You can't really do that though because you're going to have a problem with your gambling if you force yourself to budget your time in gambling. Like all the others have already said, it's better if you're managing your money/bankroll when gambling rather than your time because time is intangible unlike money so you have a hard time trying to bend the rules when you're managing your money compared to your time plus you're spending less money if you're focused on bankroll management rather than time management.
I also think so. This is something that OP should focus on managing rather than time. In some cases, time may have a slight impact if you play for too long; it could affect your alertness and decision-making. However, a gambler's significant losses mostly come from the mismanagement of their money. In a moment of high spirits, they might gamble away all their money in one round, right?
So, whether you play a lot or a little doesn't influence the outcome much. Furthermore, emotional management alongside money management is also a crucial factor to consider and emphasize. Unstable emotions, easily swayed by winning or losing bets, can lead to decisions based on instinct and emotion rather than reason.
Emotional management a different ballpark, that's not something you can easily resolve when you're gambling because that's your entire personality that needs to be changed and not just something that can be turned on and off like a switch. Wouldn't agree that it's mismanagement of their bankroll, some players just suck at gambling especially in a skill-based one, that stings that you suck at that kind of games when you have a chance to win when you're good.

Depending on what you want from your game session because if the aim is to make profits, from your gambling then I may accept the fact that if you make an early win it is better to walk away at once without wasting or spending too much time on the site to avoid losing your winnings.

It is not by how shorter the time spent on gambling that determines how we gamble responsibly or have the best experience in it, just as you've said, what we are doing and have as a plan will determine what we will observe throughout our gambling stay time, I know that some people can make the most nasty of their decision while gambling within the very few minutes they started and ended everything very shortly without staying much longer on it, unlike those who had taken pleasure is gambling and are also gambling responsibly, we cannot deprive them of the time to continue in having fun.
The truth is that, once you start chasing a particular direction it means you have gone overboard and these attempts will only lead you to multiple losses and for that one needs to be very careful while attempting a game outside fun and if profits become the major aims it then means that you only be depending on luck to win at your first go, and that will also determine what you get after all.

The majority of gamblers who experience losses at the end of their session do so based on the fact that, instead of gambling responsibly and for the fact that gambling is risky and based on luck, so if you happen to be lucky at any point better to walk away, but we may experience early loses some time and later on we see more winnings again,  all this contributes to test what makes you a responsible gambler and how effective you manage your gambling session.

The result in gambling does not depend on the time spent. "Come, see, win" - this phrase applies to gambling. It is necessary to make bets exactly when prompted by the inner voice. And the inner voice does not always work. And random bets often do not give the proper effect
With how noisy the world we live in today is, who actually listens to inner voice?, and this is not me saying that inner voices does not exist, but how does a gambler differenciate between his own personally thoughts, or should I can it assumptions and inner voices, for I know for a certain this two are not the same, and they can never be.

For records though, I would say that inner voices do always work, but personally assumptions of what don't work always, and most, and I mean most gamblers mistake their own thoughts, or personally assumptions to be their inner spirit man speaking to them, when in reality, they are the ones speaking to their own self.

So, when you said it's necessary or important for us to make or place bets exactly when our inner voice tells us to, the big question now is, how does one differenciate between his inner voice and his own thoughts or assumptions?

That is why we must have control  and some  limits when we are involved in gambling, such as limiting gambling time and also by limiting the amount of budget as small as possible, none other than all of that to minimize things that are not wanted, because it is very difficult to be able to stop if you are mentally and psychologically disturbed which eventually emotions will dominate and it is not uncommon for them to run out of all their savings.
These controls and some of these restrictions include management strategies applied to gambling.
Without good management, gambling will also not run as desired.
Betting even all gambling games require management of capital, bet spin strategies and so on.

And about limiting gambling time it will give leeway to psychological health, as well as being able to rest the mind for a while because doing gambling games such as slots, poker, dominoes etc. it requires concentration of a good level of psychology.
When psychology is unstable, then the game is better stopped.

Likewise with the limitation of the gambling budget, this will save the main finances because the gambling budget has been determined and will not be more than budgeted.

1. Have a amount limit you can risk on gambling every week.

2. Choose your favourite day in a week for gambling.

3. Have a time count down when gambling, to avoid spending too much time.

Go back home or close your laptop once your time is up, and wait for the coming day, go back to your daily life and business, chase your goals using your business and invest more money on assets.

