Nothing feels sweeter in football than England getting walloped, alongside the noisy English media getting silenced.
Come one be gentle now hehe. Most of their media or pundits really loves to hype up their players as if they're the best in the world. It's probably hard for them to be critical to their team and address their weakness until they actually lose. I have nothing to say against the fans since they are supposed to be noisy while supporting their team anyway.

There were Argentina-Estonia match at last night. Estonia were defeated so badly by Messi. Messi showed the whole world that he is the Goat. He is a really alien. Messi scored 5 at last night. He gave an spetacular performance. We are so lucky to have watched him.
While Messi's performance was truly impressive, I wonder how the Argentinian team will play against stronger opponents. It is easy to play brilliant if your opponent lets you do it. Estonias FIFA rank is 110th, way worse than the ranks of the teams qualified to the World Cup. It remains to be seen how strong Argentina really is. I don't think they will have problems in their group (Saudi-Arabia, Poland and Mexico), but they will need to be strong if they want to survive the knock out games.

I think Messi is the best player by far. Messi is something of spectacular. Because apart from being a playmaker, a scorer, he performs excellent defensively and he is complete football player. But a star shines well when he is found in the midst of team work and good play. That's why the Argentina team should help Messi. If Argentina team help Messi, Messi will give everything in this World Cup, since it will probably be his last World Cup and more than ever he wants to win it.

Take a look at my merits, It's lucky number
We had really crazy games today in the Nations League to be honest. Germany - Italy and England - Hungary games were really insane! England's lineup wasn't as bad as Italy's actually but they somehow lost this game with an embarrassing score like 0-4 home. Congrats to Hungary for this enormous victory. They fought very hard. Germany destroyed Italy 5-2 in the other game but this wasn't a very hard game for Germany though. Italy had a really bad lineup in this game which showed they weren't giving any importance to the game at all.

It's quite surprising to see England lose by a fairly large score to Hungary, as you said, even though their line-up is not a bad line-up. Several important players played in this match. Apart from that, they also dominated the match with more than 60% possession of the ball. The goddess of fortune is very much in favor of Hungary today. In other matches, we can see Germany winning by a big score. They deserve it because they played their main players in this game.

7 goals in one game .Germany:Italy 5:2 . that's a bit crazy.

It could've been more but Germany decided to be generous. At least three clear positions wasted, but they scored five so who cares? Germany looked like their old powerful days. Italy fell down real bad after they lost World Cup participation ticket. Players were not motivated in any of these four games. Italy also had too many missing players. But in the end this defense is very alarming and Mancini should do something.
England on the other hand is whole another case. Unacceptable results and humiliating Hungary loss. If they fall down to B league that won't be surprising after these four games. I don't know how Southgate will handle this situation.

Hungary scores 3 goals against England.
What meaning can we make from this? My opinion is that they all see these matches as friendly matches.

It's now 4-0  Grin

Nothing feels sweeter in football than England getting walloped, alongside the noisy English media getting silenced. They do care about friendlies too. Haven't you seen Harry Kane score hatttricks in them and get praised like he won a ballon d'or?

ahahaha Cheesy Cheesy To be honest I am not surprised.  I also agree with what you wrote.

We saw once again tonight that some teams do not care about this league, for example England.

The Italians for sure. They have never lost a match against Germany so high, they have always won and play drawn. But today they have 12 new players in the team and the one who scored the goal for Italy is 18 years young. It was clearly a friendly match on Italy's side, and there was no worldchampion playing. In the theory, it remains a record win for Germany.

I don't know most of Italian players. There are 2 or 3 players that I know in this match, almost all of them are new players.
I think Roberto Mancini wanted to try new players in the team, but he chose the wrong match.

but what is england doing ? have they gone completely mad ? they lose 4-0 to hungary at the Molineux stadium in Wolverhampton .
it's really a crazy evening of football .but the neutral football fans at home had fun today  Grin

Really mad to see what has done my Italy this evening. It is awful to take 5 goals from Germany.

About England, I guess that this depends from the fact that they are not so interested in Nations League because they will play World Cup.

