At this present money we can't say the market has recovered but we can say there is hope as things are getting more greener each day. So presently we can't say we have a good market but let's keep hoping that we will get more greens as times goes on.

Honestly speaking dude were not in the stage yet of the situation of recovering the market, if you look at the price of those top altcoins in the market, only few of them are still remained stable while the market was in bad shape. Which still the best things we can do is to hold more our coins in a long term. Just be patience more!
I think the market in its current state is closest to its natural not overvalued state as it was a year ago. Probably the current price of Bitcoin is its cost.
In my opinion. Current market conditions have not fully recovered. although indeed in a few weeks the market conditions are green. but it is not a sign if the market conditions have recovered, because the graph movement is not significant.

Not sure if the market recovered already as we can see, all coins prices suffer in low prices. even bitcoin and ethereum, this two coins is higher interms of prices but now its also have the low prices. lets take into consideration that they're base by all alts. I think market still not recover and maybe if its recover it will happen this coming 2019 next year.

Still no sign of the upcoming bull run yet. Some tokens are showing great perspective and if you are picky, you would be able to find great tokens that gave their profit even on such a market. I am speaking about XYO or EOS.

true in June last year coinmarketcap showed a blue coin list and it made me happy, but somehow at the end of 2018 it could immediately drop even though I wanted the coin to stay green or blue because it was also nearing the end of the year where many coins would soar.

It's opposite as at today, today it hurts to look at the coinmarketcap because the market cap has gone down so bad and the coin price are going down steady, but I am hoping things will improve in the coming months.
The market is in a continuous cycle. We can't understand if he's recovering. because it rises and falls to a market. For now it is fully pump, dump period. In the middle of 2019 the bull may come.
Nothing has recovered yet, because the prices are still so low. We will see another market when we will reach 200 USD per Ethereum and at least 7000 USD per Bitcoin. Hope to see such prices at the beginning of the next year.

The market in 2017 had a strong growth, and of course after such growth need a good fall , I think the recovery of the market can take up to 2020
well I know market can recover so im still hoping for it to happen even many speculation and prediction when the market recover.
