If I were to bet on the NFC East, I would pick the Giants. But I always pick the Giants to win the conference (because I hate the cowboys,) and of course I'm often wrong. WFT kinda shot themselves in the foot by winning the conference last year. By doing so they added two tough games to their schedule. Now they have to face the Seahawks and the Packers along with the Saints.
The Cowboys have Dak back, and Dak is far better than anything ya'll got over in New York. The cowboys have some solid wide receivers, running backs etc. Defense may be a bit suspect, but still.
Lol, a bit suspect? Dak is actually a good QB, I'll give him that, but he won't line up as a linebacker, lol. Dallas often has a great offense, at least they're productive in yards and points. The only trouble is they're always playing catch-up. I still think the Giants take the East, but I'm not willing to bet on that.
I think WFT has a better chance than Dallas, honestly.
They aren't going to trade anything for a 1 year Jimmy rental though, San Fran will want to much. And any multi-year deal kind of kills the whole point of drafting Mac 1st by burying him as the 3rd qb. There's teams that will want Jimmy, Denver might be a good landing spot. Or Carolina if Sam Darnold starts out terrible.
You never know. Garoppolo would fit the Pats offense a lot better than Newton, and if Belichick want's Mac on the bench for a couple of years I could see him trying to make the deal. I agree that the 9ers will want a hefty sum to recoup some of the draft stock they gave up to get Trey, so that might be the deciding factor.
I think Darrell Henderson just got screwed with Sony Michel Trade. I was planning on grabbing both, thought Michel wouldn't get traded until 6th week but this threw a wrench in a few of my value players I was gonna try to snipe.

This will be interesting to see pan out. If I was in a league that was drafting right now I would grab him as a flyer but either way its a gamble with high payoff potential if henderson goes down. It should be fun to see how this pans out.

Since it's already draft snz, i have a quick hypothetical question. How would you treat unvaccinated players (that you know of) in this year's drafts? Are you willing to pass on a player just because he is not vaccinated and hence poses a higher risk of contracting rona and thus missing time/messing up with your team?
All things being equal I'd definitely grab the vaxxed player but I don't think not being vaxxed is enough of a detriment to move them down on my list. But if I already don't really like them then thats just added risk and I'd grab an alternative thats rated lower in lieu.

I personally just don't think Belichick is as good of a coach as Tom Brady has made him look for the past two decades. He struggles to draft good offense and does stupid stuff like giving the Falcons a second rounder for mohamed sanu the other year. I'm not saying he's not great, because he is, I just don't think he's as great as people give him credit for.
The chances the Patriots makes the playoffs are low, the AFC East is the Bills division for the foreseeable future, the Jets will be better with Wilson, they will not make the playoffs this year but now they have the potential to be on the race if they can draft correctly during the next years, I know that is a big if since we are talking about the Jets but it is a possibility, and the Dolphins will depend on how year 2 Tua looks like, if anything I am glad they picked Tua and not Herbert as I would despise the idea of facing that dude twice for at least a decade. Try being a Bears fan. That being said this was preseason and preseason doesn't mean much at all. One of the biggest mistakes I used to make in Fantasy Football was taking preseason too seriously and judging some players by how well they played, or didn't play during preseason. That has almost always come back to bite me in the butt. During yesterdays game my Bears sure did look like shit, but they were also missing a bunch of starting players. Let me make this very clear, Mitchell Trubisky is TERRIBLE. The Bears however are going to miss cornerback Kyle Fuller big time, and releasing him was one of the dumbest moves I've ever seen. I HATE the Bears ownership, and this is just yet another reason why. I dream that they will sell the team some day to someone whom actually has half a clue what they are doing.
Being a Giants fan I'm rooting for them to lose every game this year sorry chi! Yeah that hit on fields was a tough one to watch. Thought the kid was gonna die out there. And agreed, mitch is terrible. He is a good backup quarterback. He will be a professional clipboard holder for 10 years probably. Not a bad gig if you think about it lol.

I threw a nice chunk on them winning the NFL Least division. I will bet they hit 9 wins this year. Their secondary is sick. Line is a year older and they upped their revving corps. Danny year 3 which is a make or break year. I know I'm a Homer chi but 9 wins and the division it is. And will STILL pick #1 in next year's draft

I think the best outlet for Fantasy news is Fantasy Pros ( https://www.fantasypros.com/ ). They've got a great website with tons of good information, they've got a pretty good podcast that I will listen to from time to time and they've also got a Discord group that I will hop in and out of from time to time. For me personally they are the best resource overall. Sites like Rotoworld used to be my favorite but they've since fallen off a bit.
I've always like their tools and especially the player comparison and Expert Consensus but I've found their recommendation youtube vids to be on the poor side and not very insightful at all and I'd actually go on to say if you did what they recommend you will have zero chance of winning a competitive league.
I used to love yahoo answers for Fantasy opinions as they were damn spot on and I used to spend alot of time on there giving free advice and lineup recommendations but of course it didn't generate cashflow for Verizon so it got the axe.
