I agree with this article - it is impossible for thousands of coins to stay alive for years, so only the projects with the best features and problems solving solutions will survive.

No more Rekt and Bust
Eventually, it will be worthless if there is no real use case for specific coin. Value goes to zero after prices are crashed. So many tokens will have the same finish if developers don't stick to the rules on the roadmap.

Of course a lot of coins will not live to the real bull market. And many people will lose their assets if they invest money in unreliable projects and coins. Guys Carefully analyze where you invest your money and in which projects you participate.

This is the inevitable state of many projects, as in the real world, there are people in cryptocurrencies who want to make money on other people, so I think we don’t need to talk about thieves and scammers who are already very active and have long been working in the market.

It would be strange that all this diversity of identical coins would bring real benefits and profits. The market is oversaturated with junk coins. And, of course, really necessary and correct projects adapted to real market conditions will be in demand.

It's true because most of the altcoins in the market are useless no use case and don't have a real value, we can see most projects out there don't have an active development so we will really see most altcoins that will go down to zero, let's just wait for few years to happen.

ICO experienced a boom at the end of 2017 - early 2018, which was followed by failure when prices dropped and state and federal regulators cracked down on projects that were in conflict with securities law.

The majority of digital tokens will not have long-term value.

For a crypto analyst, it might be better if there will be less but more efficient cryptocurrency in the market. Some other are just making involvement in the market but not really contributing for the development and adoption, volume is just divided in my opinion.

now there are a lot of tokens that don't have volume and many of them have died because they failed in development and many teams have given up on developing the products they have

In 2017 many people buy coins and they think that the market will not fall. But in 2018 the market slowly declined. And lots of coins that cost zero, so it's very disappointing for many people. You must be careful in determining investments because not all coins have a future.
I think not everyone is also trapped in the downturn that occurred in 2018. The condition of improvement in 2017 was due to the influx of large investors, and the decline that occurred was indeed a major event that made the market lose investors. we must understand if the real market will return, stay calm.

I think that depends on how the team develops their project, basically the token will have a sale value when the demand for this token is large and has good development. if all of that is not owned by them, chances are the token will not have a sale value on the market.

I don't think this is something new on the market. Not all the coins that enter the market survives for long term. Most of these coins that die off normally do not have a working product which keeps the demand of the coin going, others have product but the product is not highly in demand, others are run by inexperienced team etc. This is what calls for the extensive research into a particular coin before investing in it.

Not surprised with that. I mean, there so many airdrops and useless ICO out there and they can easily listed the coins on dex exchange.

Most of them also have under 1 dollar price per token and with little volume trade.

The value of tokens tends to zero because the projects to which they belong do not carry any benefit. These projects were created in the wake of the growth of the crypto market and then the investment was very easy to get, because everything in the price grew, even outright shit. Now the situation has changed and the price keeps or grows only on promising tokens that have a future.

If you can only kill the machines or the miners that powers that coin we can say that token will go to zero. Just like Bitcoin as long as there are miners that powers the transaction, bitcoin cannot go to zero.

Out of over 2000 cryptocurrencies you have to expect that a lot will go to zero because they have no purpose but many coins do and will be here in the future

And now it's been proven that there are so many tokens that don't have a price and even there are no developments from their dev who are running away because maybe the product failed
yes you are right, I also realize that many new coins don't have further price developments when on the market, only really serious teams who can develop their projects are much better, but unfortunately not all teams can care about it.

It is expected that many will have no value along the way of crypto's popularity. Mostly, doesn't really have that purpose to go on and were just created to make their devs richer. And as SEC intervenes with its relation to crypto's, they are going to be stricter and many ICOs on plan will start to re-think. If they are serious about it, they might survive like any others.
