^ I can tell you what not to play haha, think i screwed big time going with +7.5 total points in the first quarter. It's just not gonna happen, both teams don't have explosive offenses (does Keenums' 5 TD count as explosive)? Trubisky doesn't even have a TD thrown yet.  Lips sealed

Why did i take that bet? omg...something really extraordinaire has to happen to even have a chance.

I'm not liking tonight's game as I'm not sure what to take. Any suggestions here on what to take in tonight's game, I was thinking of taking the over/under but just not sure right now. Do you guys think the skins can cover the spread as that's something else I was looking at.

I can't believe it but my fantasy team ended up getting rekt.

I had the second highest score in the league. But my opponent had the first highest.  Undecided

The worst part is I was projected to clean his clock, but he ended up putting up some stellar numbers thanks to Dak Prescott and Cooper Kupp.

At least the Rams won, and covered as well.

Well Dak played miami so no surprise on that one but it was nice to see Goff/Kupp looking like they did a few years back. I'd like to see that every week. Right now i'm picking up a replacement off the wire for Goff, i'm gonna give that New QB for the Giants a Go I think.

Picking up daniel jones might be a great bench stash.  It seems like the giants coordinator is fine with letting him air it out and with saquaon on the bench you might get a coue more rushing touchdowns from him as well.  I'd rather have jones over kyler murray if you are going to take a rookie quarterback

Sequon injured and Carson fumbled again, well so much for my RB's. Smiley

That Rams/Browns was a great defensive game until the team depths kicked in.

I did however miss on my second parlay with the Pats not covering the spread and also the Dolphins not covering which I thought they would.

Jets defense scored on a muffed punt and then again it was their defense fucking up the spread by scoring on an interception on rookie backup QB Stidham.

I thought the Ravens would win as they had an outstanding last quarter.

Yeah, they were close, very close to upset the KC in those final minutes. I'm sure Chiefs defense will have some extra tackling reps this week, courtesy of Lamar Jackson.  Cheesy

Nice hit on the Lions mate, you should of taken them at the money line

I should have...

Browns v Rams play of the game, anyone? "OBJ, I'm him" hahahha

The Browns had a good 1st half I was slightly worried when the Rams struggled I had a big bet on them and they only scored one field goal. I thought the Browns would hold on to their lead and outscore the Rams.

Their last attempt for an overtime was also close it seemed the Rams defense couldn't keep up they quickly closed in on the goal line but couldn't convert a touchdown.

I won my small parlay I put on a few days ago but man I was getting worried in the Chiefs/Ravens games as I thought the Ravens would win as they had an outstanding last quarter. I didn't get to see the Bills game but I was confident that they would get the job done which they did and also for the Packers to cover the spread which they did. I did however miss on my second parlay with the Pats not covering the spread and also the Dolphins not covering which I thought they would.

@morvillz7z

Nice hit on the Lions mate, you should of taken them at the money line as you said you liked them to win today against the Eagles. Chargers are letting you down right now, hopefully they can get up in the 4th quarter for you.

This just in: Antonio Brown, done! Thousands of Fantasy Football players cry out in unison.

Antonio Brown Says He Won’t Be Playing In The NFL Anymore

Quote
He announced on Twitter that he’s finished with the league.

“Will not be playing in the (NFL) anymore these owners can cancel deals do whatever they want at anytime we will see if the (NFLPA) hold them accountable sad they can just void guarantees anytime going on 40m 2 months will see if they pay up !” the tweet read.

Brown was recently released by the Patriots. He only played one game with New England before he was cut.

The Patriots released a statement saying, “The New England Patriots are releasing Antonio Brown. We appreciate the hard work of many people over the past 11 days, but we feel that it is best to move in a different direction at this time.”

ESPN’s Jeremy Fowler said Brown will likely forfeit his $9 million signing bonus from New England because of a contract clause calling for players to disclose situations preventing availability. He also said Brown was due $5 million on Monday.

