Country without leader is double edge. It will benificial but not. There will be no corruption , and its good, but the country it self will be no direction.
The idea of countries without leaders is compelling. However, the challenge with the missing country leader might be the lack of vision.
The 'winning' nations in the world are those with strong leadership. Major reforms and achievements - historic examples are China, Russia or Turkey - are often driven by individuals, not by parties or committees. This does not mean that there aren't strong and capable teams and advisors behind the successful leaders.
The success of a country or organization depends on leadership. That means on the ability to place the right person at the right position at the right time.

World without leaders would be crowded, messy and outrageous. There should one person stand as a leader, that his people will follow his command and rules. but leader also should listen to his people opinion for him to have a balance leadership.
In a law abiding society, it is not going to be a problem. There will be no chaos or anarchy, if the people obey the law. On the other hand, if the people are not very law abiding, then we need someone like Duterte to make them obey the law.

If there will be no country leaders, chaos will bestowed the society. As I learned from Machiavelli's The Prince, leaders are inevitable members of the society. They are one of the primary actors in shaping and moulding the society. They facilitate and create social relationship among the people living under there rules and regulations.
A world without leaders is a world of war and crimes. Leaders keeps peace and order to the country and also to world. Other leaders maybe corrupt but lets admit it if there is no leader in a country or in a society, there will be no rules and those peoples who have evil in their mind will be free on doing what they want. Leaders have big roles in a society.
It will be a better place to live and people will be more happier.
There will be unity and people will be more understanding and cooperative.
A general public in which there is a pioneer will move toward becoming disorder, individuals without pioneers won't have the capacity to choose for the eventual fate of the nation, they can not comprehend the social or political economy, so their general public can turn out to be appalling, perilous and fierce, individuals can do everything without knowing the correct, the rich will get wealthier by oppressing poor people.
Most of people have no idea what to do without strong and smart leaders so we need those people anyway. Good leader - strong country, army , etc.

A world without leaders will be a chaotic world. We have a tendency to be violent as we are protecting our individual rights. Without leaders, law will not be imposed and enforced this there will be no order to the society.
Our world without leaders can be compare to the ship without a captain probably the ship will sink or our world will fall down. Imagine world without rules and regulations, a world without a person who will plan and think for our worlds future, and a world without fighting against all wrongdoings basically our world will be on the wosrst situation.
I think there will be no equality because if there is no leader there is no rule. And because of that the rich will be powerfull and the poor will be slave to them. And if there will be no leaders the countries will be in a chaos because anyone can control anyone which is lower than them. Every one needs a leader to follow.
There were many successful for a lack of a better term countries in Africa many hundreds of years ago that had a sort of leaderless society that were pretty successful.
It's hard to explain, because Africa a very big continent, so every little part had it's own unique culture. A person looking at it today would lump the whole continent.

What do you think will happen to the world without leaders like the President, Prime Ministers, King, Queen,etc.? I mean if we accused our leaders of being corrupt, oppressive and all other things, if they are not in the position, what will happen?
I cant imagine a country without a leader. The country will be a total disorder. The people will fear no one. They can do whatever they want. There is no control, no law, no punishments. People will become more evil because no one will arrest them. They are free. There will be war from nation to nation. Without a leader the nation and the people will go astray. They will be like a sheep withouth a shepherd.
