If people doesn't want to frustrate because of losing gambling games many times, they must handle themselves and not spend much money to gambling. A gambler should be able to control their frustrations or they'll be losing always as they get frustrated from the games they thought they would have won but didn't win. Gambling involves winning and losing and many gamblers lose more than they win therefore you can't be concentrating on your losses and not be enjoying the game that you're playing. When you get frustrated from losing you'll want to win back your losses by revenge gambling which will only make you to lose more bets.

You need confidence to win when gambling, you can't be confident and expect yourself to make the right decisions that'll make you to win. It's only very few gamblers that aren't confident about the bets that they staked on still win, others need to be sure that they're picking the right card or teams to win. Being confident that you're going to win will keep you playing until you finally win but don't get addicted.

Even if you are someone who can control your emotions, it will not give you bigger chance of earning money from gambling. The ability to control emotion is good to help you in managing your gambling habit, but it will not help you to make/earn money because gambling is mostly about luck.
