Nate has retired. Is this another scam from Nate and with the secret support from Dana? The skeptical me would say yes hehehe. I predict Nate will come back within 3 years for another MMA pump and dump.

“F**k a rematch this shit was over before it started. I’m goin on out on tour. Peace out fight game,” Diaz wrote.

After winning against an inactive Ben Askren and a journeyman but popular Nate Diaz, Jorge Mashvidal feels like he needs to join the big money leagues. Mashvidal intends to fight Connor McGregor or Saul Alvarez in a boxing match. He can easily beat Connor and the guy is now inactive. Everybody in MMA wants Connor now because the guy is the cash cow in MMA. In a boxing match, superstar Saul Alvarez kills him, but maybe worth the risk as he can earn a $5 million payday.

I think UFC fighters are underpaid. Or is it boxing superstars overpaid?
I don't think UFC fighters are underpaid, its just that boxing has been around for a long time and they have more fans and generates more pay per views subscriptions. If the number of PPV subscribers and fans can equal the fan base of boxing and PPV subscribers then maybe their (MMA fighters) pay will be higher.

Because Diaz was winning or the fight was close against Connor. Which is very different to his fight with Mashvidal. Mashvidal is just too good and not in the same level with Diaz. Diaz is a journeyman, he sells fight but if he continues fighting top 10 ranked in his UFC division his losses will equal his win record.
If you look at the first fight against Diaz and Conor the first round Diaz was getting lit and his face was bloodied and Conor hit him with everything he can do and gassed out and then Nate Diaz continued with his pace and he kept on hitting Conor after the mid of second round and by that time Conor emptied his gas tank and went for the take down against a ground specialist and got chocked out instead Grin .

I wonder why people blame doc? Nate should have protected himself better. The doc has done the right thing - saved the health of the fighter.

Well other fighters known Nate Diaz very well and I guess they feel that Diaz can simply still keep the fight going and they truly understand what Nate is capable of doing and when pressured he will surely pump and keeps on fighting they surely understand that but I think they surely can't ignore that the decision was in the doctors hands and they are twitting like this to give sympathy on how Nate Diaz would react to the result.

Well, anyway I think we need to move on and just wait for another rematch to announce because it is already done and let's just focus on the upcoming fights on the FIGHT NIGHT 163 that will be on 10 Nov.

Almost forgot...  Everybody should always watch any post fight press conference with Dana White in it.  It kinda gives you the idea of what's going on and what's coming next even if he doesn't make fights after the fight.

And always take note of Ariel Helwani's questions.

i consider Zabit as a future champion.
I just watched some of his fights and I can agree that he can be one someday. I was like watching Stephen Thompson and Pettis in their prime.

well , for me doc saved diaz .
Jorge was clearly playing with Diaz after round 2, yeah diaz might have better stamina , but still in the match we can clearly see that Jorge is better .
End of story .
Even if the fight is not stopped Jorge Masvidal would have won the fight as he was winning the fight and i do not agree with the stoppage and there is no doubt that Nate Diaz will continue till the final round and even in the Conor fight Nate Diaz took a lot of damage in the first two rounds and he was bloodied and i am sure if the same doctor was in that ring he would have stopped that and we all know what happened, Conor gassed out and Nate Diaz chocked him out.

Another interesting match coming up for Zabit Magomedsharipov who i consider one of the best all rounded fighter in the UFC and he will be facing Calvin Kattar and it will be a great fight and we see many unorthodox moves from Zabit as all of his fights we high level in the feet as well as in the ground and he is just getting better every fight and i consider Zabit as a future champion.

It might not be the best stoppage but the doctor is there to take care of the fighter and his health and not to satisfy the audience and i will watch the rematch but Jorge Masvidal is on a good momentum and i would like to see him fight for the belt before going back to the rematch and Nate Diaz have the option to carry on with the Conor trilogy as Conor expressed his wishes to return.
Yes, I agree with what you said that the doctor is there to take care of the fighter and not to satisfy the audience. That's the doctor's job to make sure that the fighter will stay safe ( able to fight with his/her circumstance) also the additional info is that if the doctor let the fighter to fight even to her/his condition the doctor will be blamed to what will happen after he/she got re-examine. But some fans will be surely angry because one of his interview he said this " The doctor played me, he asked me if I’m good, I said cool. He goes back to the other guy and says the fight’s off.I’m like, ‘What the f***’.”

Because other doctors in another jurisdiction would have allowed Nate to fight despite that cut...at least that's what I'm reading

Nate badly wanted a rematch and won't take any other match that will be offered by the UFC.

"I'm not coming back making names for no people," Diaz said. "Every person I fought, they (the UFC) would say he gets a title shot if he beats me. What do I get? 'You get No 27 (ranked fighter) again.

.....

"Don't play me like you have, and this is where it all starts, I can feel it already. Don't be telling me I gotta fight Joe Blow over here, then say we offered him fights. I don't wanna hear that. I plan on getting along with them, if they get along with me."

Also, Derrick Lewis lost weight and it might have lessened his power.

I don't think he lost any power with his weight.
That Blagoy Ivanov is one tough fighter for sure... never had been defeted easy, and survived knife in the heart

Kind a stupid way to end the fight Jorge Masvidal vs Nate Diaz.
Masvidal was better, but doctors stop the fight in 3rd round.
Cut on Nate Diaz was not that bad to stop this fight!

The skeptical me would say that this is Dana's plan or might have taken part in Dana's plan. He wants to leave the fans unsatisfied and clamoring for more. The rematch might be a bigger pump and dump hehehehe.

Also, Derrick Lewis lost weight and it might have lessened his power.

Lets put aside Masvidal and Diaz.

What do you guys think about Derrick Lewis and Blagoy Ivanov match?
I don't know how Ivanov was able to stand after some of Derricks bombs...
Similar thing can be said for Wonderboy vs Vicente Luque match
