In all I was happy that Liverpool could win Manchester City. I still want Liverpool to overtake Manchester City in the English Premier league and then Manchester City can win the Champions League to balance everything.
Hopefully, Liverpool fc will face Chelsea fc at the finals. This time the reply of quaraba cup will happen and Liverpool will still have the day.

After last time when it was tied now Liverpool won a really important match. With this win now they have a chance to win all 4 trophies this year. They already won 1 they are close in the Champions league and Premier league so this can be a historic year for Liverpool

City main objective in this Cup is to qualify without wasting efforts but Liverpool ended their journey here and I find it better, they should focus more on EPL and CL.

Pep Guardiola really has to evaluate the game. Maybe don't let City's players play too much in the middle and there is no good execution. Seen struggling in the middle and then holding off attack after attack from Liverpool would be very bad. It should show that they have the will to win. After this Klopp will actually be more careful and don't want the score they have got to be easy to repay. Liverpool formation is good enough to continue to maintain the victory.
3 goals are still not enough for Klopp to feel safe and satisfied. Grin

Mane extends Liverpool's control over this match with the third goal of the tie and his second. It had been a quite lackluster display from man city who seem to still be recovering from the battle at Madrid, while Liverpool look sharper at all angles, while not at too form in my opinion.

Arguably, Man city's goalie should not be beaten so easily at his near post, coming after his horrendous error forhthe second goal.

The second half should be interesting. Pep wod definitely make some changes, and would Klopp want to sit back ?

@notblox1 I won’t underestimate Crystal Palace cause they’re bound to give Chelsea a hard time, and if Chelsea lose their focus even for a small while then there’s a big chance that they can be defeated. Lastly I feel that Liverpool will win this game, because you’re correct as City is indeed missing few player’s and thus they’ll fail to match the intensity shown by Liverpool player’s and hence I expect a heavy defeat for City.

Crystal Palace is going tough and aiming to win FA cup this season, but there remaining clubs are very strong, Crystal palace will be facing Chelsea, it is true Crystal Palace are practicing good recently which can also be as a result of FA cup, it was a surprise that Arsenal suffer a defeat to the club, but this would be different for Chelsea, Arsenal has been a club that can surprise people with loss matches at times.
