Dana wants someone that is daunting as Mcgregor but at the same time tamed enough to obey him. I'm sure Dana is upset of what Kabib did during their fight when he jumps out of the cage.

Kabib can't be the face of UFC since the guy doesn't smile often, they can't put a face to the public that doesn't smile unlike Conor

We have other fights coming up Curtis Blaydes v Juniordos Santos and Rafaeldos Anjos v Michael Chiesa coming up this week and next month we have another interesting fight card where Jon Jones takes on Dominick Reyes and Valentina Shevchenko taking on Katlyn Chookagian. My prediction for 247 are Jon Jones and Valentina Shevchenko as i do not see anyone beating them anytime soon Grin

Khabib Nurmagomedov has a lot of fans world wide, if you go to the Middle East and Russia he is a super start and just image the population they have and say that he is not revered by the fans, he might not be having the same fan base in US but globally he is a much bigger super start and for some country to built a stadium for Khabib Nurmagomedov to fight, even Conor never had that kind of opportunity and the reported payout the UFC gave for Khabib Nurmagomedov for his last fight is $6 million, if you take the numbers alone Conor makes the biggest pay day and then comes Khabib Nurmagomedov.

Khabib VS Conor is a fight who should happen again. But it will not be the next Conor's fight because Conor just got back to the business and Dana don't want him loosing fast because we all know Conor means a huge income for the business.

but all of the opponents who is holding the championship belt are really tough and it is not an easy journey to the title. He can make money by picking fighters like Nate Diaz next and then he can face an old Frankie Edgar and make a shit ton of money with those fights but i do not think that he will be able to defeat the champions in any division as the competition is really high. That said, his fight against Donald Cerrone was picture perfect and won in record time and it was an impressive victory.

All champions are calling out Conor because they know he is still the A-side and can command a huge paycheck for them. Usman, Masvidal, Justin, Tony F, Khabib and Nate are all possible opponents of Conor.

But it seems that Dana White is looking for Khabib vs Conor for obvious reason (huge money fight for UFC).

Cerrone didn't have the time to recover for he as already stormed by the the punches. This is what separates Cerrone from other fighters because he normally stops throwing punch when he sees the other fights don't fight back anymore. Anyhow, Mcgregor won. I lost few but it would have been a big win for me if Cerrone won.

It was refreshing to see the way he approached this fight than he usually does and the way in which he won the fight was great but if he wants to fight the champions in 155 and 170 pound division then it is a difficult task altogether because of the power the higher division athletes possess will be bigger than a fighter who fought at 145 pounds as all those fighters are cutting down a lot of weight to reach that division while Conor is walking at that weight pound and it will be a huge difference when they fight. With the win over Cerrone he does have the leverage to fight anyone opponent in any weight division and it is interesting to hear who he is planning to fight next.

But yeah... Looks like we'll all have a good 2020 as far as fan boying the UFC is concerned.

Conor McGregor made a good start for the year and hopefully he will fight two more times this year but as expected Cerrone was a slow starter and we all know what Conor McGregor does at a start as always start very well and Cerrone could not handle him and he got knocked out in the end with a barrage of shots and the referee saved him and he did make a lot of money with the fight and i am expecting Cerrone to take a break after this and recover his body rather than fighting all the time.

I bet no one expect this to be a short fight and that too finishing with a head kick which Cerrone is famous for and the fight ended just as it began and who Conor McGregor is willing to fight is still a mystery as i think he will be waiting for the Khabib and Tony fight and if someone falls off the card i am expecting Conor to replace them and fight for the title.
