That's an excuse that is no longer a secret we hear from those who have just experienced defeat. It is illogical that every club does not want to achieve high achievements or win the championship in the event they are participating in. If the FA is not Pep Guardiola's main target, then the Premier League will not necessarily be achieved by them and the champion trophy is also difficult for them to achieve.
If so, then Manchester City will not get anything this year?

Yeah, that was the plan from the way I see it. The FA Cup was merely a thing of chance for Pep as, he can't be focused on all 3 fronts. He made far little effort in trying to avoid the mistakes that came off this game. I think it was a game of sustain the pressure till the last minute then they go for a goal but, the game went south from the 9th minute with Ibrahim Konate's goal for Liverpool. After then, it was just errors after errors for which, Liverpool so graciously used.

One of the worst mistake of the game came of Zack Steffen. I mean, what was he doing with the ball to have let Sadio Mane run all the way to sweep the ball into the net and make out his first but second goal for Liverpool. Well, Manchester City did attempt a come back but, it was way too late. There wasn't a chance in hell that Liverpool was going to let them get back into the game. Although, they saw a few progress and missed chances like the one from Gabriel Jesus. It's Liverpool in the finals now, ready to face who ever makes it out between Chelsea vs Crystal Palace fixtures. As much as I'm expecting a Chelsea win in this encounter, I hope they don't underestimate Crystal Palace.

They contributed to the victory of Liverpool yesterday, also Sadio Mane.
Mo Salah hasn't scored in the past three games now for Liverpool.

Finally the big boys are out of the FA cup, their defeat was as a result of not using the right players to start the game. Klopp came prepared with his players and started all his key players in the game, unlike Pep that kept Debruyne ok the bench and Mahrez. I was annoyed when I saw the lineup, it was more like a Normal game for Pep, his players were fallible to the reds Frontlines especially Sadio Mane who was a big threat in the game, although he wanted to make it an hattrick but was denied the opportunity. Reds beat City 3-2 to eliminate them from FA cup. Now we are awaiting the game between Chelsea and Crystal palace, let's see if Thomas Tuchel can secure his team to the finals.

Liverpool play like fire last night, in the 1st half all players are very attracted to sending the ball in the front, when they lost the ball they will running to get it back, this is the best performance I was seen. but, I can't see that all in 2nd half, the situation has changed, maybe Guardiola was read the situation and changed the strategy, but it is too late, they have to say goodbye to the FA cup, but we can still see both continue the fight on another match, that possible on Champions League, The city will reverse the win.

Having two early goals was turning point for this match and after these goals Liverpool never allowed Manchester City to fight back and give them any serious trouble in last few teams they try to have some good attacks, but Liverpool defense was in good shape, and they have done good job for this amazing win and having spot into final after ten years. After two draw matches between these two teams now having result is also good because this was fair chance for both teams to do something special and here Liverpool play amazing game.

Now today we have another semifinal between two London Clubs Chelsea vs Crystal Palace on papers look like Chelsea is strong but on ground still any result can happen, and Crystal Palace can bring down Chelsea with their unpredictable nature.

It was a proud moment for Klopp and his team yesterday after beating Manchester City to a Manchester City 2-3 Liverpool victory. As expected on my part, I never hoped for Manchester City to win this meeting in the FA Cup after there previous encounter in the EPL that did result in a draw and its not there fault really. It would have meant Pep focusing on so many fronts and that's not an easy task to keep up with. He's got to let some go and better secure the EPL while looking for some chances in the UCL.

Manchester city made far too many mistakes in this game, to have allowed Liverpool have a 3 goal head start was the worst they could have hoped for.

a terrible first half for Manchester City, and a very good one for Liverpool, after leading with three goals they didn't have to keep the same rhythm in the second half which led to Man City scoring two, this will make things more interesting in the Premier League and in the champions league, a well deserved win for Liverpool, money isn't everything.

Liverpool have a great opportunity to win a quadruple after getting rid of their rivals this season, Manchester City, in the FA Cup. This season they have successfully won the league cup trophy, and other opportunities are the FA Cup, Premier League and Champions League.

Even though the opportunity is very open, Jurgen Klopp has to rack his brain to manage the strategy and composition of players in every game, not without reason, at the end of the season like this, the schedule they will play is very close and leaving every week which is very crucial, Klopp must be very observant in a situation like this, otherwise Liverpool will miss out on winning the quadruple this season.

Currently, both teams are starting to look at busy matches in the various competitions they are still participating in, the concentration of these two teams began to be seen in the FA Cup semi-final match, Liverpool fielded the main squad while Manchester City was almost all inhabited by second layer players, and as a result Liverpool managed to bend Manchester City and step into the Final.

Victory on HT was easily obtained by Liverpool. Then the results of FT Manchester City replied to 2 goals. At the end of the 2nd half, Liverpool had two chances to add goals through Mohammed Salah and Firmino, but they looked like they were joking.

Manchester City have lost one trophy which is the FA, and what I worry about Manchester City is that they won't get the premier league and champions league either.
If it happens like that, then it will be a record that will always be remembered by their fans around the world.

City main objective in this Cup is to qualify without wasting efforts but Liverpool ended their journey here and I find it better, they should focus more on EPL and CL.

After having few early matches I was sure about this season is going to be best for them and I place few bets on them as they are going to do treble and double in this season so right now having chance for double with surely this year's Champions League title is also in their pocket but in Premier League they have to do something hard with just one point gape and very few matches in hand it is not easy job but still in their range for having all four trophies which could be one off best for them and their fans around the world.
