If you intend to invest and are not in a hurry to take an instant profit, now it is worth for starting poin for making an investment, even though the price is uncertain but i are sure you will get a profit in time. it's just a matter of courage to make a decision and ready to be patient.
Yes those who want to buy will always but no matter how much the price is down they will trust the price Will again rise after sometime. Those who know it’s just a chance to buy at low price are  good and experienced investors. With passage of time we should keep trusting more and holding buy low as the price is so down.

Bitcoin will be a very profitable investment for your medium and long term goals. I think bitcoin price will rise too much, especially at the end of the year and in the first quarter of 2020. But for now, unfortunately the downward trend for bitcoin continues as long as it does not exceed 8900 in the short term. If you accept the risks you can buy bitcoin right now. if you want a more risk-free transaction, wait for the bitcoin price to exceed 8900 or down to 7100. This is not an investment advice, just my opinion.

1) The "lack of investment capital" contradicts the first statement, "recognition of whether bitcoin is a good buy". If people don't feel like buying bitcoin because they're having seconds thought on whether this is the "right time" to buy, then you could say that it really lacks in investment capital.

2) Agreed. Compare to stocks or real estates, bitcoin hands down surpasses them. Not because it costs higher but the possibility of having greater gains.

3) Let's hope not.

4) If buy and hold will be the strategy of the majority of users, I doubt the price will increase. Even if we assume that many people would buy at this instant, I will still doubt it will increase further, because of the "buy and hold" mentality. There has to be someone or even a group of people who will buy tons of bitcoin that will make a ripple in the charts that will eventually lead to a domino effect (many people will start buying too).
You have exactly said what is not facilitating the growth of Bitcoin, which is exactly this our buy and hold mentality, we all just want to buy and hold Bitcoin as if Bitcoin is only created for investment purpose alone, and just as you said, this is not what is going to help Bitcoin, which I think that we really need to change our mentality towards that and begin to accept Bitcoin for what satoshi really established it for which is for peer to peer payment and this is the most important factor that will always allow the law of demand and supply to really take place which without that, we can remain stagnant on a value for years without making any move to break further barrier, and aside that, just holding is really not healthy for us, it will only make the whales to be manipulating us as they like.

Now I can quite say that its a time to buy bitcoin.

You can see 4 hour chart looks quite bullish. BTC has broken a descending triangle and is moving towards it's 200 day MA. Moreover the MACD Crossover below zero line shows more bullishness.

1) My main problem right now is not the recognition of whether bitcoin is a good buy, but a lack of investment capital. 2) I'm confident that bitcoin will eventually move back toward at least $20,000 and if I had spare cash I would be all in.  Well not quite 'all in' but I would choose bitcoin over stocks or real estate right now and would sink any money I could spare into it. 3) So yeah I do think now is a great time to buy.  There is always a chance of bitcoin falling back to the $3000 range but I doubt that's going to be the case.

4) Disagree.  If buy and hold is the strategy, its a good time for anyone to buy in my opinion.

News flash: No one knows when exactly the best time to buy is. If you think bitcoin has a future and in that future bitcoin has a higher price that it's price right now, then just dollar-cost average! May it be weekly, bi-weekly(I prefer this), or monthly. That way, you don't need to rely on technical analyses from people you don't even know if they actually know what they're talking about.
It is true we couldn't really tell when would be the best time to buy ,
So if you really want to buy then do it anytime you want do your own research and timing.
We couldn't predict the future who knows if Bitcoin would go up or fall down in the next couple of days .
So if you really believe that the price of Bitcoin would be higher than it is right now then why shouldn't you buy it and hold it?

No one can know when is the best time to buy. When Bitcoin reached $ 20k and $ 3k I read the same thing. Make your own report, if you think Bitcoin has potential for future growth, buy it. Never invest based on anyone's advice.
Yes, because buying at least someone has a certain goal and when we just follow the advice of others then basically everyone has a different plan, so try to have notes and good plans to do because any price at the time of purchase becomes a calculation to make next plan after buying.

