I have seen a crazy video on Youtube and that is Saudi Arabia has offered $100 Million Dollar for Khabib Nurmagomedov to fight Connor McGregor or Floyd Mayweather on a fight, I know that this could be a different story but I am shocked that Saudis would want to see a fight and is offering something Million Dollar Money to see this fight, I know that the UFC 249 is on April Versus Nurmagomedov and Ferguson but I really can't wait to see that in action, plus many news on the video about the fight of Jon Jones VS Dominick Reyes, plus Masvidal is getting personal.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UD45aXJ2b6Y

Khabib already answered. He does not want to fight Conor for any price. I reckon Conor should prove his greatness again before he can make Khabib look at him hehehe. I am the most loyal Conor fan, however, the fight versus Cowboy is nothing to make him rematch Khabib.

Well, in a recent interview when asked about the rematch with Conor for 100 million dollars, Khabib laughed and said:

“Why do I need that kind of money. There are so many organizations for example, there is not only football for the blind, there are Sambo and other sports. Let [UFC] give it to them, if they don’t know what to do with the money. But giving me $100 million for me to beat up that idiot again? I don’t think it’s rational.”

JJ is extremely motivated for this fight alright but I want to give credit to DR for getting getting him riled up like that. I have never seen JJ so aggressive in pre-fight interviews and face offs since DC. It's not easy to play mind games against someone like JJ but I think DR has gotten into his head.
The fight game is all about mental strength and confidence and Jon Jones always thrive when he create an enmity against the opponent he usually fights better and with the fights against Anthony Smith and Thiago Santos he was not that motivated to finish the fight but i am expecting a stoppage in this fight.

Hearing JJ talks about being disrespectful makes me laugh. Someone who has gamed the sport using substance is disrespectful.
Jones wants to motivate himself and have an enmity towards the opponent to motivate himself as i said earlier but the substance abuse is just because of his wild life style he had and the contents were micro grams which will not help in performance and it will get into your body through contaminated substance.

he can win. he seem precise to his target, i'm sure you also watched hi previous fights so its also possible that jones will have trouble difficulty.
No doubt. He is good really at counter-punching which is why I said Jones should drag the fight and let Reyes push forward to tire him out.

Quote
but seeing he has more experience i'd bet for him still and  as long as he has the poking fingers he has more advantage.
So the move that will make the difference in this fight is his signature eye poke huh?  Cheesy
Well, he has mastered it and became a blackbelt at that. Maybe he could also open a school and teach pro-level eye poking  Huh Cool

Watch Helwani and Anthony Smith interview.  Smith said Reyes has absolutely no idea what he's getting into vs Jones (based on Smith's own experience ofc).

Pumped for the bout!  We got a guy scamming himself that he could KO Jones vs the master scammer himself.  Grin

UFC 247 Countdown:  Jones vs Reyes

My bet is on Jones because I don't see Reyes keeping up the pace with him even with if he says he is more athletic than Jones. I saw the promo on youtube and a few other videos and Jones is still a beast like he always has and he looked more ready than Reyes.

The one thing that could make Reyes the favorite of this fight would be his record that speaks for itself 15-0-0 and Jones should take this very seriously as Reyes will give everything he has to beat him.

UFC 247 Countdown:  Jones vs Reyes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssgm2HEo48Q&t=1029s
Men, Reyes is impressive. He has the height and the range that can match that of Jon Jones. I still remember the Gustafson vs. Jones I where the reigning champ had difficulty with Gustafson's reach. Here comes Reyes now who, I think, is the most technical striker and probably with the most KO power but with an untested endurance.

Yeah, the first Gustafson vs. Jones, I'm sure majority here thinks that Gustafson could have won that fight.

I don't know but the fight will all come down to the right strategy. Jones has to survive the early rounds and drag the fight then has to really rely on his ground and pound game in the later rounds. Reyes, on the other hand, has to be the one to initiate the attacks early on and watch out for take downs.

Love to see Reyes confidence, so it will be really a big test of Jones here the first round will be critical for both. Reyes coming hard trying to dictate the tempo and Jones defending and using leg kicks to slow down Reyes, so let's see which strategy will win in this fight.

^  I'm not updated in what's going on with most of the teams behind the scenes but I heard Jackson Wink is deteriorating.

The best team I've heard is Tristar Gym with coach Zahabi.  AKA is another one and the one with Duke Roufus.  And ATT.

