^  I'm not updated in what's going on with most of the teams behind the scenes but I heard Jackson Wink is deteriorating.

The best team I've heard is Tristar Gym with coach Zahabi.  AKA is another one and the one with Duke Roufus.  And ATT.

Here's the countdown vid for the 'Jones Show' guys.  Watch it and you're gonna go:  'And STILL!'.  Lolol.

UFC 247 Countdown:  Jones vs Reyes
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ssgm2HEo48Q&t=1029s

In my opinion, Jon Jones got the best team that is dedicated to every step he takes but after watching this I see the full dedication of Dominick Reyes in his training regime and I see it is excruciating and very surreal to watch actually after seeing this I don't know if I would put my thing on Jones or checking out Reyes more, But maybe the video had focused more on Reyes initial thing in his training regime than Jones,

But still, I will stick my faith to Jon Jones to win this because I know that he got skills and the determination in winning this.

BONES is known for his famous eye poking and his opponent DR already showing concerns
Dominick Reyes admits Jon Jones’ eye pokes are a serious problem, plans to warn referee at UFC 247
Jon Jones have the biggest advantage against all the fighters with his 84.5 inch reach which is really huge and only Stefan Struve who is 7 feet tall have that reach and when you have that kind of reach advantage against every opponent he has the luxury to measure the range and that usually ends up in eye pokes and one of the biggest advantage of Jon Jones is how he is able to measure the opponent and these eye pokes happen in the first round most of the time because he is studying the opponent in the first round and when he measures and understands the opponent then there is literally nothing you can do against Jon Jones. Dominick Reyes is a fast starter and he will flurry the moment the bell rings and that is the only opportunity he has to win against Jon Jones.

it will distract jones that's very clever of reyes. its a strategy executed before the fight.

Honestly this is not boxing, boxing is a dangerous sport as well and people may end up hurting each other there too, we have seen many people bloodied up and hurt on boxing ring as well, however reality is on UFC people are a lot more close on combat and when you compare Mayweather and Bones I would say UFC doesn't allow that type of defensive system Mayweather has to continue until he is 50 years old, Bones will eventually have to slow down or be worse because of old age and that will result with some young 25 year old dude to finally kick his ass easily and when you look at his games, dude wins usually with decision as well like Mayweather, eventually someone will catch up off guard and hit the living air out of him and knock him out very easily.

If Jon Jones won't retire then he will be beaten one day by a younger fighter. Anderson Silva is a better example rather using Floyd Mayweather Jr. which is into boxing and it is a different sport. In mma you aren't just using your fists but it includes elbows, legs and you can also grapple, take-downs, choke and many more. That means Jon Jones if he wants to remain fighting despite his age will be attentive on many aspects. It is true that when someone is ageing he will become more experience wise and smart and accurate. That opportunity costs a lot too because as you grow older you will become slower and your strength decreases. Only time will tell how long Jon Jones remains a champion. I still think he wins against Reyes. 32 is not that old. 34 or 35 above, that will be the time most fighters start to diminish.

their hands will matter when it comes to retiring apart from age. the bones in our knuckles will sometimes break when a puncher hit a real hard jaw. some knuckles will be break right in the middle of the fight and when that happens, you can always be assured that fighter will not last in the industry anymore. he will not box as hard as he would before the knuckle breaking punch and his ability to knock will gradually deteriorate. you will notice it to some fighters int he past. i'm not sure if jones had this issue yet since he is using his elbows for the most fights. he is not that old either.

Floyd Mayweather jr. and Nonito Donaire jr. are bnoth good examples of damaged/brittled hands in the fighting industry. Reason why Mayweather jr. seldom scores a knockout or knockdown later on with his career. But in MMA there are many forms of weapons. But for sure you'd be unlucky when your main weapon is your power punch and you damaged your hands. Chuck Liddell is an example in mma that is mostly utilizing his iron fists. The good thing about being gifted with an iron fist is that it won't leave you, not even when you are old, it's one of the last things that remain in a fighter's career.

“It’s a blatant rule break,” Reyes said. “You can’t do it. It’s in the rules. It’s been talked about many times. Either you’re going to do it, or you’re not going to do it. It’s up to me on fight night to talk to the ref and make him aware.”
He is already starting the fight even before they step in the ring octagon. He doesn't really care how the referee would officiate, he is trying to distract his opponent. It is actually a clever way to pressure Jon Jones to think and change his fighting habits just days before the event. I am not sure if it is going to work in his favor though, that statement alone could fire up the other guy to beat his as badly Cheesy

^  Pretty much think Adesanya will stop dogging Jones without the goat status.  Lol.
I was thinking of the insults he'll throw to Jones.

