Giga Chikadze will probably replace Max Holloway who canceled his fight against Yair Rodriguez scheduled for July 17 event at the UFC Apex in Las Vegas.

Interesting turn of events in Light-Heavyweight category is that Jan Blachowicz thinks that Jiri Prochazka should first fight against Aleksandar Rakic before getting a title shot, and I am very interested to see this fight.
Here is his full interview with James Lynch published few days ago:

^  I’m not entirely convinced with Gane yet and Volkov is a slight step up in competition but Volkov is the underdog at 2.50?  Looks good to me..  I think the line should be closer imho.  And sure the technical skill advantage goes to Gane but Volkov has the grit.

Value lines could be Volkov, OSP, maaaybe Jai Herbert just cos Moicano is on the decline and that chin is shot after Fiziev.  And Charles Rosa and Rakhmomov should win.  They’re kinda chalky but parlaying them should give you decent odds close to plus money.

I am not kind of familiar with Volkov and seeing just his highlights kind of spark that Gane can be the one dominating the fight but I am still deciding on my pick, and because I am too bias with Cyril Gane,

Looks can be deceiving if you are messing with the wrong person things can get real bad and there are many videos and pics of people in the social media space who got smoked by beautiful ladies  Cheesy.

Yeah! I might be done for after that sparring match with her, but it will be worth it to try, and maybe she will give me that rear-naked choke like what she did Tatiana Suarez,

It seems her record is not bad, but she had many wins through a Decision, but 13 wins and 3 loss is not bad on the women's division.

Stake.com had made a great decision in getting her Israel Adesanya, and Chito Vera as a collaboration with UFC and actually after seeing her photos she can surely be a muse for UFC and stake.com, and would surely love to have a sparring match with her if you know what I mean!  Roll Eyes

Ah, I remember the time when in every conversation I would mix up Volkov and Volkanovski XD It would confuse the shit outta me and everyone else. Volkov seems to me neither here nor there in the sense that he is missing just that edge to prevail on the top. A few years back I saw him as a champ...now, not sure.
Alexander Volkov is a technical striker and the fight i feel sad for him was the Derrick Lewis fight where he was winning the fight easily and with seconds left in the clock he was knocked out by Derrick Lewis. He is just 32 years old and a couple of wins he might be a title challenger.

I really like Gane and I am not familiar with Volkov, but it seems that Alexander Volkov is tough in his durability, and seems to have a lot of fight during his Bellator days after watching some of his highlights he has great takedown defense that Ciryl Gane might have some problem with, but knowing Gane he is an all-rounder that can create an opening but I will take further information and will pick on who's I'm going to bet,

Volkov is good. He is a natural heavyweight. He just need to eat, trains, sleep, repeat. He has already beaten all the old heavyweight tops. But he has problems with fresh and new heavyweight. That means he has experience to put against experienced heavyweights, but has problems with those who can explode with series of strikes. And Gane is one of these heavyweights. I think that Gane will win. Perhaps in a second round or second half of first round. He will explode with series of strikes, Volkov would block and evade most of them, and one punch will put an end in this fight. It will be a KO. It wont be a knockdown and ground and pound finisher.

stake.com has made a very good decision to partner with Alexa Grasso for her pleasing personality, I reckon hehehe. She is also born in Mexico similar to Brandon Moreno.

After Seeing Volkov's highlight I feel the same as well I don't feel Cyril Gane is a heavyweight he doesn't move like one, for a division of heavyweights I think that he got the speed and the power to get to the top of the heavyweight division, and Alexander Volkov might be a heavyweight but Cyril Gane, in my opinion, is a mixed breed.

I am not aware of most of the opponents, i have seen the fights of Alexander Volkov, Ovince St. Preux, Andre Fili, Renato Moicano and Tim Means but i do not know anything about the rest of the fighters nor their opponents. Even in the last event i did not place a bet as i was not sure about how the fights will go and that is the situation in this fight card.

Looks like the next fight card which might interest me is UFC 264 next month Cry.

Wow! you actually know quite a lot, I only know 2 fighters from this event and that is Cyril Gane and Tanner Boser, and also just heard about Ovince Saint Preux but never really know quite a lot about him, I will eventually get information about them and will get picked for a bet, but maybe will be betting on just two the main event and the co-main event.

It was amazing fight to watch Marlon Vera vs Davey Grant, and I like it even more when I win a bet bonus for Vera winning the fight and getting bonus for performance of the night.
Like I predicted, Korean Zombie won the fight, he had a big advantage with his takedowns and Dan Ige couldn't really compete with him there, but he was very good in stand up.
Overall it was very interesting event to watch, and I am already preparing for next heavyweight fight Gane vs Volkov.

I think stake.com is sponsoring fighters from UFC and as a partnership with UFC maybe there will be a bonus if you have bet for these fighters and win and the list goes, Israel Adesanya, Alexa Grasso, Marlon Vera, and Francis Ngannou well congrats on winning the bet bonus by stake and I should say, Marlon Vera is doing quite well after seeing his potential by knocking out Sean O'Malley

I should say the Korean Zombie has done quite impressive in getting Dan Ige we could see the domination of Chan Jung Sung from start to finish.

Heavyweight   Ciryl Gane   VS   Alexander Volkov

Top3 vs Top5. That is going to be interesting. Undefeated striker Gane vs dangerous Volkov. There is definitely going to be a KO/TKO in this fight and I think that victoria is going to be on Gane side this time. I think the winner of this fight is going to be a first contender to face (I mean to lose) to Ngannou Cheesy

Another Fighter that I like in this event is Tanner Boser I don't have any idea about his opponent yet and will get further information regarding my pick.

I always liked Matt Brown for his elbows. He is already 40, but still and might be soon fired from UFC; his bad record only proves that (won 3 out of 10 last fights). Glad he won. Limas tactics was probably to kill Matts front leg (by the end of first round it was seen that Matt feels discomfort while walking), but in the second one punch ended everything.

Korean Zombie VS Dan Ige

That Durability was really superb for Chan Sung Jung even though he is bloodied he never stop and always on top of Ige, you can see the domination of the Korean Zombie over Dan Ige, but I really think the fight was really boring in my opinion, I don't know for sure but that was my feelings towards this fight, although I have bet for the Korean Zombie to win, Chan Sung Jung never failed to deliver my expectation,

And I think the Durability of the Korean Zombie is never the same from his early fight, maybe his age has really got up on him, and I can say that Dan Ige's punch is not enough to take down the Korean Zombie.

This UFC event is starting earlier than usual and this are my picks without much explanations, Korean Zombie to win in main event, because he should never be underestimated and he is small underdog in this fight.
Slight reach advantage and better takedown stats may be his advantage  and I am expecting to see great fight.
I am skipping co-main event and betting on Marlon Vera to win against Davey Grant, plus I am taking some nice bonuses on Stake if he wins, but it's not going to be easy as odds suggest.
Don't miss prelim fight Matt Semelsberger vs Khaos Williams, it should be shorter fight with someone winning by KO and I predict it will be Khaos Williams.

^  Take note that Bruno Silva hasn’t fought since 2018 when he got his suspension for PED’s.  He’s a solid fighter and looked good at the weigh ins but for the slight chalk, dunno...  Would love him lined at something like 2.50 for the lack of activity.

Here are the weigh ins and face off.

I thought I was going to miss this event as I've been travelling a lot recently. However, it seems to be a early night for us in the UK, which means I get to see the Korean Zombie back in business! Hopefully, he can recover from his loss to Ortega.

My predictions at a glance:

Korean Zombie
Davey Grant
Bruno Silva
Khaos Williams