Do you agree or disagree? Drop your reason why.

Of course the above points should be followed by a  gambler.  In gambling no matter how much money a person starts with gambling, if he starts gambling without any limitation of money, he will lose all his money at any time. The more time a gambler spends in gambling, he will be more addicted to gambling. If a gambler gambles 1 day a week regularly then his chances of losing are very low. Although we can not bet according to the time, a gambler can enjoy gambling if he conducts gambling regularly.

If you want to have fun with gambling, you can spend long time with $0.05 in every game you played.

If you want to gamble for money, you can use martingale strategy but it can be a way to lose huge amount of money. Do not go beyond your weekly budget.

0.05 per bet? Is this the minimum bet amount in the casino you are talking about? What casino gambling platform are you talking about that is 0.05$ per bet, because often the minimum bet I play with is 0.2$, so I would like to play with the casino platform you mentioned.

Please mention here that I am really interested in trying to play gambling on that platform that is 0.05$ per bet. I will enjoy it more for sure, even if we say I lose at least. I will extend the time frame of my playing for a long time, for 1 hour.

It is hard to go back to your life when you've been gambling all the time. Many problematic gamblers have experienced that.
And we thought that it's easy to overcome that but no, it's not. But I agree that the shorter time we spend in gambling, the better if you want to be in control.
If not, you know the repercussions of it.

I agree that gambling with tiny amounts of money is the right thing to do, as you still gain all the fun from gambling with none of the losses, but I do not agree with your second sentence. Not only is proposing someone use a mathematically impossible way to win "strategy" dangerous but it is also irresponsible.

The Martingale Strategy does not work. The mathematical proof for this has been posted on this forum many times already! Please do not go around telling people it is a good idea because it is not!

The only way to win in gambling is to play for fun with small amounts of money and no expectation of a steady income or sudden riches. That way you still get the same adrenaline rush but without the bankruptcy.

The amount of time spent gambling does have an effect. That doesn’t mean the amount of money used in playing doesn’t count. Both the time spent in playing and the money spent are both important to look out for whenever you’re playing.
When you’ve spent more time playing than already planned, there is a high probability that you’ll also spend more money than you bargained for. If you spend more time playing, you’re also likely to spend more money that you didn’t plan to spend as well. It’s that simple. Best to set a time and perhaps an amount limit and stick to it.
You are right. Using more time and money to gamble can put you at risk of losing a lot of money. In gambling, there is a possibility that a person loses control of himself, which can cause him to lose all his money, so he can only regret it. That is why when gambling, we have to be very careful in how we use our time and money so that we don't spend all the money we have. Many gamblers have lost all their money because they lost control of themselves in gambling so they couldn't do anything because everything was gone. The most important thing is that a person must be able to limit himself while gambling so that he does not lose a lot of money.

It's really possible for a player to lose himself in the process especially if he isn't disciplined enough and if doesn't know the fundamentals, and the do's and don'ts in gambling. Gambling is a risky form of entertainment, and everyone who wants to gamble should know about that. If a person will spend so much time betting and playing, it's really possible that he will suffer the consequences of it such as having financial difficulty, decreased time with loved ones, and even being addicted. It's essential to know how to limit yourself in betting and in playing in both online or offline so you won't get lost. The shorter time you spend in gambling, the more time you can allot it to something else. Then the lesser the possibility of being addicted. Balancing everything will be one of the key factors to have a peaceful and stress-free life.
The analogy of spending lesser time in gambling is better so that we make few winnings, we can leave the betting platforms and relax than continuing betting and later losing in the gambling. Gambling is something that we need to know what really works for us so that we can position ourselves in a way that would bring profits for us. Not every strategy could works for us that is why we need to try different strategies to know which one is more profitable for us. Gambling can be based on luck or the contrary that is why we need to keep trying without getting paranoid or looking for ways to cheat so that we can be winner.

But then if you are seeking to have fun, that means you will need to spend alot of time and not minding how much loss your record or the winning recorded as long as you have the desired fun, and when betting in this line, you best stake little amount just as the first comment of the thread pointed out.
It’s hard to leave after the first win, after this euphoria it seems that you are good at this and you need to continue. At first, no one thinks about whether it’s for fun or to make money, initially you just want to try what will come of it, and only then the fun begins.