Hahaha, I am fond of how Jon Jones fight and because of his fighting style and surely enough Jones's head is getting bigger now that he is pretty well known in the industry of UFC and that Turinabol issue is pretty sure, not acceptable I don't know but I am seeing him in a state of just beginning his career but a successful one in doing his kicking forte,
I am giving him the benefit of the doubt as he is a wild party person and he might have consumed anything during those wild parties as the traces found in his system were minute and even the commission said that it will not aide him in any way and hopefully he stopped doing those reckless things but continues to drink alcohol which is not good for an athlete and it might have an affect on him as he ages.

Dominick Reyes is a skillful guy that Jon Jones may have a hard time with him indeed he can surely adapt to the opponent fighting style and can bring an outburst of punches and if Reyes would see an opening he will surely take it.
Anyone challenging for the belt had a dream run of tough competition and Dominick Reyes is the most promising fighter and he does have the confidence of an undefeated fighter but still going with Jon Jones because of his skills to out perform his opponent every fight.

He surely needs to stop the intake of alcohol and once he had a match on schedule I think he needs to truly stop drinking for once, that Turbinol might be apart when he is really partying hard, and just as you have said he is an athlete so he should really stop drinking so much it will surely consume his body if not today it will be in the future,

Dominick Reyes really isn't a pushover, in my opinion, that is why Jon Jones needs to take extra precaution in taking him head-on, that undefeated title really gives him the confidence in going on to still retain that unstained moniker.

Am I the only guy who wants to see Jones get KO'd out of his wits for once?  Grin  I mean it would at least make things more interesting..  (Like Jones to HW)
In the Heavyweight division he might face the real challenge against big punchers like Francis Ngannou and that will be a huge fight or even Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier is a huge challenge in the Heavyweight division.

I think he could take Miocic, Cormier could be closer and he's def an underdog vs Ngannou.  But dunno...  He's capable to raise the bar up if the challenge presents itself.  At LHW, there are no real challenges.  So it seems like he could gradually be deteriorating as an athlete atm.

If Jones gets KO'd, I cannot wait to hear what Israel Adesanya has to say since the two guys still has unfinished business lol. Jones immediately moving to the heavyweight division is unlikely though. His ego wouldn't let him do that Cheesy Besides, a rematch is going to be more lucrative in Dana's eyes and he wouldn't want to miss on that.

Hmm, I'm also wondering what Bones looks like when he was knocked out on the floor or even just making a tap out Huh Actually, the only fighter that I believed before who can do such thing to him is Gustaffsson. In their first fight, Alexander really bring great damage to him but then suddenly a f*cking spinning elbow change the game. What a near miss Grin! I thought he can finally defeat Bones on their rematch but it ended worse. Haaayst! I'm also clueless right now on who's gonna beat him really bad, maybe Adesanya if he go to LHW. What do you guys think.

No you are probably in the majority since the man is not the best human being on earth
But he is a elite mixed martial artist who noone can seem to figure him out yet in 27 trys

I'm also one of those who wanted to see Jones losing  Smiley. He has the persona of a Floyd Mayweather, people are going to buy tickets to watch him lose. But as you have sadi 27 have tried and 27 have failed.

But it looks like Jones might be slipping away a little, but we will see if he still have that edge.

Dont forget that he is quite a dirty fighter. He likes to do that “little but close to groin” kicks, back of the head strikes and etc. He does that every time, because he is a true master of balancing between getting yellow warning card and not Smiley
No idea why close to groin kick is not warranted, it is a fight and they are fighting to win the fight and the winner will have the best prize money in the competition and if you have your life on the line then you will find every opportunity to perform but i do not consider that as dirty fighting, the general fans just like to see blood shed but for the fighters it is their profession and career and they will try their best to defeat the opponent.

For the main event, here's another unbeaten fighter (so far) looking to take the belt from one of the UFC greats Jon "Bones" Jones. Knowing how Jones fights, he likes to beat opponents out of their own game whether its striking, grappling, or wrestling. Dominick "The Devastator" Reyes is well-known as a KO artist so I expect Jones to keep this fight a striking match.
