“Mayweather has statistics on fights of 50 wins and zero losses, he is the greatest in boxing and he wants to fight with the same champion who did not lose a single fight, with Khabib, everything is fine, but now we have Tony Ferguson on the line. We said a long time ago: let us finish with Tony, after that we will work with [the team of Ukrainian boxer Vasily] Lomachenko for six months, then there will be a boxing fight. We offer any day anywhere, with only one condition: 11 rounds in boxing and one in mixed martial arts (MMA).[/i]

This is turning into a shit show right now but I cannot blame the father for capitalizing on his son's momentum and growing popularity. Almost everyone is following the McGregor playbook and the Khabib team is in a great position to call the shots. They better win against Tony Ferguson or all these talks will be wasted.

If Conor McGregor Wants His Rematch With Khabib Nurmagomedov, It’ll Cost the UFC $100 Million

Khabib’s father, who holds huge influence over the Dagestani UFC champion, discussed a potential match this week. Speaking to Russian news outlet RIA Novosti Nurmagomedov Snr named his son’s price to entertain the Irishman once more.

$100 million.

https://www.ccn.com/conor-mcgregor-rematch-with-khabib-nurmagomedov-cost-ufc-100-million/

Other than the father's absurd demands on money, he also demands something more absurd from Floyd. 12th round of boxing metch should be in MMA. I reckon that boxing metch should be made versus Conor!

Speaking to TASS.ru, Khabib’s father, Abdulmanap Nurmagomedov, said a bout between his son and Mayweather could come to fruition under one condition (transcription via Google Translate).

“Mayweather has statistics on fights of 50 wins and zero losses, he is the greatest in boxing and he wants to fight with the same champion who did not lose a single fight, with Khabib, everything is fine, but now we have Tony Ferguson on the line. As expected Curtis Blaydes tko JDS. One overhand that had done all the work Smiley
If you predicted Curtis Blaydes knocking out Junior dos Santos then it is a great bet, i was expecting the fight to go to the ground and Junior dos Santos stuffing all his take down and then Curtis Blaydes might get tired and gets himself knocked out eventually but i did not expect Curtis Blaydes to win by knockout, it was a great knockout but to reach the title contention it will take some time as the entire division is on hold for the rubber match between Stipe Miocic and Daniel Cormier.

^  Yup.  I mean I really can't see him winning vs Blaydes.  He looked really good at the weigh ins tho (and the face offs, he's bigger than Blaydes).  So let's see.
Curtis Blaydes looks like the bigger individual as he weighs more than Junior dos Santos and he is having the reach advantage in this fight and as everyone said if the looses this fight he might retire until he wants to make money fighting if he is not having a secondary plan on what to do after retirement. I am expecting a great fight but Curtis Blaydes might try to take him down but i am expecting a good take down defense from Junior dos Santos.

Here are the weigh ins for the event.  Uneventful...  Everybody pretty much made weight.
I can see Dos Santos announcing his retirement after his bout.  It's about time.
If Dos Santos looses this fight then he might call it quits as he had many battles in his career and i still remember the epic fights against Cain Velasquez where he took a beating in two fights after knocking Cain Velasquez out in their first fight and those fight changed his career as he suffered many injuries after that.

It is said, that Alistair Overeem, who already fought Dos Santos and now trains with him, gave Blaydes some kind of insiders info. It wasnt exactly said what he said, maybe tactics, injury or something else, but this definitely gonna help Blaydes.
Blaydes looks more "fresh", while Dos Santos is some kind old to me. I think he is gonna win this fight.
It is really difficult to predict fights and age is a big factor here in this fight and Dos Santos had many wars in the past and how healthy he is coming into this fight is a big factor and Curtis Blaydes won his last fight by knockout and it was a big statement but he fell short against Francis Ngannou and that is his only loss in his career and so is the reason he is the favorite in this fight.

My prediction for the event:
Curtis Blaydes vs Junior dos Santos : I have no idea about the health situation of Junior dos Santos and whether he has the power to land a big punch as he used to do in the past but if he is healthy then i am going with Junior dos Santos to win the fight considering the odds.
Hannah Cifers vs Angela Hill : I am going with Angela Hill to win the fight.
Rafael dos Anjos vs Michael Chiesa: I am going with Michael Chiesa as Rafael dos Anjos always struggles against wrestlers.

Even though the odds are in slight favor for Curtis Blaydes I am also seeing that Junior Dos Santos has a chance in winning this than the odds reflects but I can not take for granted how competitive this fight would be and Curtis Blaydes has the athleticism and wrestling than Dos Santos can offer, but even though I am going with Curtis Blaydes for this fight I am also not taking for granted how Junior Dos Santos may still win even if there are wrestling or a fighter doesn't have wrestling either because Dos Santos is that kind of a fighter, but I am taking my chances so I am going with Curtis Blaydes.

Yes, I have read over that and had watched his interview with Karyn Bryant that he is already head on training with his former opponent Alistair Overeem and maybe he got some kind of insider about Junior Dos Santos in this upcoming fight, luckily this could help up in Blaydes taking the win over Dos Santos in my opinion and aside from this insider, Alistair Overeem injury from his previous fight had been healed pretty well.

In the coming weekend on Sunday another fight and it is on the heavyweight division we can sure let go of that McGregor VS Cowboy topic for now and go with the flow in my opinion.
Curtis Blaydes   vs Junior dos Santos is a really good fight in the heavyweight division as the winner will come closer to a title contention and if Junior dos Santos has the old chin and punching power he will win and Curtis Blaydes also has the power and wrestling pedigree but i am going with Junior dos Santos.

Rafael dos Anjos   vs Michael Chiesa, i am expecting Michael Chiesa to wrestle with Rafael dos Anjos and if that is the case Chiesa can win the fight but if he tries the striking game then Rafael dos Anjos will win and hence the interest.

^  You beat me to it.  I just changed the event post at the first page.  Lol.  But I appreciate your work.  Thanks.

Anyway...  Yeah.  Filler event before the big one with Jones vs Reyes and the Shev bout.

hehe, I just want to clear out the topic from the previous match and move on to the new one, and well while that Mcgregor and Cerrone match was quite a punch I guess this next one will be a heated up as well, so I might as well post the next matchup for the Fight Night 166 well in my opinion, Curtis Blaydes even though he has the least of winning than Junior Dos Santos I guess he got the upper hand because of his great ground fighting, And both fighters had lost to Francis Ngannou but Curtis Blaydes had come with two wins and Junior Dos Santos with a loss with Ngannou.

This graphic had be thrown off because it depicts FRANKIE EDGAR is playing but in fact he is not
Good eye. Frankie wasn't even on the card  Cheesy
Here's the updated image from the wikipedia link

There are so many unfamiliar names here. I think we are going to see another veteran beatings in the main card. Curtis and Michael should take advantage of this opporunity to get closer to that title. Does anyone know any exciting fighter in the preliminary card that is worth watching?

FE just got beaten 1 month ago by "The Korean Zombie" so he needs more time off before he competes again
FE is 1 of my top favorite fighters and I want to see him come back but not this soon

@tokeweed Life is not just about money jeez! These Celebrities wouldn't have been going through depression and shit if life was all about money! Just do a quick google search and see how many have suffered through depression! As for Mcgregor, let's just say the guy is a good fighter but money has got to his head...

Just saying.  It's the business they're in, the entertainment business, so don't put words in my mouth.

But...  Khabib's dad tho.  Asking for 100m to fight his son?  Lolol.

He mentioned that amount of 100m just for fun or to show that atm this fight is something unreachable for UFC/Conor.
Doubt that he really intended to earn 100m Smiley
