I DO have a question. How long will it take justice to change the election results?

Testimony to Arizona Senate Election Committee Reveals Almost Half the Ballots Ran Through Maricopa County Tabulators Failed

https://thestarnewsnetwork.com/2023/01/25/testimony-to-arizona-senate-election-committee-reveals-almost-half-the-ballots-ran-through-maricopa-county-tabulators-failed/
The election committee of the Arizona Senate held a hearing on Monday featuring the results of an investigation into Maricopa County's 2022 midterm election conducted by the election integrity group We the People AZ (WPAZ). Commissioned by outgoing Senate President Karen Fann (R-Prescott), the group submitted public records requests to Maricopa County Elections Department to obtain the data. The leader of WPAZ, Shelby Busch, testified to the committee chaired by State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-Flagstaff) that 464,926 ballots fed into tabulators on Election Day in Maricopa County, 217,305 were rejected, which is nearly a 50 percent failure rate.

Busch told the legislators it was a "complete systemic failure" of signature verification and urged "legislative intervention." She warned that the system is "vulnerable to fraud."

Dr. Walter Daugherity, a math professor at Texas A&M University, testified that he was 99.999 percent confident that there were 290,644 bad signatures accepted in the election.

Of the verified signatures, 47,366 failed to meet the basic Arizona Secretary of State standards, the group found. Busch showed how they failed multiple points of the 12 points of signature verification. A full 10 percent "egregiously" failed signature verification.

Busch said every single one of the 446 tabulators in Maricopa County failed the allowable error standard allowed by the Electoral Assistance Commission (EAC). The EAC allows for only a misfeed rate of .002 percent, or one out of every 500. Some had a failure rate as high as 95 percent.

It's 2023.  The 2020 election is over.  Trump lost.  It's over.  Done.  Finished.  Same as this lawsuit.

More important, the American people lost. But things are changing with the people. Now that we realize what happened, we are bringing up the Kraken, even if we have to become the Kraken to do it. So, the Trump loss, which was really a loss for the people, is working to clean the swamp by showing us how deeply the swamp is entrenched.

Not finished. Rather, just starting.

So to summarize the Kraken so far:

- Audit of Maricopa county concluded that Biden definitely won and with a few more votes than the official number) - Using unconscionable methods that maybe weren't illegal, because voting was left up to the states by the US Constitution.
- Massive lawsuits are ongoing with Dominion suing people like Sydney powell and Fox News for billions for spreading lies that they knew were lies about them. - However, having seen the courts in action against Kari Lake, we know that there has to be a payoff of the judges. It isn't over.
- Election deniers got stomped in the mid terms. - Again, unconscionable methods that maybe weren't illegal, but were against honest principles.
- Only serious proven fraud that has has been uncovered involved an attempt to count fake electoral votes was committed by Trump and his supporters. - Not adjudicated, and certainly not any worse that the unconscionable, illegal, election fraud methods used by the Biden team.
- It's very possible Trump is charged criminally any day now.   - But Biden first, because he did the stealing of classified documents long before Trump was even considered for the Presidency.
- Biden is the president.  (and becoming a two term president more likely now than it was a year or two ago) - President in name only, until a thorough, honest investigation is done.

And now this joke of a lawsuit has proven once again that BADecker is the crazy one.  Not everyone else.

The Brunson's are appealing for reconsideration.

I don't think the supreme supreme court will hear it either.  Do you? - Nope, I don't think so either. The way to do it is to push for an investigation, first, now. Then tackle each of the Congress people individually.

The Brunson lawsuit has a format that can be followed for anybody who feels he was disenfranchised by Congress, to be able to use the newly adjudicated right to sue any government agent.

The Brunsons lost.  Appealed to the supreme court. Supreme court said "no, you lost".

Same thing happened to Trump in the 2020 election.  That's why Biden is the president in 2023.

Until it's over, it isn't over.

It might be happening slowly, but people are starting to wake up and use their rights. The Brunson lawsuit is showing them how.

Cool

EDIT: Let me mention. A lawsuit is one lawsuit. If you have 388 people named in your lawsuit, and it is found that only one of them was not guilty but the rest of them were guilty, the whole suit can be thrown out based on its failure regarding that one innocent person. The suit is one.

