Some of the things that you have written have happened due to the awareness and the naiveness of the users. For example, if someone invests in a Scam ICO it is only his fault and he is to be blamed for that. It is like they are feeding the scammers.
All the scamming and stealing attempts in the crypto community can be stopped if people start reading about how the ecosystem works, what to avoid etc and many of these risks will be eliminated.
I think ICO fraud is a very big crime from year to year, just imagine the project that ran away with investor funds and also the price of ico is very different when the tokens are traded on the market, I am really concerned about this situation

if the exchange is hack they have been hacked , they are not scammed because they dont mean it to happen . hackers are just smart because any site that has a good security can still be bypass by them in the money of money but hacking incident on exchanges is not the biggest crime in the world of cryptos . i heard alot of frauds and money laundering crimes before the that involves millions and billions of cryptos .
The biggest crypto crime and the on that i think has changed the course of any investment on the internet is the ponzi scheme made by one coin site where they have walked away with more than 667 million dollar, onecoin claimed to be the bitcoin killer, that many people believed it and they invested their money their saving only to wake one day and find out they have have been scammed, to this day the founder is still on the run and the case is still not solved, with the one coin scam everyone lost their trust in these types of companies and projects.

And many new users who are completely unaware of trap get involved and become a victim. Many cloud mining sites are a scam. People get involved to get higher returns on their investment and lost their investment also.
In the same way, many ICO and altcoins also lead to a scam. Many investors suffer from their equity losses.

For me all of the cyber attacks made by the hackers are all significant, even if it is not the officially recorded biggest crime in history but for me it is still the biggest. Hello, we are talking about millions of dollars here, that was huge.
But the most memorable cyber attack that I can't forget until now is the Coincheck Hacking Incident where around $400M was lost. I also add the 51% Attack toy list because its cool yet miserable story.

Probably fraud is the biggest crime that can be in cryptocurrency.Also, of course, the illegal use of cryptocurrency in money laundering or terrorist financing.There is nothing else wrong with cryptocurrency. At the moment, most users of cryptocurrency have only become richer.
Definitely, fraudulent is not at all acceptable in this crypto forum. There are bunch of people's who make such money laundering activities, hacking others account and cheating others coins is really hard to accept. Especially the bounty managers who steal all the hard efforts once the job is done.
Those that kill to take advantage to get cryptos. Its so tragic and alarming. It should be regulated because we are all individuals who strive to have a good life. We are given opportunities to work hard for. Its better to get inspired with these people rather than commit crime.
But there's still people who will choose to do unlawful act, stealing is much easier for them instead of working fairly to others, committing crimes inside crypto industry had its own venue, hacking exchanges, hacking individual wallets, creating ico's are only examples of things that happened around this environment which is needed to be consider and be vigilant not to be victimized.

I think the biggest crime in cryptocurrency is scam. It is literally the worst thing that can happen to someone, being fooled like this. But there is nothing we can do other than being very careful. There will always be hackers and scammers who want to steal someone’s money, unfortunately this is a fact that we have to accept. So my simple advice is, never feel lazy for doing a good search before making an investment. Take your time before making a decision.
I would be impossible to know which was the biggest crime from bitconnect to mt.gox hack scam because these are done under the radar and with these scams they were organized by criminals. So these type of individuals are untrusting so they could of sent these funds to some others which were not documented and so unknown to public knowledge.
The bigegst crim in cryptocurrency is probably the "collapse" rom the "hacking" of Cryptsy. Some will say Mt. Gox. Both are debatable, because both are big crimes. It's sad that people will stopp to such low levels just to get money. I wonder how they sleep at night! They should be ashamed of themselves, stealing the people's money and thinking that they have a right to it.
Actually in myetherwallet scam, I am one of the stupid bitcoiner that being scam. They sent an email as the same as the email of campaign manager at bounty asking for my info like KYC and asking my private keys.I thought it was legit because campaign manager was always sent an email update to me. So next day I found out that my coin was stole. So I can say that scam is the biggest crime here in cryptocurrency.
In which campaign bounty manager asking private key still you can remember that exactly? First of all make a sense why manager asking your personal key in email because he just doing job like your work update in spreadsheet and provide other service. And when you got a mail than you can asking manager. 
Its sad to think that cryptocurrency is being used in all means of transactions in dark web; which is very alarming. Using their services in means of human trafficking, drugs, rebellion and any king of illegal activities. From this many people still holding-back to invest in this type of investment since its been ruined by these issues and it should be raise awareness by the management to regulate this fraud activities.
