I agree with limiting our money to be used for gambling, of course once we get used to it it will be a good habit for a gambler or player in a casino. Once you run out of money in the games, there is nothing you can do but stop and come back another day to make up for the money you have again.

That's actually what I'm doing and I'm used to it, with that kind of habit it's impossible to lead to addiction eventually. because you control the money you will lose and you also implement the discipline and you become one of the responsible gamblers when your habit becomes like this.
If you're still playing daily, wouldn't it be still a causing you to become addicted even if you limit your gambling habit to a minimum daily? Sure limiting might help but the consistency would be a factor to becoming an addict right? Regards to shortening your time playing, would that be enough? Because whenever I play, I make sure that I'm getting the most out of my games and I cancel all my plans that day so there's no worry for time so I either lose the funds or I get bored.

Yes, it would really be depending on what kind of games are you involving with and speaking up the duration literally then there are really games which do really need up that time on each round or session which it would be totally different when you are playing slots or dice. When it comes to duration then it would really be entirely depending on what are the games that you are dealing with
but there are people who are really that playing those simple games but the duration is really that too long then its already their their choice and decision on what they've been doing.
It is really just that there are people who are really that not mindful about the games that they are involved and the money that they are spending on.

If the gambler was using the casino games, they must use the less time in the game.Because the gambling casino games was based on the probability,if the gambler made some dollars in the winning side of the game,he will have the next option to face.If the gambler had skiped the play for the certain duration, the probability of losing will be reduced in the gambling site.If the gambler play for the longer duration, the probability may increases to the loss.So the gambler should learn to lay for the shorter duration in the gambling site. The gambler should understand the gambling was based on the luck and the skills. But some gambler will not increase their skills and their luck may not work for them.So they do the random bet in the gambling site, this leads to the loss most of the time in the gambling site.

I have to see this well because we only play those games that have to do with being, like slots, roulette, crash, because we know well what is going to happen, but in games like black jack, poker and games that have See with skill if it is very difficult to get good things, in a poker tournament it is impossible to do it quickly, not in blitz style poker like chess, 'so in tournaments the ocsa get Interesting.

For us to decipher that we are in a good moment we can say that when you are looking for a way to generate more money you can enjoy Other things , when I am in the casino I Enjoy every second that I am there, even if I lose what I enjoy, of course I don't enjoy anything when I lose a lot, but that won't happen to me again, bad experiences also teach , that's what we learn in casinos when we lose some money.

Shorting your play time in gambling is the best strategy in gambling, apart from knowing how to manage your bankroll, don't spend too much time on a casino game, the longer the time you spent the more you lose, this is the truth that many gamblers won't accept at first until they realize it later.

For them it's about your addiction, and that's what brings in more money, and I am here to announce to you that time fixation is also a good way in gambling, spending 20 minutes in casino a day is better than someone who spend 1 hour.

Depending on the game you play because some games may require you to sit down more than an hour, for example poker especially when it comes to tournament.
However limiting both time and budget is of course great thing to do, it helps us to control ourselves but of course every gambler has their own time limit and money.
It cant be generalized that spending 20 minutes is better than 1 hour, better or not is depending on ourselves as we have our own way on how to gamble.

The shorter the time spent playing in the casinos, the better for your pockets. It doesn’t mean time has anything to do whether a gambler wins or loses, It means the shorter the time spent in the casinos, the less you would be tempted in spending and playing some more.
Obviously, someone can win and lose huge amounts in a short period of time. But after winning or losing such huge amounts, it would be best to stop and head home but some would instead hang around and later get tempted in withdrawing some more money in order to continue playing. Much better for your pockets if you can limit your stay at the casinos.
In this case it really depends on each individual, in my opinion if we can control ourselves in the game we play of course we can play the game well and when we experience defeat we will not spend more of the money we have on gambling, however If we are greedy in the gambling we play, no matter how short the time we spend, we will still have a lot of money to spend on the gambling we play.
Limiting the amount of money we play in gambling is very important, because if we cannot limit the amount of money we use for gambling, of course more of the money we have will be spent on gambling.

I also think that the less time I get the better, because if we don't try to see the casino always has the house advantage, and that is something that is more evident in the long term, if we play in a short period, well we can to be lucky and that luck may be that we withdraw the money and that would be ideal, but that's just my thought. Sometimes I have applied that, what cannot be done like that is in the slots, because the slots do need some time to understand how is the way of this, but hey this is always based on doing the best for everyone, you always want to win, but you have to know how to bet, some say it's just luck, but I also think that the player's experience counts, because if If you bet well, you won't lose much money, if you control the impulses too, and that is something we must learn to do, otherwise things can be very difficult if you play without control, because without control you lose more money.

