Well ethereum is an obvious choice i guess because its really cheap rigjt now but as.for me i would go for more cheaper coins but i think that would give me a huge return and with solid purpose, partnerships and community as well

OP asks about the 2 best altcoins, I think it's not including bitcoin, ethereum is one of them but other altcoins that have good potential are Monero (XMR)

Though ETH and Waves are good options, I would rather choose to invest in ETH and Litecoin. I prefer these coins due to the fact that the ratio of fall in the market price of Litecoin has been very low and have the potential to stay and survive in the market. ETH has an advantage that it has great project and the advancement in the technology is enough to take it to the heights in the market in future. I do not decide to apportion capital for investment based on the market price but rather on the future profit.
Perhaps I would prefer to invest in Fusion at the moment, it is really a worthy project. Also pay your attention to Apex.

My investment is almost similar with yours. Where Waves is good altcoin for hold, especially its value still quite cheap nowadays. Holding more will definitely provide good growth.

Yes, someone can give us useful advice. Here, if you read, most of the suggestion was great. In December 2017, the bull market started. If he bought Monero or waves or any other altcoins then you made big profits for the bull run! And now, it is the bear market, and people are suggesting good altcoin's name to buy! If he buys them then really he would make a profit in the next bull run.

Even now, you can make your choice. Just check regularly the rates of the tokens, make your own graphs. It will let you pick the most profitable altcoins. I like TRON and Cardano.

if i have fiat, i buy ethereum and btc in this conditions. all of the others are not earnable now.
