Now I get it. I thought it's like exchanges for tokens. But for what I read, it's a trading platform which you will be able to buy or sell some stock.

From what I understand, this is similar to the PSE (Philippine Stock Exchange) and Forex wherein individuals invest. Am I correct? And besides of receiving tokens and being a shareholder of the company, do we get tools that would help us in investing in trade.io? What else could be the benefits that an investor would get?

That’s a very good question!
What we can do is make exceptions for certain people with high dollar purchases, and if that includes you, then simply email us at [email protected].
The reason, for your information, that most companies only offer ETH during the ICO, is for automation, as during ICO many of the wallets include smart contracts, which are automatically disseminated into the clients' wallet at the time of purchase.
It’s convenient for both the company doing the ICO and the customer.

A minimum of 5000 Trade Tokens contained within your wallet will be needed to be locked as a participation fee for you to participate in the pool's earnings.

New project will going to launch, this is good, I will gonna watch this and it seems that the project has a good projection and future, I gonna take a look on this for this coming weeks to oversee the progress and later will gonna invest then

The hard cap is set at 275 million Trade Tokens with a further 55 million on stand by for release if over-allotment is necessary.
All unsold Trade Tokens will be burned at the end of the ICO.

Ok gone through the whitepaper and I understand that I need to commit 5000 tokens in the Liquidity Pool BUT... Do i need to commit 5000 tokens NOW to qualify for the Liquidity Pool or can I do this later?

No, you won't have to commit Trade Tokens for now as the project is still under development.
Something that everyone should keep in mind, is the fact that liquidity pool participants will be able to join and leave the pool for short periods of time, even for just 24 hours!
The pool will be sharing its proceeds on a daily basis - every 24 hours.
All platform members will be free to participate at will, depending on their circumstances.
So I will buy the tokens and save them when the time is ready to be a member of the liquidity pool.

What is the approximate price of this token when the ICO os finish , and when listed to other exchange , i know it will be in etherdelta first but i wish to be listed this token in major exchanges?
During Pre- ICO the price is 1ETH = 200Trade tokens.. During ICO the price is 1ETH=150 Trade tokens
The PRE-ICO is at 1 ETH = 200 Trade Tokens
For the ICO it will be divided into three tiers:
Tier 1 Nov 28th, 00:01 - Dec 4th, 23:59 1ETH = 150 TradeTokens
Tier 2 Dec 5th, 00:01 – Dec 11th, 23:59 1ETH = 125 TradeTokens