Before Brown’s arrival in New England, he was playing with the Raiders. Brown had been fined over $200,000, and the Raiders voided the $29.125 million worth of guaranteed money that his deal had guaranteed, according to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter.

Do you guys think the Pats can cover the spread this week like they did last week?

NY Jets looked absolutely terrible both offensively and defensively against the Browns. If Belichick has to gameplan/shift focus to only stop Le'Veon Bell, which let's be honest is the only threat Jets have, it's gonna be a long day for them at Gillette Stadium. I could see that spread covered within 2 and half quarters.

These are my bets for today, I really do believe Lions can win in Philadelphia or at least have a close game.

We now have one vote for Cleveland, who are you stranger?  Grin

Do you guys think the Pats can cover the spread this week like they did last week? I know the -21 is a lot to cover but I am looking for some value for my next parlay, I'm actually thinking that the Dolphins can cover the spread against the Cowboys at +22, I'll be interested in what you guys think here and what other spreads are worth looking at?

I dont know what your team looks like but you probably took woods around round 4/5, I dont think Cleveland's secondary is enough for me to bench a rams wr.  I have Brooks in one league and kupp in another I am starting both of them without thinking twice.  I would advise you to do the same with woods unless you are wr heavy

Here's who I have on my WR list:

Chris Godwin - TB
Mike Evans - TB
Michael Thomas - NO
Robert Woods - LAR
Allen Robinson - Chi
Sterling Shepard - NYG
Emmanuel Sanders - Den

So yeah you could say I am WR-heavy  Cheesy

The ones in bold are my starters. Would you make any changes?

Honestly if you are in a 2 wr and 1 flex league I would probably play that lineup each week regardless of the opponent.  For sure this week, the godson and evabs are gonna feast on the giants.  I would consider waiting for a real good week by woods or Evan's and offer them up for a rb1/rb2, since you are probably light on running backs

There was about 14 points left on the ground due to over zealous officiating shutting down some good drives as well.

That's correct, i don't really wanna talk about refs anymore, i get pretty angsty just thinking about them and the way the game is being officiated the last couple seasons. meh

Here's more nauseating stuff. It's about the Patriots and AB in particular. I'm sure yall saw that on social media already, but if you haven't, AB is being released by the team following the sexual assault allegations. What's next for AB, do you think he's done with NFL? He threatened to retire last month lol...i guess you should be careful what you wish for.

Its a tough game tonight so I'm thinking of going with the over 38.5 but even that is risky as both teams don't really have a good offence.

20-7 Jacksonville, you are short but Jags could have easily covered the 38.5 by themselves, Westbrook dropped one in the endzone, Fournette was stopped short on a big drive, they had a couple of more easy opportunities. Though the theme of the game was "Mariota, down he goes" that dude spend more time on the ground than throwing the ball. Cheesy

Good luck with your parlay on Sunday, Bills have this one fo sure.

5 unanimous votes for the Rams this week, that's the most agreement we've had on a poll thus far.

It's funny that when thinking of the Rams/Browns the first thought I had was who is the home team!

To even imagine a few months ago that those two teams would even give a moments thought and not picking the Rams immediately is a tribute to their dedication this off season. Shit they have been the worst team for so many years I can't even remember who it was before them and the Rams were in the Superbowl!

Yes, they have been among the worst in recent years past, but I would also nominate Cleveland, Tampa Bay and Buffalo for those positions as well. Even though Buffalo did clinch a division title a few years back.

But yeah they will need a miracle to beat the Rams but I'm considering benching some of my Ram WR's this week!

Me too. I have Robert Woods and I'm leaving him on the bench this week.

Sammy Watkins KC - WR
Cooper Kupp LAR - WR
Tyler Lockett Sea - WR

I'm playing these 3 on my team with both. I've got good WR depth, wish i could say the same about RB. Smiley
