This is the reason why I don't invest in Icos because you'll have several occasions to buy a cryptocurrency lower than it's ico price, so why would anyone want to invest in icos.
Yes. After the ICO there is an opportunity to buy much cheaper sometimes even 50% lower than on the ICO! It gives a good profit! If I took part in the bounty then I try to drain the tokens immediately after entering the exchange, to catch up to the fall below the ICO!

That is typical in light of the fact that most projects falls after the ICO, don't be in a rush since I think later available market price will balance out again as previously. Furthermore, could even exceed the cost of the ico.

this coin is very down when first entered the exchange and until now this coin has not recovered and just become a junk coin. I also do not really know why that can happen

almost all new ico tokens entering the market will fall in price, it's because the investors who buy in pre ico sell it and plus the bounty workers mostly directly sell their tokens,while the buy demand is not sufficient so the price will continue to fall.
I have more than six months of experience in ICO and so far I see prices only falling in the bear market. And according to statistics for 2017 such ICO more than 60%.

For me it's Aventus token. I bought it on the ICO for ~$ 5 apiece, now it fell to the very bottom ~8 cents.
Aventus ico price was about 3$ and at the moment the price is at 80 Cent and not 8 Cent