And until the player decides that he will make money from this, he will spend very little time on gambling, but as soon as he decides that he should try to make money from this, then he will begin to spend a lot of time analyzing events, testing strategies and much more.

Shorting your play time in gambling is the best strategy in gambling, apart from knowing how to manage your bankroll, don't spend too much time on a casino game, the longer the time you spent the more you lose, this is the truth that many gamblers won't accept at first until they realize it later.

For them it's about your addiction, and that's what brings in more money, and I am here to announce to you that time fixation is also a good way in gambling, spending 20 minutes in casino a day is better than someone who spend 1 hour.

1. Not necessary because im not that much of a gambler whose really that trying out to gamble if im busy.
2. Not all the time since there are physical activities on which it could patch up.
3. The higher the duration or longer ones the risks is high on getting addicted.

Just make yourself that sensible on the things that  you are doing then you would really be just that fine. There are really those people who cant really be able to control themselves
and do really commit out those errors and mistakes. If you cant really be able to bare up the risks on gambling then it would really be just that fine that you
are really dealing with it.

I agree with the idea made by the OP about "the less / shorter the gambling time, the better", there are many reasons why I agree with this idea, as we know that gambling involves a lot of mental and psychological feelings, we must know that there are a lot of temptations in gambling, especially when we are running sessions, such as maybe something that looks tempting, one of which you will or have been in a situation that looks like it will succeed in getting a win but it turns out that all of that is just an indication and in the end it still loses, and after that the psychological and mental gambler will usually be disturbed because it turns out that the final result does not match expectations.

Op, i also realized that you are saying the truth. It's always advisable to spend shorter time cause the more time you spend, the more you'll feel addiction with gambling and thus will make you place more bets than usually. Although a gambler need to spend some time for analysis perpose also. Just place a bet within short time, will less your winning possibilities and nobody want to lose. But we should set the time limit IMHO. And i think its better to do job or business and take gambling as fun. Thus you'll automatically get less time to spend for Gambling. Otherwise only doing gambling could make anyone addiction in it which could be risky & badly affect in anyone's life

What about "quality over quantity" ? The shorter the gambling session, the less you might lose. That does not work with gambling. The size of the bet is what matters. I can lose a fortune in first bet, or I can multiply it. That affects addiction also. If I double the money in 1 second, then of course I would think of repeating it. No one could resist easy money. Setting time limit also wont help a lot. Just imagine you are about to eat, and try to limit yourself about how much time it will take before you will understand if the dish is tasty, and will it become your favorite or not.

And i think its better to do job or business and take gambling as fun. Thus you'll automatically get less time to spend for Gambling.

This one made me smile. This is like water is wet. You know that if you dont gamble, you wont lose anything and wont get addicted.

At that point, it is also good to have a stable time for how long we will play gambling. And if we are not there by the time limit, our balance is immediately used up, so we stop because if we are lucky, we will be lucky to win gambling.

In the same way, we will learn to limit the amount of money that we will gamble with. And it's also for us as gamblers in the field of cryptocurrency, to be honest.

Nope I disagree with this, the amount of time doesn't really affect it, for me it is the amount that counts.
You could spend less time but play with a higher amount, or you could spend more hours but spend less if you just want to enjoy.
It sounds like a superstition, for me it isn't really the amount of time but the amount of money that you spend which could lead or be the reason why they would call you a gambling addict.

The amount of time spent gambling does have an effect. That doesn’t mean the amount of money used in playing doesn’t count. Both the time spent in playing and the money spent are both important to look out for whenever you’re playing.

If you spend more time playing, you’re also likely to spend more money that you didn’t plan to spend as well. It’s that simple. Best to set a time and perhaps an amount limit and stick to it.

of course it will have an influence, because in my opinion gambling can influence the thinking of someone who plays it, and if they play gambling for a long time it is possible that it will influence their thinking, and with the amount of time spent gambling of course the magnitude of the losses will only get it and this could cost them a lot of money sooner or later, of course it will stress them out if they always experience defeat and it's true what you said, they could end up spending a lot of money in just one gambling session.

and if they spend a long time gambling, I think this range will make them easily emotional, because every round is unlikely to make them happy, so maybe there are rounds that make them upset and can trigger their emotions to rise. Therefore, in my opinion, it is better to gamble within a set time limit, but not too long, because in my opinion, the longer you gamble, the worse it will only get.
