didn't have any game bets out.

Biggest surprises of the year
Vikings (4-0)
Texans (3-1)

Biggest fails of the year
Dolphins (1-3)
Jacksonville (0-4)

Before the start of the season, it seemed this might be Lawrence's year. Oops.

Buccaneers poised for an upset over Atlanta at home tomorrow, methinks.

The Vikings starting off at 4-0 is sure as shit a huge surprise so far this year.  When their rookie quarterback got injured before the season even started, no one would have placed them at a 4-0 star.  As for the Texans, most people had them as Super Bowl contenders, so not sure I can agree that a 3-1 start is really much of a surprise.

The Dolphins going 1-3 and Jags 0-4 certainly are quite surprising.  Of course the Dolphins being in large part that their QB once again took another head blow smh.

Agreed I had them as bottom of the barrel with my giants fighting for theor draft position from day one.  Goes to show if a quarterback goes to the right situation (i.e. purdy) ypu can succeed.  Darnold on the jets was complete trash.  People going to hate on me but throw daniel jomes on a squad that had a decent offensive line he would t look so bad.  With that being said giants need a change no matter the change.
Getting rougher for your Giants this week. Malik Nabers is out following the hit he took last week. Couldn't pass concussion protocol in time or something.

Dolphins are a tire fire, loaded with weapons but Tua has to run for his life alot. The fault is the draft room and GM. They are the ones deciding not to get any sort of help on the line.

Yeah giants are going to get toasted tomorrow.  On a bright fantasy note Wan'Dale Robinson shoukd have a monster game.  Dude is Daniel jones safety blanket amd should probably get 10+ targets.  Just need him to get in the endzone once.  And yeah Miami is a hot dumpster fire.  Now they got OBJ to the Waddle and hill wide out room.  Crazy amount of weapons that are completely useless.

On the Vikings, very much agreed. They are the biggest of all surprises of the year. However, this might not only be because I thought Sam Darnold is an improved quarterback. These other players who are protecting him and who give him time to throw his pass are much more important. I reckon if Tua played in this team he will certainly not be having a concussion and he would certainly be throwing long passes that will be successful to his receivers every game hehehe.

In any case, why is the Vikings only -2.5 against Aaron Rodgers and the Jets? This should be -6?
