In many parts of the world, the establishment of bitcoin is very important and without legalization, many people can't trust the virtual currency in the blockchain system. Therefore, legalization is a key problem in today's currency, such as Japan has approved it, South Korea will also accept the currency as legal currency, so the legal globalization is that the currency must be the trend

Of course, governments will try to outlaw bitcoin at the beginning, the they'll find a way to control them.
In europe they're talking about a general database of bitcoin addresses...
It could be hard for that certain plan because i believe the community wont let it to happen.  This is one reason also why some countries are banning bitcoin. Bitcoin investment is a really a big money, and making it legalized it could add interest to the government for taking it controlled.
No, bitcoin in itself cannot be easily controlled. I can decide to make transactions directly with you now without going through an exchange and get whatever I need. Imagine bitcoin becoming a well-used currency, it would be a crazy one for the government to start tagging down on tax and that is the main reason fiats will still be in the system, knowing that at a point, someone will need to cash out.

I am sure a lot must have been thought about anyway on how to implement some of these things, but legalization itself will create awareness, will not remove the decentralization properties and will only laws surrounding it will only be effective when converting to fiat.

Its very complicated, some or most government are against Bitcoin and in order for your idea to succeed we need the help and support of the government but because government are not very helpful unless they get a cut from the blockchain transaction then this idea will surely just an imagination.
Even if you are the government, won't you want to get a benefit or a cut as the case may be from every transaction as long as you are converting to fiat. That makes fiat to still be very usable and most government would definitely tax that since they see it as capital gains. Nevertheless, legalizing or not, some have silently done that cause if they did not, then they would not have placed it under tax laws.

Do you think if we create an initiative group for the legalization of bitcoin. To find uninhabited island, to announce the collection of funds for its acquisition. Everyone who contribute will receive a piece of this island. Based on the state of Bitcoin official currency of this state to make a bitcoin. Do you like this idea?
There are many countries trying to legalize bitcoin and altcoin in their countries, many of which have successfully legalized bureaucracy, but many countries are trying to ban it.
The Most of countries trying to ban are developing as they don't want to give good benefit to peoples and want to control them by power and dictatorship which is not good but working but countries allowing this are giving good benefit to peoples and they are working hard for this and many are bringing new technology for help of humanity

Yep. I also want bitcoin to be legalize because in our country bitcoin was very helpful in a sense that many people now are started to earn eventhough they doesn't have any jobs. If bitcoin will be somehow legalize it may affecr all the people or the users today. And many of them will actually become rich and started to earn.

I think if you want to legalize Bitcoin then we should not just create a group, we should link our members in different countries to make a big team, Link to the local or city government level, convince them in the ways we set out during group formation.

Lol, then I am trying to think, how do they want to even achieve that in Europe ? I have liked multiple addresses and even within a single wallet, I can change my address easily.

Hence I wonder, except they want to have access to your account or get to have your private key, or probably open an exchange and force everyone to be using it so they can trace what they have, there is just no way it would be that easy to get such a database. I may be wrong though.

Every country has their own law and so is the case with Bitcoin . Few countries have legalised it while some are I. Process of how to bring this under purview so that it can be monitored and legalised as well. How does it benefit economy and citizens of the country is also what government takes into consideration .

Yes, the country has the control about their law about this.
So we can not do something that out of the law of every country. Anyway, i support legalized bitcoin but not control it.

They are trying to legalize bitcoin in my country, you will be able to withdraw as many bitcoins as you want and you will only need to pay 18% of taxes for all the cashouts that you made.
That is great, and bad at the same time

There's no free island now, even those uninhabited are already owned and controlled by one country. Also, if you live in that uninhabited island, how about the internet? Can you still connect with bitcoin?
Well, with bitcoin, you can cash out from another country and use that fund to build the uninhabited island to become a country of its own. lol. But I wish it was that easy considering international laws and all that. Legalization is something that we cannot run from and that is the only tool the government have to control crypto related activities and possibly implement tax laws on bitcoin.

But legalization has nothing to do with taxation on bitcoins as many countries are preparing to tax bitcoins regardless of unveiling their stand on legality of bitcoins.

Governments will legalize bitcoin only when they'll find a way to control it (practically, to put some kind of taxes and to connect a bitcoin address with a human identity)

Bitcoin has not been made illegal by legislation in most jurisdictions. However, some jurisdictions (such as Argentina and Russia) severely restrict or ban foreign currencies. Other jurisdictions (such as Thailand) may limit the licensing of certain entities such as Bitcoin exchanges.

According to my own knowledge bitcoin approval of legality is depend on each everyone country, on how does this bitcoin become being important to the contribution of there economy.making an initiative group for the legalization of bitcoin i thinks thats not helpul, because you collecting a funds to individual, and that things can create confusion of each everyone members and maybe its turn into fraud.we let the things happen in own time, because  i believe evertythings happen for a reason

The legality of bitcoin varies substantially from country to country and is still undefined or changing in many of them. The majority of countries do not make the usage of bitcoin illegal, its status as money varies, with differing regulatory implications.
There is a country which strongly bans bitcoin. Nepal  Cry, the Nepalese Government has jailed many cryptocurrency enthusiasm. People aren't the same, Its seems the governments who ban bitcoin are won't lose control of their citizens money. Their reason is bitcoin is pose a treat for their economy and other bad thing.

Every island out there is already controlled by a government, uninhabited or not - they will not allow you to just take over and build your own jurisdiction. You will still be subject to all the laws of the governing country, so cannot make your own laws. I think Sealand have gotten the closest to this idea, an offshore rig that offers hosting and other online services, along with "citizenship". If their closest neighbour wanted to take them over it could be done with ease.

As I know in "Isle of a man" has not very tough laws too. Because many casinos and poker rooms having the company address on this island.

I don't think it's easy as you guys think Smiley. It's not easy to change the government decision. LOL. Legalize Bitcoin or not will affect a lot to the economy maybe it'll ruin the economy that why at the moment there are no country legalize or accept Bitcoin as a local currency yet. Although I very like your idea but I think it's impossible Cheesy
