Some projects are delaying their Exchange listing because of this bearmarket, such as Fantom and Smart Containers. I think this is wise and good for investors. Nobody wants a falling price right after the listing.

some do fall after ICO because of investors dumping it as soon as it is listed on an exchange but good investors hold specially on good coins and alts.
this has become a very reasonable thing, even the price dropped very far from the price of ico to 10x. and very long to be able to touch ico's price.