In other words, this suit should be brought by many people against one of the 388 at a time.

The SC threw the case out because it was illiterate garbage. In other words, not only did the court not find anyone guilty, it didn't see any reason to waste time with the case. Bringing 388 illiterate lawsuits will not make it better but if you want to give money to the Brunsons - feel free.

You have read the suit I take it. Oh, you didn't? It copies other suits that were successful in some cases. The structure, wording, and objects of the suit were not the reasons it lost. But the appeal is to SCOTUS for reconsideration.

The advantage of the suit is that it can be copied and edited for loads of other cases, so that it can be used by people who have wanted a way to sue government agents for a long time. Why is it good for that? Because of what it went through to get to the Supreme court.

U.S. Supreme Court Rules Unanimously You May Sue Government Agents for Damages When They Violate Your Individual Rights

https://ij.org/press-release/u-s-supreme-court-rules-unanimously-you-may-sue-government-agents-for-damages-when-they-violate-your-individual-rights/
In a unanimous opinion issued today by the U.S. Supreme Court, and authored by Associate Justice Clarence Thomas, the Court ruled in Tanzin v. Tanvir that individuals may seek damages as a remedy when federal officers violate their rights. The opinion closely tracks an amicus brief submitted by the Institute for Justice.

The case involved FBI agents who retaliated against Muslim-Americans and green-card holders who followed the dictates of their faith and refused to cooperate with the FBI by spying on their own communities. As a result of their refusal to cooperate, these individuals were placed on the No Fly List, which caused significant hardship, such as the inability to travel to visit family or for work. Luckily, Congress provided a statutory authorization to sue for violations of religious rights, allowing a plaintiff to receive "appropriate relief against the government."

Not surprisingly, in the lawsuit against the FBI agents, the government argued that the words "appropriate relief" do not include damages. According to the government, damages might be an appropriate remedy against private actors, but damages should not be allowed if the person who violated your rights happens to work for the government.

The Institute for Justice filed an amicus brief arguing against this radical notion. IJ's brief outlined how suits for damages against government officials are the historical cornerstone of government accountability, how damages are often the only way to vindicate constitutional rights, and how none of the government's policy justifications against damages have a basis in reality. IJ further explained that matters of policy should be left to Congress, not courts.

And the judge in Kari Lake's lawsuit quashes a counter lawsuit by Katie Hobbs against Lake. Further, the "Hobbs" recall is beginning while Lake moves up with her appeal on her dismissed lawsuit.

Yes everything is going Kari Lake's way.  She went to trial, had her case thrown out, election results reafirmmed (by Republican judge), ordered to pay $30k + in legal fees to Hobbs.

...

There might be as many as 6 million Arizonans. Many of them are too smart to attempt to fight the system. Kari Lake was too dumb... or was it too patriotic.

Lake is waking up, so the benefit is hers. She isn't stopping. Appeal.

In addition, Arizonans are working on a Hobbs recall. So, we will find out where the people stand, and if all of Lake's 'preaching' did anything.

Also, did you miss the part about the judge striking down Hobbs's attempts to silence Lake? The judge knows that by his actions, with as much evidence, including Lake's expert witness, that the point wasn't really the technicalities of Lake's lawsuit. The point was the fair and true election. In other words, the judge by dismissing the suit, without adding something that challenged the election shambles, pushed himself into breaking his oath of office.

The people of Arizona, not Lake or Hobbs or the election. But when this is over, it will decide the whole state of the USA.

Yes everything is going Kari Lake's way.  She went to trial, had her case thrown out, election results reafirmmed (by Republican judge), ordered to pay $30k + in legal fees to Hobbs.

Some gems from the trial:

Quote
Lake's attorneys for the suit include Bryan Blehm, who was a lawyer for Cyber Ninjas, the contractor hired by the state Senate for its review of the 2020 election, and Kurt Olsen, a Washington, D.C., lawyer who recently was ordered to pay sanctions in a federal suit against voting machines brought by Lake and Finchem.

On the first day, IT professional Clay Parikh of Alabama – who also testified in the aforementioned federal suit – told the court that bad printer settings caused problems in ballots from six voting sites he inspected, and in that he was certain this had been intentionally done. He could not prove a malicious act.

