A very nice list of what to do and what not to do, if I may say so myself. However I would still add something: 7. Walk away from the gambling table (platform, website, whatever) if you are noticing that you are becoming somewhat emotional. Believe me, those mentioned are useless and can't be followed properly by most people for the simple reason that gamblers have different views.
