Maybe someone from coca-cola made that statue and Ronaldo revenge was to remove their bottles from his table on press conference Smiley

Fevicol the adhesives company came out with a funny advertisement regarding these incident Cheesy.

My picks for the upcoming event.

Serghei Spivac, Matthew Semelsberger, Aleksa Camur, Josh Parisian and expecting the main event to go the distance.

Hmmm...  Interesting.  I wonder why Stake wants everybody to bet on Marlon Vera...  Are they trying to balance the action in their book?  Some whale or group of whales prolly made a huge bet on Davey Grant?  The line did move from 3.20 down to 2.70.
Marlon Vera is their promoter and ambassador same like Israel Adensanya, they did the same betting promotion for him, and other ambassadors are Francis Ngannou and Alexa Grasso.

I thought about placing a bet on Marlon Vera but then i have my doubts because when they faced each other for the first time Davey Grant got the victory and the odds looks really attractive to place a bet on Davey Grant to win and may be because of this factor and the fact that Davey Grant is coming into this fight on a three fight winning streak while Marlon Vera returns after his defeat against Jose Aldo.

Just for laughs, latest news are that Khabib is now thinking of playing pro football because he said that he always liked that sport and some clubs may sign him in future,
I have seen some social media clips about him playing and there is no denying about his stamina and and there are clips that shows that he is playing really good but then those are small clips and that does not prove anything but he might be a good player, who knows until he spends a month or two at training facilities and see whether it will be possible for him to play at the club levels

look at this Georges St-Pierre statue in Quebec, Canada that looks a lot like ex US president Barack Obama  Grin
Exactly even i thought of Barack Obama after seeing this statue  Cheesy.

^  It’s weird and I don’t think it’s random.  The match is between two not really high level fighters so it doesn’t really make any sense to promote that match for the event.  If Stake really wanted to promote the site through the event, they’d go for TKZ vs Ige...

Edit:  Official weigh in vid live.  I think around an hour has passed.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=n_fzKV1Xvss

Edit:  TKZ looks too skinny at 145.

I want to cheer for Khabib and watch him play

His instagram has some vids of him playing football. He actually plays well for an amateur. He sure has enough stamina for 90+ match. But I think it will be hard for him to play (for a start like him). Lots of his fans will try to disturb the game. His rivals will try to hurt or injure him, but there are no tough guys like in hockey to protect him from cheap shots.

I mean watch him in an actual game I have already seen him play even though he is still an amateur he has some moves that only need to be sharpened, I guess there will be cheap shots on football but I think Khabib can surely manage I think his time with UFC has heightened his durability that needed in the game of football,

I am curious as well on why they are giving double-winning on the Marlon Vera fight, and just like you I think they are balancing the fight up, or maybe this is just random selection.

You can surely earn double winnings by just betting on the Marlon Vera fight on stake.com here is the screenshot the Korean Zombie is always ready to fight, and even though the odds is not in favor for him I think his style will surely provide him with the win, I know this is crucial because his style of fighting always relied on his durability, I think getting older will surely change that and this might be a tough fight for him Dan Ige might be a harder puncher but if he can withstand that barrage of punches the Korean Zombie might win this

I want to cheer for Khabib and watch him play when he gets the chance to play on a football league I think that would be awesome to watch, and about that statue it really looks like a buff Barack Obama alright hahaha.

Chan Sung Jung VS Dan Ige

This is one weird fight in my opinion and a quite very hard to predict the Korean Zombie Chan Sung Jung after losing to Brian Ortega he thought that he can absorb the damage given by Ortega because that is how the Korean Zombie fight he always relies on his durability getting in 2 hits from his opponent while giving a devastating counter or he can take Dan Ige with a takedown but again Dan Ige is a defensive fighter if he can give the Korean Zombie a massive strike that could hurt him Dan Ige might win this, but Chan Sung Jung has the durability that could make Dan Ige think before randomly hitting the Korean Zombie, so this is a hard one to pick from almost all of the fights here this main event is the most crucial to bet on in my opinion,

But I will go with the Korean Zombie, and with stake.com Dan Ige has the advantage with the Odds.

Holly shit, I thought I have teleported back to 2016 when I opened the comments here, is Conor really that relevant of a talking point? Why stop there, let's talk about how Khabib is eyeing a football career now that he's retired from MMA XD Just kidding guys, of course, we can talk about any of them, I am actually more baffled that they put a rematch in the same year as the second fight. Seems a bit too hasty and also not really too much relevant for the division.

Lol.  I can’t really blame them.  The event this weekend isn’t really filled with big names.  But I’d say TKZ vs Ige will def be a banger.  Don’t miss it.  And from a betting perspective, try to watch all the matches and know the fighters.  It would def help everybody make more informed arguments on why you’re making the bet..  And I have seen some people really starting to get into it tbh.  Good to see.  Smiley

You're just seeing a Deja Vu of the most topic here but I think it is OK if we discuss previews fights as long as we are still discussing UFC topics, and speaking of Khabib he really loves football that much and many clubs and offering him to play for them, he had said that football is really his first love, well maybe the experience from UFC will set his career and skills into being a great football player, well I wish he could play in his heart content,

Well, they can do whatever they want and I think both camps will surely decide if they will let their fighter have that rematch or not, lets just wait for what may happen.

I disagree that Conor isn't good at Lightweight.

His record in lightweight is 2-2 in UFC and this division if full with sharks. His most wins are in featherweight. His peak form has gone (person can not be in peak form twice). It would be good for him to return to featherweight. I think there are only few people there who can compete with him.
If he continues to be in lightweight, who should he face next? Oliveira? He will strangle Conor. Gaethje and Poirier are better in striking.

I disagree that Conor isn't good at Lightweight. Conor was, and still is one of the best fighters we've seen in the UFC. Despite him not actually winning a fight for 2/3 years. He's still an exciting fighter. I do think Poirier might get the better of him again, but we have to admit that Conor actually was doing quite well against Poirer until he got backed up on that octagon. I believe he even rocked Poirer at some point in the fight.
Conor McGregor has one win in the LightWeight division and we can say that he dominated the Featherweight division and if he can go through that grueling weight loss which he really do not want to do it is going to be tough for him.

The thing is with Conor, he's a great striker, but he fights risky. His hands are quite low, and I think what we have been seeing is, he doesn't get away with as much as he would in the lower divisions. There's generally harder hitters the heavier the division, and that's basically how Poirer put him away.
In the Featherweight division he could get away with his flaws because he is a superior striker and he could manage his opponents strikes but in the higher weight division he could not take that much strikes and when his offensive move are countered then he struggles to maintain that and end up loosing.

I bet Conor will lose to Poirier for the second time. He is not good at lightweight. He should get back to lighter division. He wont beat Usman in welterweight. But he can beat many in featherweight.

Conor McGregor, one of the controversial fighters will return to fight on July 11, and of course this fight will be a testament to the lightweight fighter who has always been throwing tantrums (big mouth) against his opponent, According to the plan, Conor McGregor will face terror from another fierce UFC hero Dustin Poirier and of course this is one of the revenge events for Conor McGregor, who in the UFC 257 fight was defeated by Dustin Poirier. from his interview a few days ago, McGregor said that Dustin Poirier had made the mistake of awakening an animal, an animal of far greater power!" and McGregor told dusti poirier to pray a lot Grin Grin

^  So heard Ige is training at Fight Ready.  I don’t really know much about it except that it’s supposed to be one of the up and rising MMA gyms like Glory MMA and Fitness.  So we’ll see if there are improvements in Ige’s game.

I still feel like it could end up like Kattar vs Ige tho.
