I do not want to predict when the bull is coming because it is difficult to predict the market, impossible. But I'm optimistic about bitcoin and all alts, getting started on the moon, but that will take a lot of time.
I really hope that October will be the entry point to a good market. And November December will give a bullish market. But, this is all speculation. Already all expectations.I'm ready for the bull market.
Though we can't determine how long the bull run to stop ,the good way is to ready anytime and not greedy in terms of dump.I'm also hoping that thia year gaves some small improvements in order to gain profits .Don't expect too much but wishing for a good bounceback. 
Many good news coming this november, i think and hope this end of month all green market coming, big investor is still waiting right time to move all new fresh money into market.

For some reason, at the end of this year, there is still no sign of a bullish future, if we see that currently there are only a few coins such as last month's increase, surprisingly, and today we can see BCH prices have increased by 15%, so still there has been no market movement indicating a bullish move.
looking at last many years we see nov and dec and jan are most crucial months for price growth if the market sentiments are strong we can expect bull run on these months like which it happened in last few years

Everything shows that Bitcoin will start growing in December or January. What was in 2018 is just an adjustment of the market. People who have a lot of bitcoins decided to make refresh the market and to wipe out some unused players. The bulls will start soon.

I think it will happen in December, maybe in Q1 of 2019. There are a lot of good things that can happen by the end of the year. Bakkt announced that Bitcoin futures contracts will be available for trading on December 12th. I also hope that SEC will finally approve a bitcoin ETF.
maybe thats be main trigger for bitcoin and altcoin recovery.if that news dont delay anymore, i am confident much big investor or even finance firm investor bring their money to cryptocurrency market.

Looking at the charts it still seems likely BTC will still fall well below 6000. Are you optimistics for a turn around in perhaps October or November?
By just merely understanding the graphs, i could say that the bullrun will never happen this last quarter of the year, many investors are still hesitant to think about it, but who knows, china recently legalized bitcoin, maybe this could drive crypto into a bullrun, a lot of reasons why investors are hesitant this time, but i hope and pray it could happen this year.

I think that if the market reversal happens in the near future, then it will be December. I place great hopes on the launch of Bakkt and on the positive decision of the Securities Commission (ETF). These two conditions can give the market a big boost.
I agree with you by agreeing on ETFs that a bull run will occur in Q3 in 2018.

I think that BTC prices will not change much this year. Market situation is not exciting. Investors seem to be hesitant in trading. There is no new money flow into the cryptocurrency market.
