Yes, we should avoid such a project where the project manager is asking transaction fees to send the coins. This way scammers actually trying to make money from the penny-penny of several depositors who trapped in their promises. Scammers are experts in making fool investors by their mealy-mouth talk. Generally, I don't trust airdrops. I do participate only when they run their proper ICO's on bitcointalk otherwise I don't take participate in airdrops where a project don't have any official website or whitepaper.

what you say is true, but in fact, scammers and scam projects will continue to emerge, therefore we have to take every form of investment security measures to ensure we do not Invest in scam projects. And you can avoid project scams by doing research, stay away from projects that promise unrealistic returns, stay away from suspicious projects because that's a red flag for you.

an ICO project or any other Defi project in the cryptocurrency industry is very neatly isolated, they present such a great concept just to grab or attract a big market hype. There are many cases of project scams on this forum and none other than with a variety of promising concepts, offering you great wealth redistribution and much more. my advice to be more thorough before investing in any project.
New projects certainly have a greater risk than existing projects on the market. if you want to invest in a new project, of course, those who have been proven to pay or who have collaborated with the exchange platform if possible. because the reputation of the project will be better if they already have a partnership with an exchange where they can list their tokens later on the exchange.

It is true, now at this moment's lots of fake and scam projects are running in the market. But mates it's 2021 if you going with a fake project then obviously you've no experience in the crypto world, always remember fake projects giving you hope and promises finally they used your money and you gain zero profit. So mates, please research and analysis the market. When you realize you can do well in this market then you can in the market for investment, trading.

There are already so many altcoins that are currently under development. I myself am not interested in new altcoins to invest in. because there we do not know whether it will be successfully accepted by the market or not. remember very well that so many failures in 2017 reflect my preference for good altcoins. In this case the good thing is that the platform is already running and also the trading volume is high

I think you are talking about two different things. Altcoins are projects that create coins to be a universal or industry-specific form of payment. Tokens, i.e. all coins from ICO, IEO, STO and Defi, are mainly used to perform a payment function or to be shares in one project, the one who created them.
I agree that it all depends on the developers. If they are honest and believe in the project's success, there are chances that everyone will be happy. However, if at some stage they decide that the project will fail - then we have collapse of project. Scam is when developers plan it to runaway with money from the beginning.

By the end of 2020, along with the strong growth of Bitcoin, some people used the trust of many to scam.
For example:
- Create virtual projects,
- Create virtual tokens,
- Create an investment website for the purpose of calling for investment,
- Create an airdrop that calls for people to deposit fees to pay tokens
- ....
Everyone should be careful when participating in projects like that.
Thank you so much.

thats right, too many project scam, but a lot of good project born too my friend
in this case we must prepare for all conditions when we decided to invest in any kind of cryptocurrency project
It is common knowledge that in fact there are many scam projects,
and with things like that of course we must be careful in joining the project make sure we research before joining,
the more experience we have, of course the better so we are smarter in choosing projects

Scams are pretty common and are everywhere not just in this industry but also in our daily lives. If one is dumb enoigh to get scammed, that means he or she never bothered to invest enough time in learning about this industry or where he or she is. Do not let yourself be a victim, learn to swim first before you dive. And if you were already scammed once, learn your lesson well and be more prepared for next time so you won't fall for scams ever again.

Where no legal regulation there will always be a place for fraud. So the question itself arises why the creators and developers of the Ethereum platform, on which most of the scam is created, do not take any measures to combat this phenomenon?  Huh

The answer is very simple. Blockchain and cryptocurrencies represent decentralization, not regulation. Decentralization is a choice, but also a responsibility for your decisions. If someone decides to give money to a stranger in internet (or even an anonymous person) just because they are promising something, it is their choice. What happens next are the consequences of his own choice. If someone is irresponsible and needs protection in the form of regulation, then the cryptocurrency market is not the place for him.

Create an investment website for the purpose of calling for investment,
This are all scams, they are all over the place right now, one should be careful not  to fall for this scammers and their promises of giving you high profits in return, just stay away from any crypto doubler.
- Create an airdrop that calls for people to deposit fees to pay tokens
As long as you don't pay to receive tokens you're free to participate in any airdrop, but once a certain amount of fee is required to send the free tokens to you just know in your heart that it's a scam, airdrops are free tokens for freebies who would perform a certain task like Retweeting a post, following a Twitter account etc to be able to qualify for the airdrop, so if at the end you're asked to pay to recieve the tokens just walk away it's a scam.

Scammers in the crypto world are always there, even they use various ways to earn money easily. To date, there is no solution to the scam project it is difficult to distinguish between good and bad projects sometimes they disappear halfway so we really should careful when choosing the project to invest in. Newbies will always get victimized so I hope they aware of scam projects. I think you need to be careful not only about investments but in general about everything related to cryptocurrency.
It looks like you are making newbies afraid to do anything in cryptocurrency, because being careful here doesn't mean having to watch without doing anything, but being careful in choosing and following all programs in cryptocurrency so that in-depth research and analysis is always needed by everyone inside crypto.
Indeed, before joining the project, make sure we have to do research first,
and that I think is very important to do because we know for ourselves many projects that end in a scam,
I hope we can all avoid a project like that because it's very unsettling for sure,
and I hope the newbies are not swayed by what he has to say

at least you must give them a solution how to avoid the scam projects. depth research and analysis still not enough. every scammers are really smart day by day. they look like very serious about their projects, then disappear after the sale. there are so many ways for us to earn some profit from cryptocurrencies. we can do a daily trading or investing our money in trustworthy coins for a long time. don't focus only on ICO projects, IEO, etc. but i'm sure todays some newbies won't involve themselves with cryptocurrency without knowing anything.

Now not have any chance with ICO and IEO best way for investing because almost scammer make ICO and IEO project without listing on exchange market after ICO ended.

This is true but mostly for what is called "meme" tokens. The biggest tricks are ICO/IEO exit scams and Uniswap rug-pulls. I've fallen for at least two rug-pulls so far.

This kind of schemes will not stop, they keep coming back everytime but you have to be careful of such projects. Don't give to get free things, only invest in project that is worth it by researching it well enough.
