I prefer to trade post-ICO tokens. Some great coins/tokens I know of are:

5. Ethereum: Great blockchain & there are tons of ICOs putting their tokens on it. Its popularity has grown very high and it's probably growing even more too. A pretty safe choice overall, I think.
4. IDH (IndaHash): A great token whose ICO has recently finished. It will be integrated into the app soon in March and more great events are bound to take place this year or the next, which will drive its price to great heights. It's currently available for a pretty cheap price. It will be listed on more exchanges soon too. Very responsive team too.
3. Litecoin: A great coin. Bitcoin has grown to insane heights, but Litecoin has just as much potential.. Or even more! Cheaper & Faster transactions and an actually intelligent community allow it to be a much more reliable coin. Growing acceptance across the internet too. Definitely a good pick.
2. CHI (Chimaera): A gaming blockchain. Though it has some competitors, this project has the most potential in my opinion. It has succesfully completed its Private Pre-sale a couple days ago and is soon opening its Public sales. It has a very responsive team too. I recommend looking into it.
1. RC (HasHRush): A token made for a game. The game itself will release in Q3 2018 and has shown itself in the Pre-Alpha. Currently, the token is available for a very cheap price at Etheredelta (Just search for "RC) or ForkDelta. It's undoubtedly going to grow a lot once we get closer to Q3 2018.

I agreee that ethereum and waves coin will increase more in the future.  Even waves is decreasing for sure it will increase again they need only time and more investor to become more successful in the future.

I add three also not in list.  You can try to buy litecoin,  qtum and taas and for sure you will gain a lot of profit.  You can get more profit if you buy more. And don't mis yhis opportunity while the price is very low.

I have my own list. My list includes the following:

2. Cardano (ADA)
3. Waves (Waves)
4. Ethereum Classic (ETC)
5. Stratis (Strat)

Of course, it is expected that Bitcoin will be far more active starting in the month of March until it finally breaks its previous record that was made in December of 2017. Ethereum is the second coin that will make great flying records. That is the most anticipated coin in the year 2018. Can't wait to see the coin climbs higher and higher in the charts.

i think that would be cardano, iota, quanstamp, ethereum, litecoin. They provide good news and new updates today and seems to be sleeping giants soon will gain momentum again. I did myvresearch they provide unique developments thay people wants. servicr they provide will possible good to everyone and might. Longterm reward is good. Moon for the biggest coins has already been reached (for lots of lucky people at least), so I will choose smaller coins with greater x potential:

This are my top 5 in terms of greater returns until summer, FSN may take a little longer to moon but I think we could be taking about a top 10 coin in a year or two.

I would only agree on the 3 coins ETH, Waves, and IOTA due to it's track record on the cryprocurrency market where it has maintained it's positive trend leaving a level of confidence on the side of the investors. Currently, I would add 2 coins to make it 5 on the best coins to grow progressively and these are Nano and Neo because these 2 coins I believe has a positive and stabilized mark in the last couple of weeks making it my choice for investment in the coming days. I'm still looking for another pump on bitcoin in the coming weeks such that altcoins will again pump as well.

I observe that many who hold waves. I think its nor worth it. This project with very slow development, maybe it will go out from top 100 till summer.

NEO is a safe bet, already running ICOs and has a large team of active developers. I think this will be big this year. The other similar project is LISK, ICOs will be available on their blockchain later this year so expect another pump when the final product is ready.
