In my opinion now is the most appropriate time for investment, a sign that the market bull run has happened a lot, the huge volume of transactions is certainly an indication that this year the market will recover and improve.
My perception for investment is just stick to those coins that has the potential for long term inveatments. Dont invest in coins that is not popular and has no potential for growing or developing its price. You can surely earn profit with those coins that are popular and known for a long term investments, because at any time it can increase.
I can say that it IS the right time for invest. Not because we somehow broke the $5K mark, but because it's the technology. You give your money more time to potentially grow when you start early. Whether you can invest a little or a lot, enrolling in any project in blockchain (in general) is an important part of planning for your life in retirement. There are some projects that focus on MedRec (healthcare), some are in Real Estates, and some are heavily investing in Science and Technology. Well, I'll keep this short since I'm just taking a break from a long ride. My son is a fan of Graphene since its early days. I tried to search if there's a project that supports this technology and I stumbled on TecraCoin. The project mainly helps the scientists to hasten research's legal processes from its inception to commercialization. I also see that investors and the community will gain benefits through the creation of a transparent system of capital movement based on Tecra Blockchain. Overall, for a long long position, I think the prices are good. Just put a % stop loss in case the crypto you plan to own loses value. You can always buy back later than hodling and waiting for it to recover.

quartal 2 starts to increase, this is good. but there are no significant signs and still not moving far from the bear. in my opinion quartal 3 is the right time for investment and quartal 4 is a bull run time.

But you are not in that category, I will advice you to invest in top 10 altcoins because as Bitcoin increases in value they will equally increase in their respective market value.
