That is just an article to increase people's fear and they will lead holders to sell their Bitcoin. When you want to invest, you should rely on your research and don't think too much about the right time to get into it. Doubts in our minds affect your psychological side, what you need to believe is that you must be sure that Bitcoin can rise many times more than the current price even though it takes 3-5 years to come. I'm pretty sure of this because many countries have recognized that and started using blockchain technology. So, there comes a time that total supply is nearing the limit and demand will increase.
The right time for bitcoin buying were just missed, because we had a price as low as $7500 which is low compared to the present market price of $9500. This is going to increase over the years, before that anytime soon there is also some decline in the value. Who were with plans for buying can spend on buying by the time of small crash.
It's a great time to buy crypto in my opinion because it's extra cheap and getting in now means you will be able to sell at top valuation and it can be huge. but you need to remember that this will be a long-term investment. for short time I just spot a bullish opportunity now that can be traded and i see a window for buying with targets at $10,000 and $10,300. after which we shall see whether bearish is over or remains.

Not a bad advice, if you do not know how to trade the markets then taking any opportunity to buy bitcoin is the right choice, however if you want to obtain slightly more bitcoin for your money then you need to learn a thing or two about the markets and be able to determine if the price of bitcoin is overpriced or not.and you have to buy bitcoin for the long term so you get the maximum amount of profit, and in my opinion now is the right time to buy it and hold it to wait for the price of bitcoin to reach the highest price.
In my opinion bitcoin is slightly overpriced at the moment, not by much just a few hundreds of dollars, so that should not be an impediment for those looking to buy bitcoin now, but if you are really looking for an opportunity to buy bitcoin cheap then you will need to wait for the price to go down.

i agree with you on what youve said that bitcoin wont go down below 8900$ ,and 16,000$ price is becoming real within this year. I hope bulls will dominate the market starting this month till halving next year.Yeah bitcoin is already touching it's dip this year and it might probably will not go lower. 10k is the next target and after that i'm sure people will take profits and market will experience a correction.
As the history said, halving on a coins won't instantly pump the price but a year after or the next 2 year people just realized the impact of the halving itself. So, buying bitcoin for long time investment like 2-3 years is the best decision right now

In crypto platform we need more patient, But most of the investors are not maintain the patient so they panic small fluctuations. Some peoples are more active in trading platform so they don't think the time because BTC is always profitable platform. For me , its always a good time to buy Bitcoin as long as the price is not over 15k$ as that would involve a big risk for the short term deal but if you're a hodler like me and a long term investor, you shouldn't care so much about its price. Remember 2017 run ? And how in 2015 we all was afraid to buy Bitcoin because the ATH was 1200 in 2014 ? Now its the same thing but on a different scale so I'm buying now to be ready for the next bull run.

In those instances technical analysis is not really going to help you and your only option is to hope that you are on the right side of the market at the time or your losses will be hard to recover.
The current price ranging below $8k and we couldn't foretell about bitcoin when is the time for surging high. Possibly it might go down further in my opinion, but as we experience it could rise again. Though, we already seen this volatility in bitcoin but being patience could makes us hope about this market condition. If we could take the risks from buying then it’s time and waits until we catch the price increase to take profit.
But in reality the decline does not continue and that is the opposite, prices are currently being pumped and indeed when prices are lower than 8k it is like a concern to go down further. Waiting for the right time to buy is difficult because when prices can go up and down quickly at least it will make a mistake for us to make a decision. So in this case it would be better to buy it immediately when the price is struggling at the lowest point in personal view, because if it just continues to wait for a lower price I think that is a way that might be said to be wrong. angeloBTC (top bitmex trader) is still short term bearish. yesterday he said he's still looking for $6k:

I have sold at $8400, waiting for $7700 again but the price still persists, the lowest today was $7811 but I miss it, hopefully bitcoin will drop deeper than $7500 so we can stockpiling more and more coins
But I really doubt bitcoin will fall below $7500, forget about $6K, not gonna happen.
I think bitcoin will not go down to $ 7,700 and the lowest point is only $ 7911 and currently bitcoin is $ 8,168 so this is likely to go up again, seeing prospects like this I believe bitcoin in the coming weeks will head to $ 8,800.