That's why when I see people Playing in a casino, I always wonder if they have their money ready to lose, or are they simply happy with all the money they have available, in that case it worries me because the casino always asks for money. To continue gambling and it is a problem, it is easy to fall into an Addiction, and that is what should be avoided by all means, there is no reason why it will always be like this, so we as responsible adults must consider everything, that is why it is that if we play quickly or lose quickly or win quickly , one of two, and if you lose then the ideal would be not to have more money, nor to make a deposit, none of that because what it does is put us more on the edge of what We could have some addiction and it has to be avoided, there is nothing worse than falling into addiction , because the problems that appear and have to be faced are many, for that reason we must always consider everything only scenarios in the game.

Isn't it just the same as chasing your losses? Making up for your losses by playing on another day doesn't change anything. It would be best to start a new game without thinking of making up for your losses. It should be every day, a new beginning to enjoy your game.

That's when you can say you have discipline and full control over your gambling activities. Even if you play for another day with that kind of mindset, you only make yourself carry more stress and it's also possible to lead you to be more aggressive in the future.

Time has nothing to with whether a gambler win or loss. He can spend 50 minutes gambling and he will win large and same things to lossing as well. He can also send a whole day making good profit and also making big losses.

Although in another aspect. There are scenrios where somehow may have made some win within a short period of time and still decide to continue gambling. That is where this advice falls into place. It will be helpfull for thos e who love spending much time in gambling even after they have made good profits.

Does make sense to limit your time gambling but if it is to boost the sense of responsibility playing, it would still be better to limit your fund on each time you would be playing. Reason is that, with time it depends on your availability and circumstances which is more easily to not be followed.
Limiting time in gambling will also be the same as managing finances and of course everything will come back to the gambler himself how much money he has set because the length of time he gambles will be influenced by the money he uses.
The less money, the faster the time will be spent and of course things like this can increase the responsibility of gambler, those who already have set time limit and finances will be responsible for sticking to it or not exceeding these rules.
Gamblers must be able to start now if they want to be able to have stable for the future.

~snip~
Everything you said above is part of gambling responsibly and people who are safe or not become gambling addicts will definitely apply methods like those on your list.  Responsible gambler, will never want to get themselves into trouble, they will always try hard to control their desire to gamble because they know there are other things they have to do in real life, they can't possibly play 24 hours a day.  Just pay attention, usually a gambler wins big in the first few hours he plays, not when he plays for many hours.
No certainty that a gambler would win within few hours of playing time. It just depends on your luck for that day. Keep in mind that we cannot control the outcome in any gambling game even with sportsbetting wherein analysis do help; anything could still happen during every game.
Indeed, there is no certainty or guarantee that gamblers can win in longer playing time.
But I will confirm that you will definitely win if you play longer because it is impossible that there won't be single win in that long time.
Even though the amount is small, it is still win and even though it cannot cover losses from playing for long time, at least it is real win.
They just have to choose to get win that is not necessarily worth it but costs lot of money or has no chance of winning but can minimize losses as small as possible.
Luck is indeed influential here but it is not guaranteed because luck comes unexpectedly and no one can determine it.

This is a genius strat, as it's always agreed upon that the more time you spend inside the casino/gambling site, the more propensity you place yourself into spending more money within. I've seen that happen to my friends so I know it's for real. In any case, I get the hunch that you can still make this a little better, by actually setting achievable time constraints instead of just telling people "you should limit your time inside casinos" which could mean they'd have to spend at least 2 hours less if they gamble for 6-8 hours lol (but for real tho, this is real for some people)

In any case this is a sound strat, couple it with managing your bankroll well and you'd get yourself a pretty great technique that will keep as much of your bankroll as possible, and would ensure that you don't lose your head from gambling addiction.

For them it's about your addiction, and that's what brings in more money, and I am here to announce to you that time fixation is also a good way in gambling, spending 20 minutes in casino a day is better than someone who spend 1 hour.

1. Have a amount limit you can risk on gambling every week.

2. Choose your favourite day in a week for gambling.

3. Have a time count down when gambling, to avoid spending too much time.

Go back home or close your laptop once your time is up, and wait for the coming day, go back to your daily life and business, chase your goals using your business and invest more money on assets.

Do you agree or disagree? Drop your reason why.

A very interesting idea.
Regarding the fact that profits can be different on different days of the week, this is a very good idea. I've heard this from many people, including traders.
But regarding the fact that a person can control the time spent playing, I have great doubts. If a person who loses or wins in gambling could stop in time, then he would probably not play at all. Unfortunately, not everyone can control themselves

The more time spent gambling, the worse your reactions become and the more your intuition is dulled. One unsuccessful bet can wipe out the success of a whole day. It is necessary to bet exactly when your intuition tells you to do so. This is the true
That's true and I can speak with my own experience.

Having a good day with winning streaks and then with just one lose, the mood changes a lot and that's why if you've been in a good mood because your bets are winning.

It's just best to get out before the mood changes and you'll be more emotional with your bets which isn't recommended when we gamble because that will affect you a lot.

