The leaders do all the bad things you talk about. This is why there isn't any more peace and order than there is.

The USA was founded on the idea that the people are self-governing. This doesn't mean that we elect leaders, and that we are self-governing through the leaders. It means just the opposite.

For example. If the speed limit in front of your house is 25mph, who judges what the speed limit should be in a town 1000 miles away from where you live? It's a local decision, because the people are self governing.

In America, if the speed limit is 25mph in front of your house, and the cops stop a guy doing 125 mph, let's say it goes to court. The guy asks for and gets a jury trial. If the jury decides that it was okay for him to do 125 in front of your house, the jury rules. That guy can do it as often as he wants. Nobody else can, until they go through the same kind of trial with a jury that lets them. However, if there are enough trials where the jury says it is okay, the law will have to be repealed.

Who makes up a jury? Locals. They don't import jurists from Afghanistan. They don't even import them from 1000 miles away. We are self governing.

In the above example, the jury probably wouldn't rule the way I said. Why not? Because the people understand the dangers of driving 125 in a residential area, and they wouldn't want it to be done in their residential area, either. So, they rule the speeder guilty.

Who are the leaders? They are everyday, average people just like you and me. The judge in the trial is only a leader insomuch as he is referee that the trial is held in orderly peace so that the speeding question can be answered.

People are people. Why would you want some leader in the national government to dictate stuff that doesn't have anything to do with your life? For example. Get the Federal Government leaders out of dictating what you locals teach in your schools. You can decide better than they, for your local region.

If the world without leaders  it's possible that everyone didn't respect the rights of all humanity, because no leadership and no law to be followed. So, it means that everyone using their own standard and laws. Then, whoever contradicting the laws for someone, no one could settle the problem, because without leadership the world had no peace and order.

i think,There is impossible to understand the world without leader, because there will be always a man want to sit on the kings chair controlling and ordering around. i think there will be an infinite chaos happening.

A world without leaders will experience an uncertain future. Because the function of the leader is to direct the future of all mankind. But the world leader must have a vision and mission that can bring people's welfare, not just to enrich the leader's self.

Better build a very strong and high walls around your house because your neighbor will come knocking at your door to take everything from you if this is the case. Everybody will try to enforce supremacy over the other since their is no leader or head that would prohibit them in doing so.

If the World Without a Leader. Like a boat, this country is being shaken and shaken. When the passenger tried to survive with all his might, but the skipper did not exist. Still then the current brings, even if the wind continues blowing hard will undoubtedly drown. Glory, the wealth of this country will only be a fairy tale and can only be written in history books without ever leaving a trail of more human civilization.

That's a good question and I can make some analogies with the blockchain. That's a system without leaders, without a central control and authority, and it works great. Is it possible to replace the world leaders with some codes and algorithms that will make smarter decisions? I think yes, taking into account how stupid some of them really are. Imagine, that Putin was a robot controlled by all Russians (only Russians, because he represents Russia). He would follow the decisions most of the 'Putin blockchain' members would agree upon. That would be really a democratic Putin, wouldn't that? He would not take decisions that would only promote his image and business interests. 

The same applies to other world leaders! Don't you agree? 

The world without leaders is almost what we have. It is also a world without much freedom because we have so few leaders. We have only a small fraction of a percent of people who are leaders. If we want more leaders (so we can get more freedom), the solution is simple. Here's what to do.

Leaders lead. Followers follow. If the followers did a simple about face, they would all be leaders, and we would have freedom.

The world is already without leaders!! People that have the ''Pressident or Prime Minister'' title they are not leadears, having a title dosen't make u a leader !!!

It will be chaotic and everything will be governed by own self belief.

So you would prefer a leader such as Kim Jong Un or Saddam Hussein? Are you saying that living under these leaders is preferable to living in a country which is having no leader? If you feel like that, then best of luck for you.

A world without leaders is life in the prehistoric era. Regardless of population if there is
no leader to guide and usher direction, it can be considered a wild and primitive form of civilization.
A nation without a leader is a chaotic nation, violence will be uncontrollable and way of life
will always be on threat. It would be like the days of primeval and ancient times. Uncertainty, fear
and desolation will rule over and influence the everyday life of man. That is why leaders are very important
and crucial in society and the world.

I think a country without leaders will be in a worse scenario.

I think a world without  leader is like you are living a life with a hesitation you don't have any trust at it feels like you have no freedom because almost all of the citizen have their own laws to implement  it is prone of wars

Strong leader can make his slaves become greater and stronger just because hes leading them to goals. World without leaders whould be like tetris withour player.

A country without leader is very hard because a success of a country depends on leadership,without leader no one can direct us with our vision ,the community is unorganize and and theres no one who can lead us towards great accomplishments.I think the world without our world leaders wouldn't be that easy. They are the ones who guide us and lead us. They are like sheperds, without them we'll get lost. They may commit mistakes sometime but that is because their just like us. They're not perfect and they also commit mistakes.They lead our country into the right path.
Well it will surely the world will become miserable, perhaps each nations could be in trouble or war. But of course, its not going to be happen anyway. As you can see all countries had their own leader to lead them in a better way of life.Everywhere when required a team or group there must be required  a team leader .because without a leader there is nothing possible and also the leader must more genius then their team members because he has  control all the process which will be done by team members.so just like for a country there must be a genius leader need to develop their country.Leaders can't prevent terrorist attacks. They can take strong action against terrorism, and thereby reduce the incidence of terrorist attacks. But apart from that if the terrorism needs to be eradicated, then we need to take action at the root level. The clerics and religious leaders who promote terrorism must be exterminated and those religious places used by these radicals needs to be demolished.

Eventually everything will turns into chaos, The smallest community will avail territory just to survived and compete to others.

The world without leader is impossible. Wherever in this world there is a leader. Every animals there is a leader. Every tribe there is a leader. Even back then there is a leader. Life without leaders is destruction. Leader can form everybody to unity if the leader loves by the people. People will become willing to die for the seek of leader. Nation Without leader is destruction.

A world without a leader is like people living in the jungle. Survival of the fittest will happen only the strongest will prevail, or their will going to have a lot of boundaries for all aspects. A leader stands for the passion for excellence and making a difference, responsible for the development of the country.
