The Arizona Senate's Election Committee continued the second part of a hearing on Monday that began last week, featuring testimony from election integrity proponents. Shelby Busch, the co-founder of We the People AZ, and Heather Honey of Verify Vote, went over five areas where their team found apparent law violations by Maricopa County in the 2022 election.

Busch said during her presentation, "We want safe elections, not convenient ones," sparking applause from the audience. State Senator Wendy Rogers (R-Flagstaff), the committee chair, kept a tight rein over the proceedings, often calling out the Democratic senators on the committee when they were out of line. One used the phrase "election denier," and Rogers told her it was inappropriate.

Busch explained that her team found many violations of the state's Election Procedures Manual (EPM), which are class 2 misdemeanors. The statute that addresses the EPM, A.R.S. 16-452(C), states that "A person who violates any rule adopted pursuant to this section is guilty of a class 2 misdemeanor."

Busch's team submitted public records requests to Maricopa County to investigate the 2020 and 2022 elections. Although the county turned over some of the data, there was a significant amount that it refused to or heavily redacted, which Busch is now fighting legally. One of the county's excuses was it had misplaced the data.

You quote some news stuff. But looking further into it shows that:
1. Trump isn't doing it right, or;
2. This is the way Trump wants it, or;
3. Trump is as much of a puppet as Biden.

Your sources are more or less there for sensationalism, to sell copy. You can see how they change their story when the truth comes out into the open. This is what's happening with Covid and the vaxx, gradually. Sooner or later it will happen with Trump and the election stuff.

This case, along with all the rest of the cases in America, make up part of American law.

Trump probably used attorneys, thereby making himself a ward of the court, and transferring himself into the jurisdiction of the court (judge) and its decision. Judges are clever. They can decide cases that are in their jurisdiction how ever they want. If there wasn't a jury trial, it can be appealed, same as any case.

If one or more of the 4 requirements I mentioned in my previous post are missing from in this case, and... if Trump decides to not make himself a ward of the court in an appeal... the case can be shown to be a 'void judgment case' in the appeal. But Trump will have to learn a little law and do his own talking in court... which he probably won't do.

However, Trump may have wanted, and might like, the courts decision to be this way, for reasons that are not readily apparent to us. It might be his way of gaining sympathy from his supporters who will realize even more how corrupt the swamp is after all.

They received what they deserved, but not in the way of justice. What I mean is this.

An attorney's first duty is to the court.
His second duty is to the public... the State or Federal.
His third duty is to himself.
His fourth duty is to his client as long as it doesn't interfere with the first three.

The client of an attorney is a ward of the court. This means that he is an infant or of unsound mind.

To see that this info is true, look in the law encyclopedia, CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM, Volume 7, Section 4 and other sections. You don't need me to prove this to you. All you need is to go to any law library (most have a copy of CORPUS JURIS SECUNDUM) and look it up yourself. You can even find it online; it's popular.

So, these guys either hired attorneys, or accepted court appointed attorneys. They did it to themselves. What did they do to themselves? They didn't allow the 4 legs of a proper court case to appear, because attorneys won't bring the 4 legs (necessarily). What are the 4 legs?
1. An accuser bringing the lawsuit;
2. An accused;
3. Injury supposedly done by the accused;
4. At least one witness plus evidence.

I wouldn't hire an attorney except as co-counsel, and with the expressed agreement that I wasn't his client. Of course, that means that I would have to be pro se, or something similar. I would have to do all my own talking in court. The attorney couldn't speak for me, but only could advise me.

^^^ Democracy is based on court decisions. If people do not bring their case to the courts the right way, they lose. Bringing the case properly might include a case against a corrupt judge: "Fraud upon the court by the court." The Arizona election fraud case that Kari Lake brought is almost like that. The judge played around, but skipped over the point of the cases... election fraud... for which there should have been an election redo.

Also. When I drive somewhere, I drive about 5 MPH over the speed limit. Why? So that I'm not driving under the speed limit for those who are trying to do 20 MPH over the speed limit. But here's the funny part. If there's a yellow line that says they can't pass, they won't pass, even if there isn't any traffic coming. So, why is it they only break the law regarding speed, yet won't disobey regarding the yellow line? The point is that most of us are illegal one way or another.

The point with the Arizona case is that the election fraud was BIG and right out in broad daylight. I expect that it will be turned around, one way or another. My fear is that because Kari Lake is as outspoken as she is, that she might be assassinated.

Democracy is based on election fraud. Case in point, it's illegal for a politician to bribe people into voting for him by paying them. However it is NOT ILLEGAL for the politician to bribe people into voting for him by "cancelling student debt". The whole thing is a sham and the fraud is the system itself.
