Well, it seems that Xapo did reply to me and that I just missed the e-mail notification of it (Gmail moved it into my Spam folder). My deepest apologies and thank you for handling this so quickly.

Hi ,im walking into this at the end sorry if you have already explained but is Xapo giving the card out yet?? I am a  full blooded American and have a account with you guys already including a app. Also is it tru that you guys finished the Faucet script or is that still in limbo???

Unfortunately, U.S. restrictions on the debit card are still causing us an issue to ship the cards to there, but we're working hard to make this happen! We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience about this, since we want to be able to use the cards in the U.S. just as much as our U.S. customers do! We will be updating everyone about the debit card and where it all stands soon as we will be coming out of beta testing very soon Smiley

Regarding the faucets, feel free to email that questions to [email protected] and we can have our one of our developers talk to you about the faucet script since they would know better about the progress!

I live near the Canadian border, so couldn't I have one mailed to my Canadian friend and then go pick it up, and use it in the US?

Hi there!

I'm not quite sure of the logistics on that one because if you decide to actively use the card and want to increase the spending limits in the future, you'd need to go through a higher-level KYC process that shows proof of address to the address in which the card was shipped. I tell you what - email us at [email protected] and I'll have Anni, our Debit Card manager, answer your questions since she knows the process a bit better than I do Smiley

I have sent  a simple request to customer support on May 20th and again a reminder email 3 days after on May23th.

Until today, more than 2 weeks later, I still haven't received a single world or a sign of life from you ? Is this company dead ?

It's a simple request about account login. I am not able to receive confirmation sms or voice call to finish my account opening.

Jessie from Xapo, here! Has this been resolved for you yet? I have searched our messages from May 20 and May 23 and cannot find any that were unanswered! Do you mind please either sending another support message and letting us know that you were sent there from the Bitcointalk service discussion or PMing me your registered Xapo email address so we can better assist you? If you have 2 wallets inside the same account you get two cards
ps Dont think you can get one in the States because of the Patriots Act

it probably is something like that Patriot Act that prevents it in the USA from getting a card. I did not even think about that but it is not fair lol i want my card  Cry

when i applied for xapo-card, i made a choice in USD - can i redo it for EUR?
You'd have to formally cancel the card, and then reorder.

Why you don't give us the ability to have multiple cards (USD, EUR and GBP)?

I don't know where in Belgium you are, but here in W-Vl, almost all supermarkets (even the smaller local ones) accept visa.
