Most people will suggest you to hold and I agree that it is somewhat the best and safest way to respond in these kind of scenarios in these event but it does not always guarantee that it will get you out of the pinch but sometimes it will make you sink even further to the point of no return with your investments completely gone.

For me it depends on the coin we are holding, if you have faith in the project and you think its good and can benefit more, then its ok to hold, but if you think the project will not make it to success, then you sell your coin immediately.
If you sell it right now while their value is goind down, it will be counter productive. You will lose more if you sell it at a lower value. If you are already decided to leave crypto for good, then sell all your tokens right now. But if you have plans in crypto for the future, better to wait until the value is stabilize or increases. Based on crypto history, they always come back from a drop down.

Most times in the crypto space, taking a stand matters. I remember selling a coin because it was dumping fast, but in that situation I sold half and kept the rest. The next day, the coin did X5 I was mad. Don't ever sell at lose that's the key. Know the type of project you buy and then take your stand. This is space is unpredictable.
