It's good to see this topic. Can you tell us what kind of ban does the state impose? So BTC cannot restrict ownership, because through decentralization it is impossible for them to know who owns and how much BTC owns.
I guess you can restrict your use only for trading purposes.

In some countries there are still cafes like this.  I think that with the name related to the coin, only the crypto followers will come here and join the conversation.  They will talk about crypto-related topics comfortably without fear of disturbing others.

Would it be right if I think of them as mocking bitcoin or maybe the  bitcoin on there menu. A cafe that doesn't accept bitcoin would not be the best place to learn about bitcoin "I can preach that vegetables are healthier and I do not eat vegetables" it doesn't add up.
Bitcoin cafe aside what the government of that country needs is to get out of there high horses and see the true meaning of bitcoin and how it can easy some of the country's difficulties

Ironic, isn't it that here comes a Bitcoin Cafe but you can not spend your bitcoin in there just use your fiat to have your coffee served fast. I agree that this is the reminder for the people and the government to soon change their mindset on cryptocurrency before it is too late. I am sure that bitcoin and cryptocurrency can be helping a lot of people in Bangladesh and the government can be able to collect additional taxes from the business. I am suggesting that people who are into cryptocurrency in this country band themselves together and make some allies with people of the government who are sympathetic to the cause.

In Bangladesh, people are not allowed to use bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency. Govt has declared it illegal. The great news is our current Finance Ministry is thinking over it and we will probably be seen Bitcoin legal in the coming years.
In Dhanmondi, there's a cafe namely "The Bitcoin Cafe". Although they don't accept bitcoin or any other cryptocurrency, I see it as a great way of promotion, people will learn more about Bitcoin and cryptocurrency. I have visited this cafe 2 times and asked to pay with Bitcoin but he wasn't agreed.