I guess the point is that the longer you play, the bigger money you could be losing in the long run. That's why it is not advisable to be playing that long. Even if you go on a minimum bet and play and you are not that lucky, it's like for example you play on slot machines, your money will be just eaten in a snap. That's why most of the games are based on pure luck, because you just don't know what will be the outcome and if he keep on chasing for big bonus, then you end up losing in the long run.

So we should gamble responsible and then just take control of ourselves, don't be greedy or at least learn to stop when everything is not going your way. Maybe you quit and then play the next day, perhaps your luck will be different.

Yes, spending more time while gambling is a factor that can increase the amount of loss especially in the long term but as I mentioned not only the time spent gambling determines how much money will be spent. However, also the amount spent in gambling is also a situation that can be attributed to the person's self-control.

The point I really want to say here is, it isn’t possible to prevent big losses just by spending a little time gambling and this factor alone doesn’t cause big losses. For example, let's assume that there is a greedy individual who plays slots wildly with the ambition of winning and gambles for several hours with high bets. When we are talking about this whole scenario, it wouldn’t be right to say that the person lost money just because he/she gambled for a few hours and show this as the only reason.

I agree, lesser time means lesser money to be spent.

But on the other hand, lesser time but bigger pot that's on the stake is also possible. Just set a time and budget at the same time so that you will be able to follow the actual budgeting of time and money.

No problem to enjoy your favorite day of the week which is likely your restday, could be Saturday or Sunday or even Friday night.

yes I agree with this, because if gambling with a long period of time will also result in something bad, maybe it can make someone become emotional and of course if gambling with emotions is not a good thing because it could be with emotions that there is a gambling game that was previously played with full control carefully but it becomes uncontrolled because the emotions that exist make everything messy, not to mention the loss of self-control that can make someone forget themselves, I mean someone can forget about other things because the focus is only on gambling.

gambling with a time that is not too long can be done because to reduce the risks that exist as well, do not let gambling make us unconscious. it will harm us in the future, because in my opinion gambling can hypnotize a person's mindset and this is not a good thing, so gambling reasonably don't overdo it.
While we can't see the future and we don't know what actually will happen. We've got the idea on how it looks like based on the experiences that we've got.

It's likely that something bad might happen or the result will be negative and will be the opposite of what you're expecting to see.

That's why if you've got more valuable things to do, don't settle for gambling and just do them first before you gamble.

Spending a short time on casinos is a strategy that works for newbies. Consistently limiting our gambling duration helps in the creation of a responsible gambling habit. The self-control of a newbie can be tested by how long he'd continue to keep up with such practice. Certainly, time limitation doesn't guarantee any win for the gambler. But, saving our money, is also a form of earning money. Gamblers who spend more time gambling lose additional money compared to the gamblers with lesser gambling duration. However, it also depends on the type of gambler as some gamblers don't require a longer duration to wager all their money.  Any gambler who is conscious of the time limit should also follow good principles for managing money. Missing one of the two factors, time limit and money management, would result in wagering a large amount of money, thereby reducing all the money in a short period. Less concerned gamblers can wager thousands of dollars in one bet and due to their lack of patience they'll lose out the whole money including winnings, within a few minutes.

Whatever gambling-related logic that seems to be the best, it doesn't apply to everyone. Regardless, the method is great, but lots of gamblers don't need, it because they'll want to gamble for a long time to be able to enjoy the game. Scared to lose gamblers would follow Op's good advice, which will also help them escape addiction. Hence, all gambler is required to manage bankroll, while following the rules of other gamblers in the community. Different gamblers with unique intentions and potentials don't share the gambling strategies yielding them more money. While time limitation is great for some newbie gamblers, top professional players try to limit their time in a long form. At least 5 hours limit, helps in controlling the decision of the gambler in a way that, any result he sees within the 5 hours interval won't terminate his rules on stopping immediately it gets to that point.

Not really, shortening your playtime will make you get bored so easily and you will always feel like you are missing out in the fun a lot of times when you do that, maybe if you're disciplined and you don't do strategies when you're gambling, you will probably be able to do just that but you strategize in your plays then you're probably going to feel something wrong about your gambling habit, it's like you're not doing enough which makes you frequent more sessions.

To me, the best way isn't to shorten the time but to make sure that when you're gambling, you're not overdoing it and that you always enjoy what you're doing, that's the way to do it and if you feel like you're not getting that at your current gambling session then you need to stop gambling all at once for that session and then do a reset the next day or the day after.

I do agree that it does reduce the temptation and the urge to gamble if you don't spend a lot of time gambling every single day, however, I don't think 20 minutes is enough, I know you used that just as a reference but I'm just saying. People should have a specific time limit based on how much free time they have each day and they should plan their activities accordingly. I believe it's only possible for people who are generally disciplined in their lives and have a schedule and timetable for everything they do.

A person who doesn't eat, sleep, study, or work on time, will barely be able to have a fixed time for their gambling activities. Such people will think that it doesn't matter, you should start and stop whenever you want as long as you are enjoying it, but that enjoyment can be costly after some time.