Recent article "Is it time to Buy Bitcoin?" here: https://www.cryptofish.com/blog/is-now-the-time-to-buy-bitcoin/ so supposedly the 200 Day average may hold up price? then again, we are below the 200ema so maybe not. Fear and Greed sentiment indicator is showing a lot of fear....

So, myself, I have never been dependent on anyone else, I am currently buying Bitcoin no matter this is not the right time, the important thing is I am sure bitcoin will grow even more in the next year.
Exactly now is the best time to buy bitcoin as the price is really good it is cheap in market. Those who were not having high amount of money are today able to invest their money in bitcoin. Price really matters because of low price we can buy more and hold this is out future saving. In few years price will be more than our expectations.

No, but this is the speculation section...so we're all gonna speculate.

It could be the perfect time for you to buy bitcoin but that doesn't necessarily mean that it is the perfect time for everyone else

200 day? Dont know anything about that.

Same for me too on this, I haven't heard anything about it too. Don't know why random people make unnecessarily estimation of things though.
Most Bitcoin investors are not really making the best out of their situation now when now seems to be the opportunity they should have grabbed. They are seeing red in the price of Bitcoin when they should be seeing green. Now is the perfect time to buy!

It could be the perfect time for you to buy bitcoin but that doesn't necessarily mean that it is the perfect time for everyone else, this is a very common misconception, people think that whatever strategy that they are using to make money in the markets is the only one that exists and that is not the case, you must find a strategy that suits you, and while I have no doubt that you believe that this is the right moment to buy bitcoin there could be other people that prefer to wait until the price goes down a little bit more.

Bitcoin at a low price obviously the best time for buying. But is it a low price? No one can ensure you what gonna happen in crypto in the next morning. If you feel this is a good time, then buy now. Don't make a quick decision about investment and forget about quick profit in this current situation. If you feel you can hold Bitcoin for a long time, whatever happens, you don't care, then buy now. Soon or later, you will get a good output.
Yeah, the situation right now is totally unpredictable as we can't predict how much low it would get. However, I think 7k$ could be a barrier that could stop it from declining even further. But still, the future is quite uncertain so I must recommend you to take each and every step wisely as only then you'll be able to get a good amount of profit...

You are right. The Bitcoin price movement seems really unpredictable. But it holds the 8K USD zone strongly, so, 7K USD seems not gonna happen. Rather, I hope this month, the Bitcoin price will bounce back to 9K to 10K USD. I will change my mind to buy Bitcoin if it comes under 8K USD in November.

Let`s admit it, we are waiting bitcoin to repeat its price peak like in 2017, and possibly to go higher. Bitcoin has been one of the best investment that someone could have made in the last 10 years, and still bitcoin is suitable for making more money in many different ways. Nothing is 100% sure in crypto, many people knows that, so will it rise or not is a question for all of us. We choose to believe that crypto is the future, but believing and knowing are two different things. I`m pilling up, I believe in that rise in next couple years.
Nevertheless, if it`s done correctly trading with bitcoin can mean a huge profit, many of us agree that price will rise in the future, so it can mean a huge profit for holders too. But you need to have a prediction of your own in the end, do what you think it`s the best and what you believe in, that can be buying bitcoin, holding or trading with bitcoin, or buying a gold and moving far away from here.

The time to buy bitcoin depends on you as an investor or trader lol but i one thing that i always make it clear is that with speculations of bitcoin price ever reaching $20K again, i don't know why anybody would hesitate buying at $8k.

Halving in nearing and yes anything can happen. It can either raise or just stay where they are. But as 2018 was not in favor of crypto currencies as like 2017, we may expect this year end to be the best year for Bitcoin and crypto currencies.

For me this is really normal to see, in 2017 price of crypto was extra ordinary high it  made alot of people to become highly rich and it approved to be the best year. 2018 was low price year but now the price is increasing more and more I am sure 2019 will end up making price high once again and this year people will again get success.

Indeed. There's no right time to buy actually because bitcoins fluctuate we cannot say that this is the right time to buy just because of having a cheap price. Let say bitcoin will pumps in next year and you got a high return, in far future that price from next year will eventually low in our perspective and eventually it will pump even more.
