I am not surprised it went to trial, personally.
When the court system of the United States is dealing with such important lawsuits, which have implications to the democracy of the country, the least I would expect them to do is to pay attention to it and reassure the people of Arizona their elections are fair, instead ignoring imaginary smoking guns.

On the other hand, this ruling won't stop Miss Lake to continue to push her political career and perhaps even try to go as Trump's vice president or member or the Senate next time she has a chance.

Politics in America are getting weirder and weirder.

"The court's ruling only confirms what we have known all along: Arizona’s elections are safe, secure, and reliable, and those who help facilitate Arizona’s elections are honest, have the highest integrity, and are committed to the preservation of our democracy," said Craig Morgan, an attorney with Sherman & Howard who represented the secretary of state. "This is a victory for Arizona, our election processes, and voters across the state."

In a statement, Maricopa County Board of Supervisors Chairman Clint Hickman, a Republican, critiqued Lake's false claims and her effort to "discard the valid votes of hundreds of thousands of Arizona voters."

"When 'bombshells' and 'smoking guns' are not backed up by facts, they fail in court," he said. "This is justice, and this is what happened today in Kari Lake’s election contest."

Don't give BADecker new ideas. If something isn't real, it goes to BADecker's own wikipedia of deliusions as an evidence about the real truth-truth.

That's what happens when reality doesn't make you feel significant. You'll have to make your own reality where you "won". Reality with an interesting plot and BADecker as a centerpiece who somehow understand the secret truth.

The video shows an employee rapidly approving signatures at a speed near one second each without even looking at them.

To give you an understanding of how fast this particular individual was going, he managed to 'verify' 50 signatures by the time the person sitting next to him had reached just 6!

This particular individual approved just shy of 27,000 signatures and the stats show he was not alone. According to data from the county nearly 240,000 ballots in total had their signatures verified in less than 3 seconds each.

Why is this so important? Well 80% of ALL VOTERS in Arizona use mail in ballots which require signature verification but only one side (the Democrats) have been known to deliver boatloads of potentially fraudulent ballots to help them steal elections.

You seem confused.

After Lake lost the election, she filed a lawsuit with over a dozen arguments on how it was rigged.

The first court threw all her arguments in the trash for various reasons, but mostly because they were just dumb and didn't come close to proving her case.

The appeals court also threw her entire suit in the trash the same way.  And they fined her lawyers thousands of dollars for acting like a bunch of fools and wasting the courts time with all these stupid arguments.  One of her arguments, the one about signatures, was thrown in the trash without even being considered after they ruled it was filed too late.

The supreme court did the same.  All of her arguments in the trash, because they were idiotic arguments and she couldn't prove anything she was claiming.  Except....they disagreed with the appeals court that the argument about signatures was filed too late.  They didn't think it was too late.  So they sent it back to appeals so that it could be thrown in the trash for being an idiotic argument instead of being filed too late.

So now we will watch as this lawsuit goes down the same path as that kooky Brunson suit, or all of Sidney Powells Kraken suits, or Trumps lawsuits against Comey, Clinton, the NY Times, CNN, etc...  Laughed out of the court room because there are no valid arguments, just a bunch of losers crying about losing.

Thank you for pointing out (through your link) that Kari Lake and her attorneys are having an affect. The poor judges just don't know how many times they can throw out her case(s). I mean, they are having to consider the PEOPLE. If the people believe Kari Lake, the judges could be in trouble. Let me explain.

If there is some possibility that Lake is right, one, single, legal accusation against a judge can raise investigations into the judge and his qualifications. A judge can be barred from not only the bench until this investigation is at least completed. But he can be potentially barred from his tenure... which amounts to $millions  in retirement.

What this means is that the State Supreme Court is not only protecting itself, but it is protecting Judge Thompson by remanding the case back to him. He will need to come up with more and better excuses this time. If he doesn't, Lake just might win by something like a default.

Yeah Kari Lake just can't stop winning.

Maricopa County Superior Court Judge Peter Thompson heard oral arguments Friday in Kari Lake's election contest.

Thompson is considering a Motions to Dismiss filed by the defendants and a 263-page Motion for Relief from Judgment filed by Lake's attorneys urging the court to bring back her second count regarding "illegal BOD printer/tabulator configurations," which Thompson had previously dismissed.

The judge threw out Lake's lawsuit in December, but the Arizona Supreme Court ordered him to reconsider the issue of signature verification problems.

Lake's attorney Kurt Olsen told the court that new evidence produced shows there was "clear misconduct and intent."

I like to imagine that since he failed the first time and with the overwhelming amount of incriminating evidence, the public and politicians who antagonize him will be more careful and won't just assume that people in power: judges, secretaries of states or Vice presidents are doing the right thing and trust them.

If Trump gets democratically elected again, he would likely have even more eyes on his movements trying to watch over him, in case he decided to declare the First galactic Empire. 

Seems that the people who have been successful in election corruption, are now coming out into the open intentionally. It's like election corruption is being made popular in the whole country. The venue was a curious choice.

The organization's executive director, David Becker, is not a household political name. But he has been extremely influential for years behind the scenes in rigging voting rules to ensure maximum benefit for the Democrat Party, such as making mail-in voting as easy as possible.

I don't think seeing the comedy in BADeckers nonsense posts and realizing the gravity of the situation are mutually exclusive.  I know they aren't actually.

I'd probably give Pence the "I'm not going to be Trumps bitch and fuck America" prize over Raffensperger though.  There were many though.  Imagine if Trump tapped someone like Rudy for AG instead of Barr, or had Kari Lake instead Pence for his VP.  Imagine if he never fired Flynn.

If he wins in 2024 we won't have to imagine. He will learn from his mistakes.

Some people like you may prefer to see this whole situation from the comic point of view and take the best out of some seemingly absurd things like people on the internet say, while some shady politicians try (fruitlessly) to overturn an election.

To me and to many others it is actually concerning that the American democracy just held up because the honest actions and values of a handful of people who refused to play along. Among them, perhaps the most famous is the secretary of State of Georgia.

USA would be a completely place today if not for those public servants who refused to play along without evidence, and that is scary...