UFC 247 Countdown:  Jones vs Reyes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssgm2HEo48Q&t=1029s

In my opinion, Jon Jones got the best team that is dedicated to every step he takes but after watching this I see the full dedication of Dominick Reyes in his training regime and I see it is excruciating and very surreal to watch actually after seeing this I don't know if I would put my thing on Jones or checking out Reyes more, But maybe the video had focused more on Reyes initial thing in his training regime than Jones,

But still, I will stick my faith to Jon Jones to win this because I know that he got skills and the determination in winning this.

BONES is known for his famous eye poking and his opponent DR already showing concerns
Dominick Reyes admits Jon Jones’ eye pokes are a serious problem, plans to warn referee at UFC 247
Jon Jones have the biggest advantage against all the fighters with his 84.5 inch reach which is really huge and only Stefan Struve who is 7 feet tall have that reach and when you have that kind of reach advantage against every opponent he has the luxury to measure the range and that usually ends up in eye pokes and one of the biggest advantage of Jon Jones is how he is able to measure the opponent and these eye pokes happen in the first round most of the time because he is studying the opponent in the first round and when he measures and understands the opponent then there is literally nothing you can do against Jon Jones. Dominick Reyes is a fast starter and he will flurry the moment the bell rings and that is the only opportunity he has to win against Jon Jones.

it will distract jones that's very clever of reyes. its a strategy executed before the fight.

Honestly this is not boxing, boxing is a dangerous sport as well and people may end up hurting each other there too, we have seen many people bloodied up and hurt on boxing ring as well, however reality is on UFC people are a lot more close on combat and when you compare Mayweather and Bones I would say UFC doesn't allow that type of defensive system Mayweather has to continue until he is 50 years old, Bones will eventually have to slow down or be worse because of old age and that will result with some young 25 year old dude to finally kick his ass easily and when you look at his games, dude wins usually with decision as well like Mayweather, eventually someone will catch up off guard and hit the living air out of him and knock him out very easily.

If Jon Jones won't retire then he will be beaten one day by a younger fighter. Anderson Silva is a better example rather using Floyd Mayweather Jr. which is into boxing and it is a different sport. In mma you aren't just using your fists but it includes elbows, legs and you can also grapple, take-downs, choke and many more. That means Jon Jones if he wants to remain fighting despite his age will be attentive on many aspects. It is true that when someone is ageing he will become more experience wise and smart and accurate. That opportunity costs a lot too because as you grow older you will become slower and your strength decreases. Only time will tell how long Jon Jones remains a champion. I still think he wins against Reyes. 32 is not that old. 34 or 35 above, that will be the time most fighters start to diminish.

their hands will matter when it comes to retiring apart from age. the bones in our knuckles will sometimes break when a puncher hit a real hard jaw. some knuckles will be break right in the middle of the fight and when that happens, you can always be assured that fighter will not last in the industry anymore. he will not box as hard as he would before the knuckle breaking punch and his ability to knock will gradually deteriorate. you will notice it to some fighters int he past. i'm not sure if jones had this issue yet since he is using his elbows for the most fights. he is not that old either.

Floyd Mayweather jr. and Nonito Donaire jr. are bnoth good examples of damaged/brittled hands in the fighting industry. Reason why Mayweather jr. seldom scores a knockout or knockdown later on with his career. But in MMA there are many forms of weapons. But for sure you'd be unlucky when your main weapon is your power punch and you damaged your hands. Chuck Liddell is an example in mma that is mostly utilizing his iron fists. The good thing about being gifted with an iron fist is that it won't leave you, not even when you are old, it's one of the last things that remain in a fighter's career.

“It’s a blatant rule break,” Reyes said. “You can’t do it. It’s in the rules. It’s been talked about many times. Either you’re going to do it, or you’re not going to do it. It’s up to me on fight night to talk to the ref and make him aware.”
He is already starting the fight even before they step in the ring octagon. He doesn't really care how the referee would officiate, he is trying to distract his opponent. It is actually a clever way to pressure Jon Jones to think and change his fighting habits just days before the event. I am not sure if it is going to work in his favor though, that statement alone could fire up the other guy to beat his as badly Cheesy

^  Pretty much think Adesanya will stop dogging Jones without the goat status.  Lol.
I was thinking of the insults he'll throw to Jones.
