Thanks for sharing the valuable information with us. The true meaning of the bounty campaigns lost its purpose over the years and we need to think about it as a community. The bounty distributions are delayed logically by the project teams and bounty managers.
Thank you for sharing. It is true that the bounty hunter is very fortunate and hard working, but many don't have any rewards. If the project is successful, the currency is issued, but the price is very low and very sad. but. Bounty hunters need to persist and there will be a day of harvest.
As a bounty hunter I never stopped seeking for opportunities to earn and at the same time learn while doing bounty tasks. Patience will always be worth it. Even if bounty hunting is not as profitable as how it was before, everything will be worth it once the market recovers.
I strongly agree with the points mentioned above, because if as a bounty hunter we cannot be patient, then we will lose a good opportunity, be patient in waiting for a reward or be patient in choosing a good project
Good post, my advice to the rest on this forum is never to rely on any project, get many as possible and keep joining bounties ,don't get tired because you won't know which one will be a successful after sometimes later and don't join fake projects, your job as a bounty hunter is to first make sure you are joining a real project
Usually after a long time in a good bounty something bad happens. Then cut the bounty pool, then the team will disappear and will not answer questions, then fall unscrupulous bounty Manager... the list goes on and on. All hope for honesty and good intentions of the project.
That is the risk of bounty hunting, not all of the bounties here in our forum will be ending in a good position because most of them will experience loss because of lack of demand for their product and some of them are just scammers that using the word ICO in disguise for their scam so if you really want to be in a good bounty then you should be careful in choosing the project that you would be joining in. 
Bounty is a fun side job, don't make it a bounty as a basic job, just make it a fun hobby just enjoy it as our part in introducing the world of cryptocurrency to the social community. Bounty payments are sometimes very good and sometimes only get shitcoin that can't be sold

We can do it well and right but sometimes the toke campaigns doesn't give the coins the value we think they would have and they end as a waste of time for us all, we don't need only to do a good job, we have to be selective on the campaign we choose.

I am agree, if we join in good bounty and already work hard, we will gain our reward and can expecting good result. Many complaining hunters dont get paid but i think its because the project fail or the developers team are scam. Join in bounty now is hard and we should selecting the project to earn token or coin

The spirit is nice , but when the payments come less than 10$ the spirit of the falls , well, you need to take a sober look at the market I think ico is dying bounty too
The most important thing in my opinion is to always be passionate about any situation and situation. Because with that maybe we will but participate in the project if we are always excited. And there are a few possible additions before participating in the project, of course analyzing the project might be better. so that in the future it will not find a project that is not good. Because maybe that will hurt you.
With the current ICO and Bounty Project conditions, it is indeed not enough if you only have one spirit. because all are connected and complementary. what I really regret is that there are several bounty hunters who only have one spirit, which is Rich spirit. so it will be very dangerous if you experience a loss, he will be stressed quickly.

But this case, is being abused by some projects, they don't mind to even pay even a small amount. Yes I can say this, they provide tokens but these tokens ado not have it's worth in the market.
That's the risk of bounty hunter, there is no assurance that the value being stated during the token sale will be the same value we will getafter the sale of when it's getting listed in exchanges. Even good coins are affected, the bear market are killing the price, but with good timing price can be back to a normal price, and therefore bounty hunters has to have the patience to hold it.

Sometimes the number of campaigns joined in a bounty is not the solution to avoid the so called "sh*t coins". What matters most is the ability of the bounty hunter to identify the right project with good capabilities of becoming successful. This is when bounty hunters are required to do a personal research by looking into the product of the project and its demand level, the expertise of the team, the road map etc before joining the bounty program.
the spirit that you mentioned is really needed by the bounty hunter, we really have to be patient in following the bounty so that we get good results, always think positively must also be in the bounty hunter, I think the spirit of never giving up also needs to be added to the list that you share
patience is they main key for us working in bounty campaign.moreover more people and more projects appear in this market.maybe some of them was fake projects that maybe lie to us and not paying our work.
Those are good words but i like wisdom best, it almost encompasses all that are listed. With wisdom, you can combine positivity, patience, vigilance, and perseverance. These are great attributes one must have else one may be setting up for a fail on the blockchain
