@uray. Cowboy might prolong the fight to the 4th and 5th rounds and he will use the only advantage he has versus Conor. His cardio hehe.
If the fight goes to the second or third round then the possibility for McGregor reduces incredibly because he is an explosive fighter and slows down in the third and fourth round and in the rematch with Nate Diaz he somehow survived and his will to win the fight going to the decision earned him the victory and this is another do or die fight for Conor.

^  It would be dumb to go straight at Masvidal without a tune up fight (and a long lay off).  The man is obv a beast after KO'ing Till and Askren and basically humiliating Diaz...  Cerrone is that tune up fight.  We'll see how it all pans out if McGregor wins it.
With the run Masvidal is having he is only focused on knocking out top level fighters and not planning to earn a decision, it will be a big risk for McGregor to fight him as there is no way he is going challenge him as he is street tough and the momentum is with Masvidal and even with a few warm up matches i doubt Conor McGregor will defeat Masvidal. We are planning everything thinking that Conor is going to win against Cerrone but what happens Cerrone wins  Cheesy.

^  Give me good odds.  I bet McGregor KO's Cerrone.  My 20 for your 60?
Too early for me to decide. I'll wait and see training camp video footage of both fighters.

If McGregor is smart he will win the fight against Cerrone and then he will target a rematch against Max Holloway for the 145 division belt and Max is a really different fighter now and it will not be an easy fight and then another fight he can target is JDS match which was supposed to happen but then fate changed that and then the trilogy with Nate Diaz before retiring for good and make a ton of money.

It's actually dumb going after Jorge with or without a tune up fight lol. It wasn't Conor's normal weight class and he obviously doesn't have the gas tank to trade punches with Masvidal who is faster and more skilled striker (compared to Diaz) as a welterweight.

Donald is no push-over and if Conor couldn't finish him inside three rounds, he'll most likely lose.

Heh...  No surprise there.  The more interesting part is the match will be at WW instead of LW.  If McGregor wins this, is he actually going after Masvidal?  Oooooooh yeeeaaah!  Can't wait!
If McGregor really wanted Jorge Masvidal he would have went after him after winning the BMF belt as he was very vocal when the fight was announced that he will be coming back and looking to fight against the winner and when Masvidal destroyed Nate Diaz we never heard anything from him, Conor McGregor is smart and he knows it wont be an easy fight and hence he was silent. Cheesy

This is going to be an epic fight, let's see the odds, but I wanted to see Conor lose again, Lol.
Hahaha me too Grin. Don't get me wrong guys, I love the way he fight but character is still more important. Someone (which is Cerrone at this point) should pop his bubble head again.

Wish that Conor would win. Only because he will to start ask Dana for a title fight against Khabib  Grin
Wish to see Conor vs Khabib not because of the fight, but because of pre-fight hype and trash talking  Grin Grin

Let's be honest, McGregor was just so overrated Grin. My vote? I'll go with Cowboy.
You cannot call Conor McGregor as over rated, because he fought everyone and proved me wrong every time and i lost many bets in the past because he will prove me wrong all the time.

Of course, There are still lot of Conor fanboys around, so I guess he will be the favorite here. Cowboy is no push over and I would like to see how Conor are going to market this fight.

If you remember the fight between Donald Cerrone and Nate Diaz, you will have a clue how Conor McGregor can fuck the mind of Cerrone, during that fight between Nate Diaz he irritated and pissed Cerrone off that he was not able to fight properly and was frozen inside the case because Nate was taunting him and Cerrone was confused and frustrated and lost the fight.

Conor McGregor vs. Donald Cerrone to headline UFC 246

Oh boy! This will be an interesting fight! Both are MMA superstars so I'm not sure where the majority will favor Cheesy. In my opinion, many will still bet for McGregor because of his charisma to the crowd however the smart bettors out there might refused because they knew that McGregor loss to Khabib and facing lots of controversies lately in which can degrade his mental health thus greatly affecting his training and fighting mindset. Let's be honest, McGregor was just so overrated Grin. My vote? I'll go with Cowboy.
This will be a great fight and Donald Cerrone is a great striker and he rarely takes the fight to the ground and McGregor prefers the stand up game and hence you cannot rule out his chances in this match, Donald Cerrone is a slow starter and most of his knock outs happen in the first round and Conor is a great fighter who finishes opponent in the first or second round and i am going with McGregor on this fight.

Conor is very good in marketing and it's very obvious since every of his fights really got huge attention from the crowd. So for your question, I think he will do the usual thing. He will be cocky, mock and annoy his opponent. What I only hope is that Cowboy will have a plenty amount of patience and don't take it all very seriously because if not then there's a high tendency that an unnecessary post fight brawl or even worse thing might happen again ~ the UFC will be put in controversy again.

But apparently Anthony Johnson had set his eyes to Alistair Overeem and Junior dos Santos but said that the fight with Francis Ngannou is very enticing for him to let it slip and a good opportunity for a comeback and this is not an everyday showdown but a something special he said on ESPN, I guess Johnson really set to have a special comeback in getting Francis Ngannou.
I am excited to see Anthony Johnson making a comeback in the heavyweight division and he is a scary dude and so does Francis Ngannou, you get scared looking at the size and a fight between them would be epic and could easily headline a card even without a title and both are strikers and the only trouble both will have is against wrestling based fighters like Stipe Miocic and Curtis Blayde .

Rumble Johnson is in the news. We might have a new heavyweight champion on December 2020 if he wins his opening fight for his return in the UFC hehe.
I speculate that his return fight might be versus Francis Ngannou.
I really love the idea about the fight between Anthony Johnson and Francis Ngannou but i do not want that fight to happen for the return fight as he is coming back after a long break and he needs some fights under his belt before fighting a dangerous power house like Francis Ngannou and both have power that could destroy anyone and this will be a fun fight to know who will land the first big punch and Rumble Johnson is really huge right now.

I also think the same Anthony Johnson needs to settle down first with another fighter just to showcase that he really return for good, and not a big fight already that Francis Ngannou is on the other side, I would think that he needs to liven up his muscle and body first,

Floyd Mayweather will fight anyone for money, but I am not sure he will accept to fight TJ Dillashaw Smiley
He needs more attractive fighters to pump event
Floyd Mayweather is a smart person and he will not fight anyone and everyone for money, he will only fight the fights where he is certain that he will win and if you look back his career all of his fights were done when he have the favorable moment, they avoided Manny Pacquiao for a long time and then when they thought that he is slowing down they put up that fight and for the past 5 years he never fought a high level boxer and with this age i do not think he will be fighting any competitive fight but expecting him to come out with fun battles for exhibition.