But his theory had a fatal flaw: He acknowledged that any ballot that could not be read by a machine would be duplicated by hand and, as long as that was done correctly, counted by the county. He had no evidence to show the ballots weren’t ultimately counted.

Quote
Heather Honey, who owns a Pennsylvania company that worked on the state senate’s partisan election audit last year, testified about her failure to obtain public records and introduced hearsay evidence from affidavits. She cited information from a Republican election observer who claimed to see sloppy chain of custody procedures, and an election contract worker who claimed to have knowledge of 50 ballots being introduced into the voting system illegally. Neither of the two witnesses from the affidavits testified themselves.

Quote
Half of the second day was taken up by testimony from conservative pollster Rich Baris. His evidence was his deduction that Lake was robbed of her rightful victory, a conclusion he based on a poll of voters and assumptions about why an unusual number of people didn’t complete his election follow-up survey.

Jan. 6 Committee Withdraws Trump Subpoena

https://www.zerohedge.com/political/jan-6-committee-withdraws-trump-subpoena
The January 6th special committee has formally withdrawn its subpoena of former President Donald Trump.

"In light of the imminent end of our investigation, the Select Committee can no longer pursue the specific information covered by the subpoena," wrote Rep. Bernie Thompson (D-MI) in a Wednesday night letter sent to Trump's attorneys, which was obtained by CNN.

"Therefore, through this letter, I hereby formally withdraw the subpoena issued to former President Trump, and notify you that he is no longer obligated to comply or produce records in response to said subpoena," the letter continues.

...

Trump took a victory lap on Truth Social, writing: "Was just advised that the Unselect Committee of political Thugs has withdrawn the Subpoena of me concerning the January 6th Protest of the CROOKED 2020 Presidential Election. They probably did so because they knew I did nothing wrong, or they were about to lose in Court. Perhaps the FBI’s involvement in RIGGING the Election played into their decision. In any event, the Subpoena is DEAD!"

So that's your top rebuttal argument eh? I didnt say  "BAHHAHAHAHAHAHA correctly." .....Seriously Bud?  And to top it off, you didnt even post a correction ....as if that even matters...smh

Be that as it may, here are more details about the hearing. It's about truth and honesty in election politics, not about who wins or loses. And the judge knows it.
.......

Yeah more details alright.  And yes the judge does know it.  Hey Bud, you really need to get out of your fantasy online bubble you live in and join the real world.
Stop getting your information from retarded websites with zero credibility that support your narrative. I know..... that's a reeeeally a tall order.

Now about that bet in my previous post that you failed to address (gee I wonder why?) Are we on?  Jan 2nd is next week.

....
EDIT: Note that SCOTUS is watching this case. Even if Kari Lake doesn't win, there will be enough evidence brought that SCOTUS will be encouraged to make a more investigation directed examination of the 2020 election with regard to the Brunson lawsuit they have before them.

Oh jeeezus Bud... let it go ffs. You are just reinforcing the the notion that everyone on this forum thinks you are lunatic.

Hey, man. Thanks for sticking a picture of yourself into my post. But you didn't really need to. We understand the way you are without the picture.

Note:  The massive victory = Judge letting her look at 150 random ballots.

So far she's found 3 people that didn't vote because of the printer issue - they didn't want to have to wait in line or go to a different polling place (within a few miles).

The whole thing is a joke, at this point the only reason she's doing it is to get tapped as Trumps running mate.

She's only 11% of the way through the 150, so far, right? A joke, yes. A joke that anybody would think Katie Hobbs could possibly win.

Cool

Even if the Kari Lake lawsuit is dismissed or struck down, here is an important quote from http://www.freedomsphoenix.com/News/337236-2022-12-18-a-great-step-forward-for-election-integrity-jenna-ellis-on.htm: "A two-day trial has been agreed upon. NTD spoke to Jenna Ellis, then senior adviser and counsel to former President Donald Trump. Ellis said that the fact that the hearing took place is "a great step forward" for election integrity, and that regardless of whether a two-day trial is enough time, "at least she's getting a trial on the merits," which is "a huge threshold victory."

Speaking of which, if Trump doesn't get nominated / drops out / croaks / etc, what does that mean for the Kraken? It looks like the poor creature waited way too long to rise and Trump has gone mad (well, a bit more mad than usual) while waiting.
