If you are already decided to leave crypto for good, then sell all your tokens right now. But if you have plans in crypto for the future, better to wait until the value is stabilize or increases. Well mate, if you think that l market is do dip and the price is very low, try to research if it has a potential to rise up for the next months or not. If is has potential to rise then hold it yet but if has no chance then sell it even at low price. Be patience.
