^  Made a quick search and saw that he has surgery on his left elbow done on June.  I don't it would affect him that much unless you're talking about another (and more serious) injury?
I saw the weigh ins and the old fights of Petr Yan and he looks like a tough opponent for Urijah Faber and even though he is coming from a surgery he looks really great during the weight ins and his weight is perfect and i really doubt whether Urijah Faber will go the distance with him because of the range of attacks he has, the only way to victory for Urijah Faber is that Petr Yan injures his left hand once again, but since the odds are so attractive i am wagging for Faber to win considering his experience and his hunger to come back again from retirement just to compete.

What do you guys think of Faber?  He's at 4.91.  Lolol.  Grin
The odds for Urijah Faber is crazy and i am simply going to bet for him considering the huge underdog status he is having as Petr Yan coming back after an injury and i have not seen many of his fights to understand why the huge loop sided odds he is having, in my eyes Faber has the experience to defeat him but Yan defeated John Dodson and Jimmie Rivera in his last two fights and hence the odds i guess.

He thinks he will win this easy.
Mind games. Nobody will be working hard in the gym if they think they'll win easily.

This.  I'm pretty sure both are def working their asses off in the gym to reach peak potential.  Lol.

They might be looking as if they are taking the fight easily but the hard work behind the scene will be boring and hard working day in and day out and the amount of sacrifice they will be undergoing to fight in the biggest fight organization cannot be taken that slightly and every fighter after working so much hard to prepare for the fight will be confident enough to defeat the opponent Cheesy.

The size difference is the only thing that separates between them but the way in which Kamaru Usman controlled Tyron Woodley who is another incredible fighter makes me think that Covington can be defeated if he is following the same game plan and Covington is really a volume puncher and i bet he will be training his ass off as this is the only opportunity he will be getting to become the Champion and the amount of trolls he have to face if he gets defeated will make him work hard.

Covington really needs to work his ass after seeing how the odds for Usman is in favor and I yes this is his opportunity to gain the pace and becoming Champion and Kamaru Usman will be his big obstacle yet.

I am not underestimating Alexander Volkanovski who has a legit wrestling background and he is on a 17 fight winning streak and he caught my attention when he defeated Jose Aldo which is not a small feat and i am expecting a big battle and have no idea who will win here.

Well, after seeing how Volkanovski fight and watching his fight with Aldo recently I think that Max Holloway should not underestimate his opponent, pretty much this will be a pressure for Max Holloway and a big obstacle for sure, I really like Max Holloway to win this as we can see the odds for this fight people are getting hype with Holloway to win, but Volkanovski is not a pushover and may take a lot of pressure in my opinion.

Looks like its not going to be a walk in the park for Holloway this time. The ground and pound game of Alexander is good. Holloway needs to avoid being taken down or its going to be elbows and fists all over him.
To be honest, I don't know him at all but his last name reminds me of a heavyweight fighter tho Grin. Anyway, ai watched the highlights of his fights and in apl fairness he is a very good grappler. Oh boy! It seems that Holloway's stamina will be now tested to it limits It's so amazing to see him pounding his opponents while breathing loud at the same time without even getting exhausted Shocked, I guess Max will not have an easy match against him. I don't want to much prediction but for me if the fight goes to the ground then it's all over for Holloway.

I tried to search for any videos of Alexander Volkanovski and I found this this two, dont mind the back ground music on the first youtube video. Looks like its not going to be a walk in the park for Holloway this time. The ground and pound game of Alexander is good. Holloway needs to avoid being taken down or its going to be elbows and fists all over him.
I have seen his videos and i was really impressed with his skills, i would have never doubted Max Holloway if he did not move up the division and fought Dustin Poirier where he was completely neutralized by him and Max Holloway was not having any answer for his hard shots and he was not able to keep up with him and now Alexander Volkanovski have a blue print on how to attack him and i would like to wage a bet for Alexander Volkanovski to win.

Odds are in favor of Max Holloway against Alexander Volkanovski, and I think this is fair.
Volkanovski did win his last 7 fights, also against J.Aldo same as Holloway.
It will be interesting fights for sure, but if it goes long distance Holloway will win.

This fight, in my opinion, is surely hard to predict because both fighters had a similar style in how they wrestle maybe this ends up in a decision but Usman is quite large that Covington you can see that his build had a bulkier and a bit bigger than Covington, I really think that this can become a key victory for Usman in winning and using this advantage, and the hype fo Usman is there.

Holloway is really hype in this match many are surely in favor with Max Holloway but as I have seen both fighters fight I can see that Holloway got the odds because of his stamina than Volkanovsksi but in my opinion many are overlooking Volkanovski in this matched well I would go with Alexander Volkanovski and he might pull out something and make a win in this.

Jones vs Reyes Fight confirmed! I can't wait to watch this spectacle in 2020!!
It is going to be a spectacle but the question will be how fast Jon Jones is able to win in this fight, there is no way anyone is able to defeat him and the best in the world have tried and Reyes is another contender to test his skills against Jon Jones and if Jones wanted a real challenge he needs to move up the division where heavy hitters are stationed.

Now lets get back to UFC245 Wink
I expect interesting fight for sure.
Usman is heavy favorite if we look at odds, but I am not so sure that it will be easy win as odds suggest.
I do have the same opinion as it will not be an easy fight for both these fighters.

^  Aldo weight cut could come out bad.  I mean he's like almost 40 years old ffs.  Let's see how he looks during weigh ins.

And Moraes is a beast.  He could knock Aldo out imo.
Jose Aldo is a veteran of the sport but he is not 40 years old, he just turned 33 years and yet it looks like his prime is over because he has been to many wars inside and outside the cage, his training is just brutal as they are not just sparring as they go full contact fight in the gym too and hence you cannot have a long fighting career if you are spending your time knocking each other out in the gym too.

Right.  I should've checked his profile before opening my mouth.  But still...  at 33 and fighting all his career at FW, getting down to 135 could result in a bad weight cut or something like TJ Dillashaw's loss to Cejudo.

Anyway, here's a vid.  Haven't watched it yet...  Looks interesting.  UFC press conferences are always fun.  Smiley

Veterans Aldo and Faber couldn't step away from the octagon huh? I don't know why they are still fighting but I really don't see them winning that belt.

Something tells me that we could see an upset in the featherweight division. The Holloway-Poirier fight showed everyone the blueprint on how to beat the current champ.