I wouldn't be a fan of Italy (like me) or England at the moment  Embarrassed

I thought I was the only one who enjoyed seeing overrated English team being humbled whenever their media hyped them! To make matters even crazier, all of these players have release clauses worth far more than €60 million, and what was Southgate thinking playing R. James on the left wing? I've never seen a coach with such a bad lineup every fucking game and he's still employed! His PR must be excellent.

Donnarumma has proven to be a jerk in every game! The young man is nothing special! He's such a mediocre goalkeeper that he's one of the reason Italy won't be attending the World Cup in Qatar.

What just happened here...England 0-4 Hungary and it was on their home turf which makes this result very surprising and I had to look at the lineup to see if a strong squad was fielded, boy were these guys beaten without any excuses and any punters will tell you that they didn't see this result coming...to top it off they failed to even register a goal...football can be cruel at times.

Anybody seen this headline on Skynews "England suffer their worst home defeat since 1928! 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁥󠁮󠁧󠁿📉 " very worrying and I didn't see any Manu players  Roll Eyes

I watched the match between Germany and Italy...
Italy has been one of the most disappointing teams in recent times, from their recent performance against major teams, if they had qualified for the world cup their campaign would have been a disaster. I know these games are not so serious to some coaches and players, but they could at least put up a good performance and not allow themselves to get thrashed.

France never ceases to amaze in these competitions. They have not won a single match, drawn twice and lost twice. I don't know how they are going to perform in the World Cup this year, but they definitely need to change something. I understand that no one cares about Nations league, but still the favourites play much better in all groups. I don't believe that France have turned into a rubbish team.
Stunning? Hahaha I hope that's true, but sadly they have been very disappointing so far. 4 match without a win is a poor statistic for France, which is a shame as they don't seem intent on doing their best in this competition.

France have a lot of good players, they are a great team based on their quality but what happened to them in the last 4 match is the opposite. I don't know what makes it hard for them to win match when they have a number of their star players, they are too bad to entered a bet slip because maybe we won't win anything with them.

I am not overly surprised because this tournament is basically a few friendly matches and warm-up matches for the teams and not any team is going to give too much importance in this tournament. But still, I think as the football world champion France should have done better.

I also suddenly remembered something interesting. We have seen that the teams which win the world cup get eliminated from the group stage in the next world cup and I really did not think that was going to happen with France. But now I honestly have my doubts.

Germany leads 2:0 against Italy after 45 minutes, a completely different game to the first leg. Germany is extremely strong and even scored the 3:0, italia won't be able to catch up. I think David Raum and Leroy Sane are strong today. Italy is somehow completely confused, basically with no really good chances.

I don't  believe that France has turned into a rubbish team. However it looks like they have a problem of motivation, tactics or do not function as well as a team as before. The tournament might not be important, but with bad results like we have seen so far it can become a precursor to a disastrous world cup tournament in a couple of months.
It's hard to say what is really happening with France, in fact they dominate the matches and constantly try to attack, can you believe that it's total bad luck? Croatia defended well and didn't let them easily get into the penalty area, they had to shoot from afar. But one could talk about bad luck if it was one or two matches, but there are four matches in a row and only two points. It is hard to believe that France will remain in last place in this group, two more games to be played in the fall, there will be enough time to analyze what happened.

England have fallen behind at home against Hungary. These are strange matches and also strange results in this group so far. Where would that go? Hungary is doing surprisingly well at the moment, they wouldn't really win the group with Italy, Germany and England, would they? That would be a huge sensation. But, still a lot of time to be plated in this match. England still the favourite to win.

England trailed 1-0 at the end of the first half. I thought I would see better gameplay than England. They possesion the ball but attack very little. Hungary is leading 1-0 since. So they are trying to play somewhat defensively. England are now the last team in the points table. Hungary, on the other hand, tops the table.

There are four games which are being played now in the League A. Among these matches, I see the Germany - Italy one as really interesting. It is a big match normally but when it comes to the Nations League it is hard to say such thing too. Because most of the big teams here don't care about this tournament very much and this affects the score badly for them too. But in this match it is still hard to predict the result. It is like a match that should end up with a draw to me but Germany are favoured quite much by bookmakers of course.
